If you are already achieving a quarter then there is every chance that with a few more days you will go the whole mile. Trust me she knows that the position you are in Is not ideal and she is also worried about it but the seed of fear that was sown in her mind has completely overwhelmed her. Even when you gain access it will take a while for you both to begin to enjoy the act. Just keep at it gently,everyday a lil improvement and the flood gates will open soon.

FILM is an acronym for Forum for inculturation of liturgical music. It is not an audition ,rather some sort of (for lack of a better word) competition amongst catholic choir groups in Nigerian Universities. They are expected to write and present native maiden songs at the festival and are usually graded based on their performance.

The thought of been auditioned sounds funny to me. How good is that choir that will have to subject an interested prospect to auditioning,was it a secular group?Some people too do sef,i mean we all started from somewhere ,besides for me its an opportunity to serve God in church .In any case i dont think your voice will be that bad for you to fail an audition (if thats what you are scared of..lol) even if you were to be subjected to that and the other things you can pick and learn as you proceed.

Uni Ben have always had a good choir but you should listen to my former school choir sing to your hearing.

No ,and I didnt study music either,I've just been a chorister for as long as I can remember.
First step is joining a choral group preferably a standard choir in a parish not all those praise and worship groups who are more interested in the sounds of their musical instrument.....lol. The choir master will listen to you sing and advice which part of the choir you should join (ladies usually sing Treble/soprano or Alto).Subsequently you begin to learn your solfa notes and notations and who knows someday you could be a great composer and be writing songs that will feature in the next FILM competition.
That rendition was probably at FILM 2019 which was held in Abuja a few weeks ago.

You should give singing a try,it could make a great lover out of you.

Yes I am and have been for more than 20 years although work life has made it nearly impossible to keep up in the last few years, I still find time to join them whenever I can. You should try to join a choral group,i am sure you would enjoy it when you do.

My brother even the electronic voting will be difficult to pull off because we don't have a central data base that captures all Nigerians..... The best option would have been the use of BVN but there are still eligible adults especially in the core north that don't operate bank accounts.

BVN is our best option,if those elderly people can queue up to register do voters cards,they should do that same to get enrolled for BVN. 2) You raped the minds of those kid by exposing them to dark knowledge that they should never have been exposed to at this stage of their lifes. kids always want to try and experiment on new things, they are easily swayed by new concepts and ideologies (its like teaching them about abortion and its benefits or teaching a primary 6 pupil the uses of a condom and how to get one) they are too young and will most likely abuse such information.

3) it's not about religion or region, any responsible parent will be concerned that their young kids are being exposed to such sensitive topics as same sex marriage at a tender and fragile age, it's only important(if necessary) for them to know these things at the senior secondary levels or within the concrete walls of a higher institution.

Lastly, Am Igbo and a Christian, born and breed in Zaria...i will not tolerate such from any teacher myself because this is what has plunged the western world into identity crisis! You find a man telling you he thinks he ought to have been a woman or how his sex organs do not define his sexuality. It all starts from an early intimacy with these dark and absurd ideologies...and in no distant time their minds become impregnated with strange foreign vices! It's awkward and against all our religious and cultural norms and values.
