If a grownup woman in the mould of Oby Ezekwesili fails to come to term with the reality of been used in the Chibok orchestra after more than 2 years of back and forth, then we should begin to question the intellectual capability of some doctorate degree holders in Nigeria. BBOG simply means BringBackOurGovernment and the mission is fully accomplished. Can't this woman see the signs clearly written on the wall? |
We hope the recession is not as long as Alibaba's original names. |
Mboi2:That's the part that really got me cracking. The ease at which APC leaders tell lies is really worrisome. It's rather amusing that Obaseki was claiming Local Govts are autonomous in Nigeria when the reverse is the case. From all intent, Ize-Iyamu was more precise in his submissions and he seems more honest than his APC counterpart. |
Caseless:Anybody that sums up the senator's exposé as trash is either mentally deranged or born with the DNA of stupidity and wickedness. You should have done a better job by telling Nigerians any point raised in the letter against Buhari's satanic administration that's not true. I am happy outsiders are beginning to take interest in unfolding developments in Nigeria but personally I want Buhari to continue to disregard people's complaints, it would definitely speed up his destructive end. |
So Soludo has suddenly become PDP apologist? Wonders shall never end. Where was Sani when the same Soludo was campaigning subtlety for APC in the buildup to the last presidential election? Where was this Kano senator when Soludo lied about missing $30billion in Jonathan's govt, a false alarm that pitched Jonathan against the masses? Where was he when Sanusi lied that $20b was missing from NNPC confers? Only fools criticise others but flair up when given the same dose.. |
Descartes:The man is just too petty, childish and full of pranks. Most of his speeches doesn't depict a govt spokesman who's mature, responsible and honest. Contrary to what Garba Shehu is making us to believe, Buhari's actions in the last 14 months have shown how intolerant he's to criticism most especially from the opposition. |
omenka:Your submission glaringly proves you know nothing about intricacies of governance and power play that characterize this contraption called Nigeria. Jonathan knew about the Chibok and Boko haram grand conspiracies but his love for a united country actually prevented him from taking drastic actions that would have plunged the nation into civil war. What's the essence of waging full scale war against those behind the plots and end up pulling the nation into a near crisis situation similar to that of June 12 era? Chibok and Boko haram had both local and international connectivity all geared toward returning power back to the north and any attempt by Jonathan to use everything in his arsenal as a sitting president to fight the conspiracy would have led to the end of Nigeria. To those behind Chibok, it's either Jonathan left power or the nation ceased to exist. |
These people are just too funny. So you voted someone who was reported to have likened the fight against Boko haram to a fight against the north simply because he promised to release Chibok girls? Someone who was nominated by Book haram to dialogue with the then FG but refused simply because he wanted to hijack power? Did you ask yourselves why he didn't make any move to stop Boko haram as a key figure in the north? Some Nigerians are just too illiterate. |
obailala:Not quite surprising. There's none of your posts that doesn't have element of deceit and vagueness. Only a warped mind will not attest to the roles Ameachi and the APC governors played in killing the ECA through propaganda and kangaroo court injunctions and I am sure you know the truth but choose to blindly support your evil party. Besides, if you're looking for where GEJ invested the 51% FG share, pick your phone and google the numerous landmark projects left behind for Buhari's incompetent govt. The railway gauges (shamelessly launched by Buhari and Ameachi) are just some of them. |
OP, saying that the APC zombies and their masters are useless and foolish is grossly an understatement. From their positions and stance on national issues, one can easily deduce they are bunch of heartless, unconscientious, ill-mannered, dishonest and uncultured individuals. If you're looking for agents of Satan on earth, turn to your left or right-they abound in APC. |
Association of Political Conmen. Why are you taking pills for other people's headache? Was Modu Sherif not a founding father of APC before parting ways with the party over leadership tussle? If the law of nature is taking its toll on Wike, then APC should expect doublefold of karma for using DSS and other security agencies to persecute members of opposition. Didn't Oshiomole (Go and die crooner) prevent PDP from using state stadium in Edo? Didn't Buhari use soldiers to stop PDP convention in Rivers? APC can play prank of sainthood with Nigerians a million times but nobody can ever deceive God. |
Falae's link with Dasukigate was established over a year ago yet EFCC only found it fertile to prosecute him now. For a govt that scored less than 30% in its performance rating, script of staggered prosecution will never be found wanting in their library of prank just to keep Nigerians busy till 2019. The nation is bleeding economically and in the area of security but our govt is window-dressing with fathom fight against corruption. This country is in wrong hands. |
Osyabj:People like you are the ones been unconscientiously used by the devil to propagate disorderliness, chaos, confusion and enmity in the world and I can only imagine the magnitude of evils you must have unleashed in your family and community with this warped mindset. Prosecuting a set of people while leaving others to walk free for the same offence is what's called selective justice which obviously attracts dire consequence. If you doubt this, ask question about the case of prophet Eli who was busy judging Isreal while overlooking the atrocities of his children. His end was anguish and death. The same fate will befall Buhari and anyone who consciously supports his selective prosecution. |
Firefire:Good question. Maybe we should also inquire about the fate of Jafaru Isa (Buhari's associate) who was accused of receiving money from Dasuki the same way FFK, Dokpesi and others did. Heaven is watching Buhari's govt with rapt attention. |
Let any mentally demented zombie counter or dispute just one of the salient points raised in this article. |
"It's better to loose power and gain honour than to gain power and loose honour". ***Words on Marble***. Hope power mongers are learning fast from unfolding events in Nigeria. God is wonderful! |
