Goddey1975:Bros, you are just a die-hard hustler. Not willing to be silenced......man must chop. However, you make it so obvious that you just after what you can gain. You must be thinking....embassy just dey chop N31200 alone when me ma sef, fit chop something nah... I strongly disagree with you about your 3day Ghana trips boosting applicants chances of obtaining a US visa. You can promote your trips in an appropriate way on NL by creating a thread (I hope this is acceptable on NL. Please find out what is). Using this thread to achieve your aim is deceptive. It is a misrepresentation of intent and an inappropriate act which is what honest Nigerians here are fighting against. You leave me with no alternative than to conclude that your responses without a Ghana mention sef are just PR stunts, to win readers confidence, trust and eventually take them backdoor to promote your arrangee trips. Use the proper channel please......nothing wrong with organizing tours for a fee if that's how you earn a living. I just don't like you misleading peeps. Peace ![]() That "brodas keeper" phrase sef get as he be. You no go collect money for service ni? Chai!!! lwkmd |
@ Valleyofpeace; sorry about the denial. It's not the end of life. Things happen for a reason. What caught my attention is: " Am sorry you are bot qualified for a visa now, you are welcome to reapply in a couple of years" This is rarely used, at least from transcripts and info on the internet. Could that be a clue as to why you were denied? Probably the VO doesn't expect that your circumstances (at least what could make her change her impression) is likely to change in the usual 90days minimum wait period to reapply. Could it be your age, marital status, family relationships juxtaposed with other things? Please bear in mind that these are just wild guesses and I don't have the intention to pry or insult in anyway. It is well. |
Yem0350:Sell now. Bid strength reducing. |
Goddey1975:Oga, if his intention is to emigrate, applying for a tourist visa is not the normal process. Tourist visa is for Tourists. You go there for sightseeing, to take pictures, have fun, visit friends and families (if any) and return back to your country with choc'lates and you update your BBM dp for friends to see. To everyone, please note that having intention to emigrate is not a crime in itself but not adhering to the procedures and trying to subvert laid down rules is what is criminal. Countries have requirements and conditions for intending immigrants. Research these to see if you qualify, if not, do not attempt to tow the illegal route. The UK and Canada used to have such programs (don't know if it is still in place) and even the US (Lottery;even though Nigeria has now been removed from the list of eligible countries). This thread is intended for those that have the intention of temporarily visiting the US ONLY. @Fabiyi78; Don't do anything JUST to get into any country. Emigrating is not a guarantee of success in life. It is God that gives power to make wealth. If you are not convinced, please follow legal routes to achieve your quest. |
LadyGuinivere:You're welcome. It sure will "Oyel" is proprietary , "consign" is Nigerian pigin. |
LadyGuinivere:I expected this response actually. It might not "consign" you now but not to worry, life is a good teacher. ![]() |
LadyGuinivere:Madam, please restrain yourself a little. The bolded was just perfect. |
Dyke004:Hopefully @ DMT1981 is intelligent enough to know if he should oblige or not. That awkward moment when the person that is offering to help is even more desperate ![]() @DMT1981; I do not know what your travel intent is (i.e purpose of travel). It is actually key in determining whether you qualify for expedited appointment or not. Your issue now is getting an appointment date well before your intended travel date. Medical need, urgent business travel, student or exchange visitor and funeral/death are intents that may qualify you for expedited appointment. If you do qualify, please google the steps required. |
iRyan:@iRyan Are you sure you understood his question? I think there is no old one here. Seems payment was made and an appointment booked without completing a DS 160 application. I guess he will just go ahead and submit his DS 160 application and call "the appointment people" to help him rectify the issue by matching the confirmation code on the DS 160 to his appointment confirmation code. ![]() |
@LadyGuinivere; It's 5yrs for real, clearly written at the top of the form. Was just wondering if I should pick a date in July of 2010 even though that is clearly not my employment date with the organization. ![]() "NOTE: Provide your employment information for the last five years that you were employed, if applicable". Thanks for your help though. ![]() |
Hello All, Did you have to upload a digital photo to your DS 160 or is it okay to bring along the required passport photo without uploading to the DS 160 application? DV lottery attempt does not relate to filing immigration petition, right? (this was answered previously but please be kind enough to confirm) I have been working for my organization for more than 5 yrs, is it okay to just pick a date in year 2010 since they are only interested in a 5yr work history? No vex o, me sef know say my question get as e be ![]() |
