taharqa: My God! Guy take it easy, he was just appointd into the board of d NNPC in say about 2months, while the committee terms coverd 2002-2011- it does not directly affect him at all..... By d way, many of u still have the impression that this was a Probe of d Oil industry, well it actuali was not. Its main purpose was to look at the Payment system and Flow dynamics bw d Nigeria state (lead by NNPC) and d Oil companies, and the findings was that we have been using for decades a BAD BAD system that leaves Nigeria shortagd; it was within dis opaque system that all kinds of corruptn took and takes place. Far-reaching Systems reforms hv be recommended and that is what is important. The report didnt actuali indict anyone expect for the Signature bonuses of those 7 discretory licenses which has not been reconcild (which was said to be 'missing'- dont know what d Final report concluded on this issue though). If the President wants to track down those people who took advantage of d system to line their pockets (and there certainly were many), he wud have to involvd EFCC and track them from 2011 down to d 1970s perhaps (or he could decide to focus on 2002-2011). If he wants to do that, Good luck to him..... Mine is the National Assembly shld pass d PIB bill b4 d end of d year, it is the best and surest way of completely reforming dat DARK sectorMy brother God bless you, people are commenting without any knowledge of what the committee was actually set up to do. Oil Multinationals are taking away our money and they are not paying us royalties. Revenue leakages in the oil industry and someone wants to tell me that GEJ would not implement the report. My only fear is the PIB, I hear some multinationals are influencing the bill, some are not comfortable with the bill. Like GEJ said yesterday, we have to ensure that activities in the Oil Industry are up to best-practices else these guys will abandon us since other African countries are already discovering oil. However, before they do, they have to pay for all unpaid royalties, damages to our sea beds due to oil exploration. |
sanb: That can only occur if you allow that to happen.... Oh you think you are special abi (you funny oh). What do you think you can do - hold him down with sex or food or alleged love? Educate me |
sanb: Oh my days and you think that's good enough...I didn't say its good. Its just men. Once you understand you can control a man and convert a cheater to a lover. But don't put yourself on a high ride of hopeful wishes because my dear, they will reap you apart emotionally. |
La Parisienne: Blah blah blah of low life with a deafeatist mentality.I think you are the one who sucks. She was trying to explain to you and like she said you do need to go out more and get acquainted with your society. Stop living in a fairy-tale world. Your bf might currently be cheating on you or supposedly, cheating with you (which ever the case). WAKE UP SUCKER |
edelweiss: The truth of the matter is men will cheat! Its just their nature, this quest to conquer, its purely animalistic, but despite that a man who truly loves u won't send u away given even to the fact that u are not based in the same city with him and u came just for a weekend! Its the height of disregard! Despite men cheating nature, they always protect the one the LOVE, nowadays in relationships, its not expecting to be the only one, its praying to be the no one! because my dear sister others go dey for corner. Girls can steal the guy who loves u for the moment but surely after the lower region and that animalistic urge is satisfied, he will always return to where his heart is!Real talk. Seems you did psychology. |
sanb: @edelweiss... The bottom line is, allow self-control to kick in whenever the temptation to cheat occurs.Dey there mek pant wear you. Men never do you something before. If them reap you apart emotionally na that time you go know sey men cheat without any reason or season. |
Arshavin is the man of the match. Certainly did the dirty work and revived arsenal attack. Fantastic Game of Football. I enjoyed every minute |
THE STORY IS JUST TOO FABRICATED, AND ITS NOT REAL... A DRUG LORD WILL NOT USE A NEW FACE OR UNRELIABLE PERSON TO KILL HIS FORMER COURIER. I THOUGHT IT WAS TRUE STORY, NOW I KNOW ITS NOT...
