Assessed Engineers pls help, I'm trying to draw up my CPD, but I don't have much to list except my 3yrs+ engineering experience which I don't wanna assess due to the fact that the second employment is lacking in proofs like-tax,salary payment,or pensions, thus my headache .
Now, if I go ahead and list these employments as CPD, won't it cause EA to wanna carry out the required verification on employment still ?

Thanks
After your first degree, did you attend any conferences, courses, seminars, training (within or outside your organization), professional society workshops etc? Them follow for "continuous professional development" o.

Thank you too for not taking offence..........our country will sure be great again!
Your post got me thinking. My intention is not to argue but to clarify (better still, seek clarity).
I'm aware of registered Mara agents that assist in CDR writing. EA encourages individual effort but I don't think seeking CDR writers is criminally or morally wrong. I see them just as I see professional Resume or CV writers. The content of the CDR must be your personal experience and not just spurious claims.

However, this thread is a DIY from start to finish.

^^^^ 99% of student applicants here have PR as their ultimate goal. The skilled occupation list SOL/MLTSSL or CSOL/STSOL should be the guide.
If our assumption is right wrt his goal, fitter, joiner, cook (and yes, basket weaver) as unattractive as they seem, if they are on the SOL,are much better.

Jewelstone is not nice sha grin

Please, kindly advise on what to do. Your suggestions would be highly appreciated. I'm a civil engineer
As a former draftsman, draft grin your reference letter to reflect the title change. Your Ref letter could do the trick. Since your title has been changed internally, you won't be introduced as what you are not by your employer.
If you have a company website that incorporates a corporate directory, open up your profile and print (assuming the title change reflected here).
EA just needs to be convinced of whatever your claims are.

Gurus in the house pls shed more light on this
As regarding getting PR, I want to confirm if it is dependent on the course you studied or the work you get. if as a biochemist you get a job as a chemist, does that mean you can apply since you work as a chemist or you cant because you studied biochemistry.
Don't take my word for it. PR is dependent on your skill which is assessed first. You're expected to have a closely related job description(as defined under the Anzsco code) to your nominated occupation. Your education must match the Aussie equivalent of education required for your nominated occupation. However, there are exceptions depending on the relevant assessing authority. You need to read up these exceptions from the website of the assessing authority.
For example, your experience might be considered in lieu of education in the required field in some instances.
You need to do more research. Chemist o .....Biochemist o all join abi closely related based on my highly limited understanding.
Gurus please add or correct where necessary.

Guys, Can Someone Fill in an EOI while expecting his outcome grant from an assessing body?

Can it be seen as a red flag?
You can't. The date you received the positive assessment is required as well.

We applied to be assessed as Telecom Field Engineer
which is skill level 2. But they are said we are over qualified for that and gave us Engineering Technologist outcome.
Wondering why you didn't assess as Telecom Network Engineer since you have equivalent degree

Is it advisable to do assessment with Vettasses now or should wait till July when changes will be made on Occupations cos of points required in IELTS.Thank you cc @bellong.
Your question is a little confusing. I don't really understand the relation between IELTS points and your assessment.
However, if you have concerns that there might be changes in July that would impact your nominated occupation, then I'll advise you wait.
If not, assessing with Vettasses now shouldn't affect your points. Your experience continues to count even after assessment provided your current employment is deemed relevant. So your experience points could increase after assessment.
As per IELTS, I assume you have points already. Bare in mind you can assess without IELTS (didn't really understand this part)

Veterans please correct where applicable

is this always fast like this?
Not always that fast. Invitations are done twice monthly, 14 days apart. So if you applied a day after invitations are sent out and have high qualifying points, invitation won't happen until about 2 weeks from then.

Thanks for the response bro, what about DIPB? Hope they will still recognise this tax identification card? I Have been waiting for tax certificate but is taking too long and my company is not into any pension scheme of any sort.
No pension scheme? Where is my whistle? grin

Except your organization has less than fifteen employees.

I used my Tax card +Pension statement + payslips actually for EA assessment. I suppose your payslips show tax deductions. If so, Tax card+payslip+bank statement among other requirements should do. Worst case scenario, CO will contact you if not satisfied.

Somebody say something na.

can i apply for visitor visa like now now (6 months) and go and continue with my PR right there in Aussie..

I have lodge my EOI, just awaiting ITA.

cc bellong wellendowed everyone
I'll start with addressing your desperation....it will affect your decision making. Be careful not to take any steps that could jeopardise your ultimate goal.

Now, the visitor visa is clearly for visitors. How do you intend to convince DIBP that you are a genuine visitor when clearly you're an aspiring PR holder? Remember you have submitted an EOI. A CO can easily interpret that you're losing your patience and only wants to get in by any means possible. It would have been better if you had a valid visitor visa and then launched your PR application (there's no guarantee the PR will be granted while visitor visa is still valid sef, as per time frame o). I can only imagine the contents of your bag while embarking on that "visit".....certificates, transcripts, references and letters etc. If American border patrol (don't know about Australia sha) see that one for airport lasan, na to send you go back o.

Bros, Surulere. Believe me, many can't wait to start a new phase of life down under. Biko, just find something to kill time.

Edit your post above and remove those emails.

Refer to Vinsmuft's post and follow suit.
Ask those in need of the emails to PM you and send the email addresses to them.

This is a public domain and must be treated as such. Posting personal details here gives it easily to Web crawlers who indulge in spamming.

IOM has a special email address for this purpose on their website. You can freely share that rather than give out individual's email addresses.
Interesting!! Didn't see that way until now. Makes a lot of sense though.

Thanks sincerely for your response. But my reference letter contains my employers phone number and was done on companys letterheaded paper which I submitted to them, yet I was asked to provide an independent verifiable evidence where my employers telephone number is linked to the business/company.
Please,I need more suggestions. plsssss it's urgent my mentors in the house.
Check Google Vconnect and search for your organization there. That's the closest to "Yellow pages". You might be lucky to have the same number as contact number. I think that's should be reliable enough. If not and depending on the size and type of your organization, a CAC record might be the solution.

Official company documents might not fly here because they are not independent (if I got the message clearly)

By the way, It seems skillselect people didn't remove the original EOI as requested. I got two emails for ITA. Since I don't have access to the previous one, I'll just focus on the one I have access to. The other one should expire in 60days I suppose.
