Here they come BMC doing what they are paid for
hope you are also a millionaire
bottom line is that zombie will ever remain zombie.
What's BMC?
I actually do not know my net worth. I'll have to sit down and properly calculate my net worth across all my investments in and outside Nigeria including my most recent ones.
I might just be responding to a teenager who should be greeting me "Good morning Sir" out there.
Hope you passed your jamb?

Hope u are one of those who "keyed" into d scheme and made gud money as well because if not den u're no different from lie Muhammed and nothing but a non living thing since "people" did and yet u did not... Asslickers
I don't need to key into or wait for any govt for me to succeed, I'm very comfortable. The last job I would take on earth is a govt job cos I regard them as lazy man's job where you cross legs all day and collect yeye salary by month end. Only the corrupt ones enjoy it.
I read and watch the news daily to know what's going on around the country. You didn't see LAKE rice right?
From experiences, I've noticed that only the hopeless ones always think every good thing in the news is a lie and that they're hopeless because they don't have any connection.
Work on your mindset, the future is bright.

A lot of ignorant and mostly empty-headed people don't understand power is now a private business excluding transmission. That's why they rush to shout "Minister of Darkness".
Lalasticlala you need to educate some ignoramus on this forum.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Administration Creates New Set Of Millionaires – Lai Mohammed by olujastro: 6:44am On May 31, 2017
Meanwhile, Jonathan created more billionaires than any other president in the history of Nigeria. Even far more billionaires than China has added in the last 20 years.
Dasuki - $2.1b
Diezani - $156m known, the rest yet unconvered.
Madam two teachers with no occupation - $21m
Fayose for #Ekitigate - N4b
Bafarawa as prayer warrior - N4b
Dokpesi, Metuh, Obanikoro, Bala Mohammed, Nenadi Usman, Anenih, etc.
So this govt has a lot of work to do to catch up.

When people are making good money by keying into this govt's anchor borrowers scheme for rice and wheat farming, you were busy shouting "weather for two" during the rainy season and wasting away on nairaland with silly comments as if your silly nairaland likes can be converted to cash.
CrimeRe: Naval Officers Attack Calabar Police Station by olujastro: 6:03am On May 31, 2017
Very unfortunate how lawless we are as a people. To think that well deserved punishments up to prosecution and imprisonment of those found guilty won't happen and we'll all move on like nothing happened till the next clash happens makes it more saddening. We've turned human lives to abbatoir settings.
Solution: How do we prevent this from happening again? On one hand we need systems that work so people avoid such acts because they know the consequences. On the other, we need to refine our behaviours to our fellow humans and do what is right & acceptable always.

PoliticsRe: Dino Melaye Reacts To Audio Tape With Akon Ikpeme Released By Sahara Reporters by olujastro: 2:14pm On May 30, 2017
When caught on tape carrying out corrupt acts they always deny at first claiming its technology, then later come out to accept being the ones when their lies can no longer be hidden.
If you doubt ask Fayose in #Ekitigate, Fayose and Wike in #RiversRerun though Wike still remains a cold-blooded denier/murderer on that matter.
I expect Dino to later change tune on this matter.

PoliticsRe: 'Youth Party' Debuts In Nigeria by olujastro:
These current youths wey their eyes dey shine for any kind of money(whether legit or illegit) pass their parents own?
I've always insisted that the problem of Nigeria is that the majority of the populace are dishonest and this dishonesty cuts across all ages, whether young or old.
Who snatches phones & bags from people? - the youths.
Who scams others online and offline? - the youths.
Who helps politicians to rig elections - the same youths.

If there is one reason why I wouldn't want to return to Nigeria from this largely honest land, it's because I think I'm not qualified to live in a country where virtually everyone claims to be a sharp guy with what I call negative smartness. Time will fail me to roll out all the shocking levels of honesty I've experienced here.

Honest people don't steal, loot, defraud and cheat others, and if the society is filled with dishonest people across all age brackets then there's a high probability of getting dishonest public officials and leaders because people don't fall from the sky. The same fate will befall the so-called biafra.
We all must change our ways if we expect a better country. Shikena

PoliticsRe: Fed Govt To Pay N2 Billion Ecological Fund Each To 19 States, Fct by olujastro:
I vividly remember this action of the most politically based president ever aka the Ineffectual Buffoon. Now you see why some PDP governors such as Dave Umahi of Ebonyi and Ben Ayade of Crossriver love Buhari.
"Stressing that the recommendation was to ensure fairness to states that were not given anything when former President Goodluck Jonathan shared N2 billion each to PDP controlled states from the Ecological Funds. The committee established beyond all doubts that in 2013, the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan gave N2 billion to certain states of the federation but excluded other states.

