Nairaland GeneralI Am Confused I Don't know What To Do! by Olusharp(op): 8:01pm On Jun 13, 2017
I wanted to create another account to post this but I decided against it.
I am really confused and don't know the next action to take. I have been working and studying at the same time as a students for some months back but presently the job has been placed on hold, worst of it is that parent that could help are having a bad time. I just started my HND 1 second semester exam today but I am filled with worry of how to get my hands on something doing after the exam so as to raise money for the next session which is going to be quite expensive. I am thinking of letting it all go and just stick to my ND certificate that is if I get a job because I don't even know how I am going to run hnd2 programme. I am really confused but please if you can help with a job at Lagos, Ogun or Osun for 2months or you can help with a job I can do along side study pls let me know.

Nairaland GeneralThat Moment The Oba Of Lagos Palace Get Burnt. A Coincidence? by Olusharp(op): 8:23pm On May 02, 2017
I have been having this thought since I read the news of the "Burnt Palace of Oba of Lagos," Oba Rilwan Akiolu. The news is really shocking as it came to pass few days after the Oba of Lagos disrespected Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan in a public gathering. The Ooni known for his humility had waved off the incident but the Ooni's Palace would have none of it, even Nigerians were angry. The Ooni's palace issued a statement asking Oba of Lagos to apologise but it seems the Oba of Lagos refused as he hided under the facade of promoting a dead Lagos culture. As I write, I am forced to believed Mystical powers truly exist, this incident could be the work of Sango, "The Yoruba god of Thunder and Fire." I may be wrong as this might just be a coincidence but if the former is true then indeed diabolical power exist. For Oba Akiolu, I will go by the Yoruba adage that says "Ile Oba to Jonaa, Ewa lo bukun" - meaning the house of the King that got burnt will be rebuilt more beautiful than the former.

mine was in Jss2...
I went to the toilet to ease myself and as fate would have it my zip refuse to give way and I unirated on my knicker...I almost felt like crying.. thank God it was during class period so I hid somewhere to sun dry the knicker, when it was dry enough,I went to the class, few minutes later my classmates started complaining of the smell of urine, as a sharp guy I join them too...
I later went to sit alone at the back of the class...all through that day evey teacher that came to class complained of the odour but I manage to escape uncaught...
it was an experience I can't forget in a hurry.

PhonesRe: 13 Categories Of People That Use Facebook by Olusharp(m): 8:23pm On Apr 16, 2017
BaesDiary:
Facebook has been a great media in connecting people over the years. Its simple user interface and flexibility has made it a one-in-a-million social media. In my many years of using facebook, I have seen different types of users. And this is actually the reason for writing this post.

Here are the types of people on facebook:

1. The attention seekers:
They put up controversial posts about themselves or other people. What do you think of someone who says "can't eat because of this one thing". You are left wondering what that one thing is....

2. The wannabe
They form celebrities on facebook. Can you think of that friend who put up picture of his fake blings and write "Living my life, rocking my 500k diamond chain!"

3. The 'gratefuls'
Have you ever wondered why people write "Thank you for accepting my request?" on people's wall? Could it be as a result of low self esteem? If need be to appreciate them, send a message to their inbox instead!

4. The freaking lovers
If you are single, you will just get tired of seeing constant PDAs, rubbed in your face. These set of people put up romantic pictures of themselves and their boo.... 'Boo and I At the movies', 'Boo and I buying suya', 'Boo and I in the toilet'...Please now, stop tormenting those who are still searching, biko!

5. The murmurers
They wont stop complaining on facebook. You know them by these statuses; "What a terrible boss I have!", "Men are dogs, they will never make heaven!"

6. The fun-lovers
They post jokes and funny memes. You get to know the trending funny news via their updates.

7. The Prayer warriors
They post PRAYER POINTS and write stuffs like 'don't scroll without typing AMEN'.

8. The incognito
They wont post anything, rather they take note of everybody's posts on facebook. They know who is engaged, and who just got their heart broken. Because they know what they do, they would never post information about their own lives on facebook, so people don't stalk them too.

9. The gossip
They monitor everything that goes in their friends life via facebook. But unlike the incognito, they make sure they are seen. If you post a picture of you and a baby, they say things like 'cute kid, do you have a baby now?'. While there's no harm in asking, the gossip asks, not because they care, but because they want to know what's going on in your life.

10. The ever-online
If you check facebook messenger, they are always online. These set of people practically sleep on Facebook. Hence, they are always chatting with people.

11. The 'likers'
These people always like everyone's posts. They will surely like or comment on your posts or pictures, they are not stingy with their likes!

12. The 'waka-pass'
They don't like or comment on anyone's post. They just go through their Facebook page whenever they are bored.

13. The 'inactive'
They only have a profile on Facebook,  but rarely visit the site.

Nairaland GeneralAll For The Love Of Jollof Rice... by Olusharp(op): 10:44am On Apr 15, 2017
All For Love..
I saw you last Saturday again while i sat on a white chair nodding my head to the songs from the musician, for me the party was going smoothly despite the fact i was not invited but due to love i had for you.
Earlier, my friend told me you would also be at the party i had hurried up putting on my best cloth even though i was hindered by the security men from coming to the party i still went ahead to jump the fence all for your sake,i even injured myself in the
process, for your love i did what they
call "Mogbo mo branch" (I heard I
branched).
I was still nodding my head to the song when i saw a lady holding and leading you to the front row,my heart increased it beat as i awaited the moment you will come to me so as to feel your usual sweet aroma. Then the lady holding you came to my row she looked at me and i could read her mind she was saying "why does this man love party like this" we met at a party last Saturday if you must know, she
looked at me once more and did the
unthinkable she skipped me and led you away to the next person. I was on the verge of tears, for you were the only thing that could let me go to a party in my singlet just to have a taste of you and feed my ever hungry stomach.. now she took you away,i had to rush to the caterers to give me a little of you and they did...my journey for you was not in vain...
I love jollof rice...