Now that makes it a fantastic story. To get you hooked. Op is a good writer. I can visualize a movie but our nollywood directors can mess things up. And if this is going to be shot, it can be expensive too. Change of location and the rest. You know sey executive producers for naija like cheap story-lines for village so that they can count their profit well |
why don't they incorporate tax revenues in our budget. Something is really wrong with our leaders |
mrkels: We didn't respect our own prophets, that's what happened, we never encouraged them and we didn't give them a chance, I also think the government didn't help matters too. If it was a better country, the governemt would make dstv face unbearable challenges that would make them run away from the country thereby causing the nigerian companies to grow. Anyways, maybe they did, and dstv did some lobbying and the governmet couldn't do anything in the end. You really never can tell!I think you do not understand what actually happened to HiTV. The company was formed with an aim to take over the emerging satellite TV industry already monopolised by Multichoice (DSTV). Toyin Subair (a formal employee of Multichoice Nigeria legal dept) was appointed to spearhead the revolution. GTBank was brought in to finance the project together with anonymous investors. A project conceptualised to ensure that the monopolistic attitude portrayed by Multichoice is cut-down. However, Toyin Subair saw it differently, a way to say bye bye to poverty and get inducted in the hall fame of the rich and famous. He splashed cash on himself, friends and families and forgot that there were monthly interest payments to be made to GTbank. HiTV took over his personal expenses and even those he made abroad. He spent N5million on champagne alone in a london birthday bash. However, his extra-flamboyant lifestyle did not kill HiTV, it was Sanusi (CBN Governor) who decided to leave a mark in the financial industry by creating economic loopholes to throw Nigerian business into chaos. Sanusi in his era of ensuring that Banks stay healthy made it difficult for companies to obtain Bankers' Confirmation. HiTV already had the exclusive right to the EPL (English Premier League) but could not make available the bankers confirmation to EPL. Already GTBank was not ready to do any further business with HiTV because they were not comfortable with Toyin Subair's management style and they were already in court for either winding up the company or for receivership rights. However, FirstBank was willingly to stake their head and confirmed their readiness to Toyin but the process of making available the bankers confirmation was just tedious and not understanding to the EPL guys. Even the MD of Firstbank (Toyin was in his office physically that day) call the chairman of the EPL to inform him that he will personally ensure that the bankers confirmation will be ready before the end of the week. However, the EPL guys were tired of the stories and wanted the quick buck so that they turned to Multichoice-DSTV who already had their money and bankers confirmation waiting. PS: Bankers confirmation for a lame-man is like a promise/guarantee for a bank to pay on behalf of an individual (maybe a customer) where the customer/individual fails to make good such payment. A bankers confirmation is just some piece of paper but it as good as payment because whoever possess such can take a loan on the document and submit it as a security. It is a form of assurance that if the debtor cannot pay, the credit will go after the bank. http://www.nigeriafilms.com/news/13440/52/flamboyant-lifestyle-of-hitv-boss-toyin-subairbuys.html http://yemojanews.com/2011/11/29/hitv-boss-toyin-subair-steps-down-sends-resignation-letter-from-london/ http://www.jangola.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=696:how-toyin-subair-ruined-hitv&catid=45:business&Itemid=87 |
Pardon me. . .Sir, I just don't get the logic in slamming people who are giving you half a bread while cowering in fear for the ones who should be giving you a whole loaf (because it is your right) but give you nothing. Trace Urban is not a Collaborative entity with the Nigerian Music Industry, so they owe Nigerian artists nothing. They are not a charity company. . .it wasn't set up for purely promotional basis. They are a Profit making company and they obviously have a business model they hope will generate money, so why is Stanley accusing them of doing just that...making money? He goes on and on about them cashing in. . .Hellooooo, that's why they are in business!! Considering how big Nigerian Music and Artists are in Africa and some parts of the world, does it make sense that we don't have our own Music TV network? With the many talented and world renowned Artist we have in Nigeria, should we be begging a foreign channel to play our videos? Someone said the Nigerian Govt squeezed the one station which had the potential of being in the same league with Trace Urban out of Business through unreasonable restrictions and demands. What did Mr. Stanley do about that? Did the warrior Prince put on his fighting armor to tackle that injustice? Nope! What does he do instead. . .He leaves the people who don't want to give Nigerian Artist any chance at all, to demand more from the ones who managed to give them something. He has the right weapon but in my opinion, he is fighting the wrong enemy.