searchng4love:Abang may end up like Justice Salami of the Salamigate era. We can vividly remember how the later was touted as an alleged willing tool in the hand of the old ACN. |
Chairman of scammers. So this man is now hinging Nigeria's economic recovery on Dangote's refinery. Oyegun should be reminded that even under an APGA controlled Federal Govt, Dangote and any other investors would still have built refineries. After all, it was under a "clueless" PDP administration that the telecom sector was liberalised paving way for the entrance of MTN, Glo, Econet and co. Instead of telling the nation how far they have gone with Turnaround Maintenance of old refineries and building new ones, Oyegun is bragging over a private investor's initiative! Anybody expecting Nigeria's fortune to turn around under APC govt is on a wild goose chase. These people don't have anything to offer. Nothing! |
OrlandoOwoh:Who's this? You're mad. I mean you're incurably mad. Why not keep quite if there's nothing useful to say. Everybody has his/her personality, so does Jonathan. Please keep the stewpid analogy to yourself.. OK? |
IDnoble1:Very funny. So you expected him to have kept quite? I am through with you. |
OrlandoOwoh:A good man is not known to be a talkative. Those who believe in his good works and personality often speaks for him. Please can you just shut it up! |
12Monkeys:Good points. Shameless people like Omojuwa should have stylishly gone underground instead of striving to be relevant. They write and speak like intellectuals but allow their sense of judgement to be overridden with primordial sentiments. Omojuwa just like Dele Momodu is nothing but a sycophant whose views on national issues, at least for now, should be confined to the nearest garbage bin. |
Buhari and his demonic security aides are just suffering from guilt conscience. An evil doer will naturally nurture the fear of been harmed due to atrocities committed in the past. When a tyrant used Boko haram as ladder to hijack power, it's natural for him to be afraid of his shadows thinking that someone will pay him back in the same coins. Jonathan is a gentleman, not a "baboon will soak in blood" personality. |
If this is true, someone should do a background check on the officer's family. Either his parents or close family member must have died of suicide in the past. Perhaps the authority should be proactive in ensuring that he doesn't take his life due to frustration because only a suicide candidate or someone suffering from acute madness would put up such post. |
HungerBAD:I guess the first drop of water in your mouth at birth was that of stup1dity. You can as well go beyond ordinary rant on NL by writing a petition to the police for Jonathan to be arrested. If Buhari really has the gut, let him arrest the ex president instead of media noise and propaganda.. |
Truth be told, if APC/Buhari can deploy one quarter of the energy been wasted on the opposition to tackle national problems, the country would have been better than its present state but characteristic of Satan their mentor, their only agenda is to destroy. The country is doomed if APC succeeds in turning Nigeria to one-party state |
andresia:In that case, enjoy your chain while it lasts. |
Objektive:With people like you around, Nigeria is destined for greatness. Pls keep it up and God bless you. |
Though unreasonably lengthy and expectedly vague, I had to reluctantly read through this latest Garba Shehu's epistle simply to fulfil all righteousness and accentuate the truism of a local adage that says "if one does not buy lies, it becomes extremely difficult, if not impossible to buy truth". No matter how the President's spokesperson tries to "pad" his words, it would never erase the fact that Buhari's govt has so far failed in all ramifications. Now to the specifics; 1. President Buhari in his inauguration speech at Eagles Square told the entire world that Boko haram would not be said to have been defeated if its sponsors are not arrested and prosecuted. Garba Shehu should be reminded that until that is achieved, any claim of the sect's defeat is nothing but fallacy. 2. The president may enjoy rave of eulogy from Nigerians in diaspora but his rating at home among different strata of the society is nothing but appalling. Maybe Shehu needs to walk far away from the villa just to have firsthand feeling of Buhari's street rating. 3. Boko haram and NDA attracts more attention than the exploits of Adeosun, Ngige, Fashola et al simply because the former hit their targets and walk the talk in contrast to the "I WILL" rhetorics from the arguably incompetent ministers. 4. If in the face of the alarming scams and padding claims trailing the 2016 "Budget of Change", a govt spokesman still tries to ascribe some similitude of competence to Buhari and his cabinet, then Nigeria is simply in wrong hands. In saner climes, the 2016 budget should have been trashed to a nearby refuse bin. If I were Garba Shehu anything that brings up the 2016 budget as a point of discuss would be stylishly avoided. 5. Garba Shehu won't just stop amusing himself. He spoke about Buhari's effort to diversify the economy yet the govt has so far preoccupied itself with oil exploration in the north. What an irony! 6. An finally, can Garba tell Nigerians the benefit derived so far from reducing Ministries/parastatals from 46 to 24?. Has the cost of staff and other overheads reduced as a result of that decision? Has it improved service delivery in whatever form? Nobody derives pleasure in criticising governments but if we must move forward as a nation, fables from the stables of people like Garba Shehu must be thoroughly watered down or else we would be mistaking a rotten banana for an overripe one |
When people in the age bracket of 10-40 tell lies, it can easily be attributed to life adventures but when an adult of 77 years old (a supposed elder stateman) revels in barefaced lie and prank, then there's a huge problem. I am sorry but this man is a liability to Nigeria. |
Oche211:And you think there's any sense in this statement? The result of winning election by intentionally boycotting debates is what Nigeria is facing in the last 14 months. It's a pity there are still people like you who will never learn from history. |
Anybody that took and still takes Tinubu for his words must be a clown. Can anyone mention any poverty alleviation programme he embarked upon throughout his eight-year rule in Lagos? Traditionally, Tinubu has a way of shipping out when the chips are down. He hopped out of Nigeria after tactfully landing Abiola into trouble in 1994. So, it's not surprising that the man has gone underground after fostering this untold hardship on Nigerians. Such an unrepentant imperialist. |
