You just didn't know that those witnesses PDP are presenting to testify are not emitting words well enough. The other time a presiding officer testified that he transmitted with a code but couldn't bring forward the code.
RATECH even said he transmitted too. Also APO. I hope the drivers who conveys them to polling unit won't also be brought forward as witness and start saying he transmitted too.

Bros, this is a law matter. Every statement of the witness must conform with extant electoral laws. Failure to align with electoral law would dismiss whatever the witness came to say

do you have a door at the entrance of your house with a functional lock?
do u have a drawer you keep your valuables with a functional lock?
do you own a generator and is it properly secured?
do you own a car with anti theft security and lock?



if you don't have any of the above things mentioned, at least you own a smart phone, do u keep it lying around carelessly without guard?


your guess is as good as mine.
all those precautions listed above is to deter theft and it works most times, except for a few. people have desires whether moral or not and it's your responsibility to do all u can to keep their harmful desires in check as regards your affairs that's why you secure your properties.
how much more your body and health? if you truly believe that wearing indecent cloth doesn't make you vulnerable to rape then my SISTER, you are another potential rape victim in the making !