I think it hurts when you are in the music business and you are trying to promote your artiste and music stations are not providing you with any opportunity because there is an internal policy of quota system. However, when you have succeeded in doing all your promotions and the artiste is now making wave, the same music stations now decide to play the same artiste they denied initially. According to Stanley "Cashing in". |

Like I said previously, Fuel Subsidy is a huge economical disease that should be eradicated in this country. If this has been done, probable some smart business men would have looked for ways to reduce their cost and sell at cheaper rate in order to outsmart the competition or probably we would have a cartel of oil marketers who would gang up to sell at a particular price level. The situation on ground now is outrageous and incomprehensible. We now buy fuel at N100 - N120 yet there is subsidy. Greed will not kill us in this country |
The war of words between the Joint Task Force in Maiduguri, Borno State and a senator accused of sheltering a Boko Haram commander took a dramatic turn on Monday. The embattled Senator accused the JTF of killing 15 boys playing football on a field in the city, an allegation which this newspaper was unable to confirm yesterday because of the tense security situation in the Maiduguri. Senator Ahmad Zannah (Borno Central) made the grave allegation while denying a report credited to the JTF that Shuaibu Bama was arrested in his house. Zannah, who had said that the suspect was arrested in the house of a former governor of the state, also blamed the JTF for the escalation of violence in the city. Our correspondents report that though the JTF has been accused of extra-judicial killings in recent times, it wasn’t clear if the Senator’s allegation was an attempt to shift attention from himself or get back at the task force. Two weeks ago, there were reports that soldiers had gone on the rampage after a bomb believed to have been detonated by Boko Haram killed an army officer in the city. Eyewitnesses had told journalists that soldiers opened fire on residents indiscriminately and burnt houses and shops. An Associated Press reporter, who went round the city after the alleged killing, said he counted 30 bodies. Nurses at a hospital in the city later told a Reuters reporter that they saw 30 bodies in civilian clothing after the shooting. However, the army had debunked the report, saying that its men did not harass or kill civilians on the day of the incident. Lieutenant Colonel Sagir Musa, spokesman for the JTF, had told AFP that, “there was no incident involving the killing of 30 civilians. Also, there was no arson and harassment by the JTF troops in Borno State.” On Friday, the JTF had said that Bama, who was high on its list of wanted terrorists, was arrested by task force troops in a serving politician’s house in the Damboa Area of Maiduguri. But Zannah, who admitted that Bama is his nephew, said that the JTF wanted to frame him up because of his stand against the task force’s excesses. He then cited the killing of the young football players as one of such excesses. He said, “They are not operating in the way they are supposed to operate in that state. I’m sure you must have read a little of what has been happening: the burning of some houses and shopping plazas. This is just a small portion of what is happening, because all these things are not exposed. “Let me tell you something, just the day before yesterday (Saturday), without any provocation, they went and killed innocent boys playing football at a field – about 15 of them. They just shot them all, everybody ran away and they took their bodies to the hospital. “The constitution does not allow them to kill people at will. I have started exposing them. We have been quiet for some time and when we saw that nothing was happening, nobody is restraining them, so we had to speak out because people are just being killed unnecessarily. “They don’t consult the leaders in Borno State at any given time. They went there and just started harassing people from the outset. They have never contacted or tried to sit down to discuss with the leaders of Borno. I am ready to stick out my neck to do anything that will bring security to this country.” The lawmaker accused the JTF of teaming up with his political opponent in the last election to smear him. He vowed to seek redress. “I will seek redress in court. The allegation is grievous and I will go to court to clear my name. My historic defeat of the former Governor of Borno State, in the person of Ali Modu Sheriff, at the poll has not and will not go down well with many forces and individuals in this country. “Therefore, this latest campaign by the Military Joint Task Force in Borno State to disseminate falsehood against me is a campaign to rope me into the JTF dragnet, declare me a Boko Haram member, financier, sympathiser, or even activist and declare my seat vacant.” The senator insisted that though his house was searched on the day Bama was arrested, his nephew wasn’t found there. He said, “They searched my house, they brought out all the men inside my house, asked them to sit down outside the scorching sun of Maiduguri and then asked them whether they knew Shuaibu Bama. So, one of the boys volunteered to take them to the place…eventually, they went and arrested the man in that (another politician’s) house. “That was exactly what happened. But I was really surprised to see that these people have started saying that they arrested Shuaibu in my house, which is not true, and I will not take it lightly.” Zannah said he did not know Bama as a member