I have an interview with a respectable organization tomorrow, The problem here is I just tried my luck by applying for the job as an Account Assistant. I am in my finals in School (Hnd2 to be precise) and things are financially hard I must say.. should I drop pursuing my HND cert and take up this job or will it be allowed if I am employed to take breaks to go for my exams.... I am confused!

Nigeria as a country has been going through a lot of challenges at the moment, which no one is proud of.
Is it the trouble from Boko Haram in the North? or the Militancy in the East? or the kidnapping and “Badooing” (if there is any word like that in existence.) In the West? No where in Nigeria can be described to be perfectly save.
Despite these challenges, the Nigerian online community seems to be building up another kind of war, which is hatred for another ethnic group. It has gotten to stage that political post online can’t be viewed without sentiments rather than with a lucid mind and this has led to people giving different solutions which usually turn to online bashing.
Imagine a post on the Notorious Kidnapper Evans, some tribe moved for the motion that he be killed immediately, others were of the opinion of since he didn’t kill anyone he should be released.
Another issue is this bickering can be found on known websites and forums like Facebook, Nairaland etc. The funny aspect is that these E-fighters have given each tribe a name, Yoruba are called Brown roof or Afoja, Igbo are called Flat heads or IPOB while the Hausa/Fulani seems to be the odd one in these E-clashes as it is usually rare to find the Hausas having an ethnic clash online.
This is a call on everyone especially sites owners, bloggers, site adminstrators to look at a way to stop this online division and hatred. We are still trying to bring “a dividing Nigeria” together offline please don’t add online division to it.

Yaba is probably your best bet because it has some tech hubs so if you have internet or power or need a collaborator/help for your work issues you can go to the hub to work. Not sure of power supply in Yaba though..My bro in Gbagada says that their light never goes, light is your top priority. I work from home too and at present light comes and stays all night so i work all night and sleep at 6am to wake up around 10. then i have a nice hotel where i go with laptop to work.

Somebody called me  with this phone number 07060714545 telling me he was doing some registrations online and he mistakenly puts my number on what he is registering, that my number is simiilar to his number and that the password of what he was registering was sent to my phone which i actualy saw as 6310. 

He was now appealing to me to give him the reset code that was sent to my phone so that he could finish his registration. I told him to call me with the number that he claims was similar to my number so that i can verify his claims , he  told me he didnt have credit on that line.

 I went online to find out more. Only 2 discover  he was actually trying to reset my bank online/yahoomail password and that he is a fraudster, an account hacker and also a 419.
if i had given him the code which was sent to my phone, he would have used it to reset my bank online/mobile app account .. please be careful with fraudsters.