“The states that got it were all PDP states and states of other parties that were sympathetic to the PDP like Labour Party in Ondo and APGA in Anambra State. 19 states and the FCT did not get the N2 billion from the Ecological Fund.
“These states are Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Borno, Edo, Ekiti, Imo, Jigawa, Kano, Kwara and Lagos.
“Others are Nassarawa, Niger, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Rivers, Sokoto, Yobe, Zamfara and the Federal Capital Territory
“So essentially what President Goodluck Jonathan did was to take N2 billion each from the Ecological fund and give to some PDP states. Any PDP state that was not his friend like Kano and Kwara didn’t get. And all the other opposition party, like no ACN state got anything, no ANPP state got anything.
“This, the committee of the council consider discriminatory and recommended that the 19 states and the FCT that did not get the N2 billion in 2013 be given N2 billion each to level the playing field.
PoliticsRe: Ambode Sacks Chaplain For Disrespecting His Wife by olujastro:
Very shameful of Mrs Ambo if true. It's only 'Madam two teachers' that I was sure is capable of doing such, being a power drunk woman who tried to 'chance' a sitting governor.
There's no big (wo)man in the house of God. All these first ladies holding positions unrecognised by the constitution should imbibe humility, for God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble.

PoliticsRe: FG Okays 29-member Panel On N56,000 Minimum Wage Demand by olujastro: 6:11am On May 25, 2017
56k? I laugh in Hebrew.
Even a tiny increase of the National minimum wage to N18,050 won't work in a country where state governors would loot bail out funds instead of paying workers who have laboured for their salaries. Why will Bayelsa with huge allocations owe salaries? Develop the state, No way. Pay salaries, no way. But spend millions on celebrating the governor's birthday with excess Ogogoro, Yes oh!
Or is it Fayose who's hiding billions of Dasuki loot but can't pay 7 months salary despite bail out that'll now pay 56k? Surprisingly, people hail him on nairaland.
For now, 56k though justified, honestly kolewerk.
PoliticsRe: Prayer, Fast Not Enough To Move Nigeria Forward, Says Osinbajo by olujastro:
This same thought crossed my mind yesterday. Are Nigerians ready to change Nigeria for our collective good? Because even the most well-intentioned govt won't achieve much in a country where civil servants refuse to do their jobs diligently unless they can directly make money from it in addition to their salaries.
Our problems today are so many because people won't do what is right for the collective good of all. Look at the discos today despite changing hands from govt to private sector, they still act like old Nepa officials to cheat the masses. The same reason they avoid giving out prepaid meters so they can give you huge bills for electricity you never used. People will be doing things every day to ruin the country and still open that shameless mouth to blame the govt for what isn't working in the country.
Or do we have to privatise the entire country to foreigners before the country works?

Like I said somewhere, One or two honest leaders cannot change a country. It takes a largely honest majority to cause effective change in any society.
So going forward, I implore everyone reading this today to learn to do the right thing ALWAYS whether or not anyone is watching and even if you are alone in it. It goes a long way.

Kudos to PYO for being proactive in making Nigeria more conducive for doing business. These are the reasons I've been screaming against Baba's extremely slow pace of getting things done. We can't afford to be crawling to development when others are moving on to conquer Mars.
PoliticsRe: Assembly Drops Sanusi Probe by olujastro: 7:14am On May 23, 2017
sinistermind:
You see why corruption will still fester in the country. Sanusi was criticising the government of the day and the way nothern muslims think, then they decided to probe him. Then he apologised publicly which i believe he also did privately and signed an "MOU" then suddenly the probe is been stopped because of the "intervention" of notable Northern elites. Nigeria is just a big comedy.
It simply shows how unserious we are as a country. In other climes where integrity is more important than anything else, all the issues raised will be looked into one after the other. It's clear why we are third world.

PoliticsRe: Akwa Ibom Gets Jumbo Share Of N1.4trn Q1 Allocation by olujastro: 7:26am On May 22, 2017
Meanwhile, Delta and Bayelsa states are two perfect examples of why I don't want absolute resource control by the states. Imagine how much more money those states will have to loot from considering how badly they've mismanaged their huge allocations since 1999.

After UDOM will say there is no money in the state ,

that man is playing politics with akwa ibom people.

One chance govt.

Can't create jobs, building only roads. No industrialization which he promised during his campaign.
We have social infrastructures what we now need is industrialization to be able to compet with some states like LAGOS, OGUN AND PH

When Akpabio brought him we thought he is the best but now reverse is the case, another clueless man like Jonathan in charge of akwa ibom.

Very dishartening

But all hope is not lost because come 2019, we will do to him exactly what the north and west did to Jonathan.
Sincerely I don't understand Udom at all. I understand his govt also owed workers salaries. With all this allocation!
PoliticsRe: Why Presidency Must Stop Serving Imported Rice, Baked Beans, Others – Ikpeazu by olujastro: 7:08am On May 22, 2017
I agree but everything will take time. The Acting President is currently working hard on us producing and consuming locally made goods. But we won't all suddenly start consuming all round locally made products. We have to start producing first, then work on the quality and standards so they can compete with the foreign brands.
Make person no go chop baked beans or use salad cream made with bad water in one backyard like that come dey purge full soak away. Imagine it happens to the Acting President.

PoliticsRe: APC Has Under-performed – Pat Utomi by olujastro: 6:42am On May 22, 2017
I agree and this is mainly because Baba has been very slow in taking concrete actions on key economic and social issues. It looks like we really crawled under Baba if you compare with the activeness of PYO who's working like he is in a hurry to get things done ASAP.
But if you actively follow developmental projects, you'll agree that APC is definitely putting us on the right path of development compared to the grand looters, PDP.