of Boko Haram, even though he knew him to be of a “bad character”. When contacted, the Director Army Public Relations, Brig-General Bola Koleosho, insisted that the JTF arrested the terror suspect in Zannah’s residence. Koleosho said that the senator’s claim that the JTF wanted to set him up because of his criticism of the military was flawed. He urged the Senator to own up. Koleosho said, “Sincerely speaking, you don’t call a dog a bad name to hang it. Please does it add up? We are all stakeholders in this Nigerian project. There is nobody in JTF that can do that. Of course except if he is saying that everybody in JTF is mad. “When does it become an offence or an illegality to play football? While we don’t want to join issues with the senator, this doesn’t simply add up. “Look, the JTF has been in Maiduguri for quite some time and we have been facing the problem. What the senator is saying that the JTF wants to set him up because of his criticisms is not true. He has admitted that the boy is his nephew. He should own up that the boy was found in his house. “The JTF still stands by its word that the boy was arrested in the senator’s residence; the JTF insists that the wanted terrorist leader was arrested in his house. You see, we are all Nigerians. What are we setting him up for? There is no need for that. Seriously speaking, the JTF cannot come down to such a level.” But Senator Ali Modu Sherrif, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the All Nigeria Peoples Party, described Zanna as a “drowning man”. A statement issued on Monday by his Special Assistant, Mallam Umar Duhu, accused Zanna of desperately “looking for somebody to hang for his sins” on. The statement says “It is also on record that the State Security Service has invited Senator Zanna to clarify his involvement with the suspect and his links with Boko Haram. “Given his recent political encounter with the immediate past governor, now the BOT chairman of ANPP, Senator Ali Modu sheriff, he appears desperate to settle scores by dragging Ali Sheriff into the controversy.” http://www.punchng.com/news/jtf-killed-15-innocent-boys-playing-football-•-it-is-not-true-he-should-just-confess-army/ |

I even watch on stv one Acn politician challegin fashola of hs laws nt favorin d masses Acn better watch oh! My thouth.I will ask you a simple question - Do you feel comfortable riding an okada? |
My Opinion - I think Okada should be outrightly banned from Lagos. We have many mad persons riding these motorcycles in the city. They don't obey traffic laws, many don't have licenses, some engage in criminal activities. The recent restriction placed on them has revealed the mental capacity of these thugs. Yet, people continue to patronise them and trust them with their lives. On several occasions, I have had to apply caution not to knock down okada riders and passengers on express roads who deliberately choose to ply one-way. Honestly, the State Govt cannot curb these okada menace rather an outright ban is the best way about it. When people cry foul that the crime rate will increase, it then shows that okada riders are the criminals in Lagos. I choose not to believe this, criminals would be criminals (like the ones demolishing and burning social facilities in the state) and those who are not criminals will adjust to other occupations. We should consider our safety first. You put your life at risk by hopping on an okada regardless of the distance of your trip, you put your trust on a total stranger - his driving skills you are yet to ascertain, you increase your chances of being hospitalised because the chances of safety during a collusion is very low with okadas. THINK SAFETY, DESIST FROM USING OKADAS. THERE ARE OTHER MODES OF ROAD TRANSPORT THAT CAN GET YOU TO YOUR LOCATION. |
The Lagos State House of Assembly on Monday threatened to ban commercial motorcycle popularly known as Okada out rightly from the State. Some Okada riders protesting the ban on them from plying 475 roads in the metropolis. The Speaker of the House, Adeyemi Ikuforiji made the threat following a report on the destruction of government properties by the protesting Okada riders along Ikorodu road. The House frowned at the attitude of Okada riders in the metropolis, calling on the state government to further strengthen security agencies to protect lives and property. Mr Ikuforiji, while reacting to the incident said the House would not hesitate to ban Okada out rightly if the riders continue to destroy government property and constitute nuisance in the State. Some Okada riders went on the rampage in various parts of Lagos State on Monday to protest the ban on them from plying 475 roads in the metropolis. At Onipanu, on Ikorodu Road, the protesters vandalised about 10 BRT buses during the violent protest against the Lagos State Government. Armed with sticks, iron roads and other dangerous weapons, the Okada riders hauled stones at BRT buses on Ikorodu road at Onipanu and Palmgrove bus stops. There was pandemonium in the area and a team of policemen from the Rapid Response Squad, RRS was deployed to the area to quell the protest. It was gathered that some arrests were made by the police but the number of arrests is yet to be confirmed. Similarly, the riders also protested in Ikorodu and Ejigbo areas of the state this morning over the ban on them by government. In Ejigbo, the riders blocked the road, causing traffic jam in the area while they carried leaves and chanted anti-government songs. They rejected the ban placed on them from plying 475 roads in Lagos, saying it would cripple their businesses. The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide, confirmed the protest, saying the police moved in on time to quell the protest. Total war on Okada Meanwhile, the Lagos State Government has declared a total war on commercial motorcycle riders plying the 475 prohibited routes in the Lagos metropolis. Speaking at a forum to enlighten military officials in Lagos, the State governor, Babatunde Fashola solicited the assistance of the army in the implementation of the new traffic law. “The military gave us this democracy, so there must be a continuing partnership to keep it going,” Mr Fashola said. The governor however insisted that such partnership would happen “only where the rule of law prevails.” He said: “About the Okada, for me, I understand the economics of the okada. But it also has the social effects. Many fathers have lost their children; many husbands have lost their wives; many children have lost both parents. “All we are saying is don’t go on the highways. First because we must even understand, Okadas and vehicles are automobiles; they are not toys; they are mechanical devices and therefore for you to even use them you must go and train. That’s why you go to driving school to go and learn; then they certify you. “Somebody just pulls okada from any parts of the country he likes, gets onto a truck, he’s going to Lagos and then you entrust your life to that man? As if that was not bad enough, he drives against traffic? http://www.channelstv.com/home/2012/10/22/lagos-assembly-threatens-total-okada-ban/?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter |
Why are you guys bothering yourself. Oyedepo is a businessman and he is expanding his shop, building more branches. He is a fantastic speaker who draw reference from the bible to collaborate his speeches. He is charismatic and has the skills to utter the mindset of people. He is entitled to the finest things of life because he is good at what he does but to call him a MOG - NEVER. |
pingo: I have no problem with the banning of Okada, but these issues must first be addressed:You have your answers now |
I have questions for Sen. Zanna - What has the senator done since the menace began? - Why was he requesting the instant removal of JTF from borno state? - Why is his house still standing if he is not in support of the sect. He represents what boko haram is fighting against - The search for Bama was made public, the senator never made a move either to denounce him as a relative or aid security officials locate his whereabouts. Senator Zanna has a case to answer, he should report to the SSS director's office immediately |
The State Security Service has summoned a serving Senator, Ahmed Zanna, over his alleged involvement with the violent Islamic sect, Boko Haram. The summons is in connection with the arrest last week of a suspected member of the group, Shuaibu Bama, in a house believed to be the senator’s. The Joint Task Force had arrested Bama in the building along Damboa Road in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, last Friday after soldiers stormed the House. The JTF had claimed that Bama was one of the commanders of the sect, who had been under watch. Zanna, who represents Borno-Central Senatorial District, confirmed the summons to newsmen on Sunday. He admitted being aware of a text message from the Director-General of the SSS, Mr. Ekpenyong Ita, inviting him to the SSS headquarters on Monday (today). Zanna stated that since the incident occurred he had not been contacted by security agencies until Sunday. “Since my house was searched and the JTF made the announcement, I have not been contacted by security agencies. “But it was only this morning (Sunday), I saw a text that the SSS DG will want to see me on Monday. I will honour the invitation”, he said. The senator denied that Bama had any links with the sect, though he admitted that he was his sister’s son. He described Bama as a “drug addict”, who frequently threatened to kill members of his family. He claimed that due to his behaviour, he had to send him out of his house, but could not explain how he found his way back to his house last week. The senator also claimed that Bama was arrested in the house of a former governor of the state, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, contrary to the report by the JTF. When asked why the JTF linked Bama with him instead of Sheriff, the senator responded that it was a frame-up to pay him back for constantly attacking the JTF in the media. He said, “Contrary to the claim of the JTF, the boy was arrested in Rabi Street, off Damboa Road. And the house belongs to Senator Ali Modu Sheriff. “Before, the house belonged to one Abba Mala, a Cameroonian. And later he sold it to the late Tijjani Banki and Sheriff bought from Tijjani Banki. “I reacted because they said they arrested the boy in the house of a serving Senator along Damboa Road and I am the one living along Damboa road. “I really do not understand why they did all this. I am confused. If they want to frame me up, they have failed in that one because they did not get that boy in my house. “I have nothing to do with it. Let them go and ask the person where the boy was staying. So, they should not have mentioned my house. “Yes, he is my sister’s son. As for his behaviour, he is a drug addict. He beats up my children, he abuses my friends. “He came to my house, so I sent him away. That was about almost a year ago. And for whatever reason I don’t know, he came to my house last week and I told my wife that he should leave the house.” http://www.punchng.com/news/sss-summons-senator-zanna-over-boko-haram-commander/ Is the man trying to pretend that he is not aware that he nephew is a member of boko haram |

2tex: i'v got to make something clear here - sex is not a sin, it is and was instituted by GOD. Sex is meant for man and woman under the bonds of marrige wich was also instituted by Him. Sex outside marriage is what becomes a sin. Every other sin is outside the body except the sin of fornication and adultery which is a sin against d body.2tex i want to ask you some questions - What is Sin - Where is Sodom and Gomorrah - What do you know about the Holy Spirit - What do you think Salvation is |
Billyonaire: I opened a thread sometime ago to seek expansionism on the whereabouts of Jesus, the Christ between 13th birthday and 30th Birthday, and it was a desert of ideas. Is there something you might wanna tell me about Jesus, the Christ and his absenteeism in the Bible in the most productive 17 years of his adult age ? I have ideas where he was, and what he studied, the Masters who taught him and the grand conspiracy that turned him to the enigma that he is. I am his great fan. I would have worshiped him cos of his ingenuity and prowess, if he commanded us to, but he never asked for worship. Can you tell me what you know about the avatar of the Christ Consciousness of the First Century ?Billyonaire from your post above it shows you have studied on him. Though you have revealed nothing yet but it shows you know a little of what I do know. Pastors have hijacked his reverence and are making money off him. He has never asked to be worshipped. They should go and read their bible properly (yes the same one that was incorrectly translated, the same one that was decided by the council of Nicaea on what should be removed or included. The same bible where Jesus revealed to his disciples the truth about God openly and was never disclosed) . I really want that madam to tell me what she knows about Jesus (maybe she might crack me up this sunday). |
Many feel too proud to learn to understand the loving mind of God. Of course, they do so to their own detriment.God has given us every good thing to enjoy in this life without our soliciting for them. Among them is sex. Man follows such simple precepts to his own advantage and discards them to his own peril. Sex is to be enjoyed responsibly. For the sons of pedition and the rebellious who revel in waywardness like satan their father, they shall have a feel of hell here and hereafter.
Oga if you eat too much you might die from overweight, if you drink too much water, you will create an imbalance of your body fluid and either you die or end up in the hospital (or probable someone of your nature might end up with your pastor for prayers. The divine one has put all this to our disposal and given us the free will to do what we want to do, if you over do the consequence is yours, if you undergo the consequence is yours too, if you rightly do the consequence is also for your grabs. Shokoloko: billyonaire you always reason impressively in many topics but you need to work on the religious aspect. shortcomings in religionMadam what do you think you even know about Jesus? |
solbil: listening to so many people especially religious people on issues regarding sex, i get the feeling that to these folks, sex is about the woman and nothing about the man. They make us to think that the man only takes and apart from doing the taking, the man is nothing more! Little wonder why most people's advice, including the ones given by adeboye in this write up, are adressed to the women only. "dont allow just any nice guy to enter you" "dont alow any one to black mail you" But should it be so? I am still wonderingThey know their main customers are women, easy to convince by using the bible. While they go about still sleeping with them. Abi no be one of them just recently divorce him wife. Later he would quote another verse and member will say Amen. |
Its high time our Government imposed checks and balances on churches. Oyedepo is running a business centre. I doubt if he pays his taxes. He is exploiting gullible people and no impact is being felt in the economy. I have questions for his members, if he preaches about rapture, how come he is amassing so much wealth and for whom knowing definitively well that he would die someday and take nothing to heaven. If he is truly a MOG as claim, why is he outstretching his ministerial divination to schools, pure water manufacturing, and other business ventures If he is meant to blessing you (his members) how come you are never better off than him financially? Or do they want to say that God is the one giving him the money he is spending on fleet of planes? I don't have a problem with him trying to make progress with his life, but the style and medium are really dubious and I don't understand why our Govt isn't doing something about this too. People are scamming the innocents over religion and our leaders are keeping quiet. Churches should start paying taxes and huge ones too. This will halt men who see becoming a christian as a quick source of income. HIs members keep saying he is a huge source of inspiration. I wonder what inspiration these men are when they recycle their preaching over and over again. People are being misled into the conception of God only for them to extort them. Christians should know that they are paying for service (to hear their pastor talk and listen to the choir sing). That's no problem but I believe the members should be entitled to know how their church is doing financially and if the so claimed Spiritually leader is amassing wealthy, he should be brought to order. |
Now I know understand why people wear sunglasses at night probably the price tag has gotten to their brain cells. I even see them driving with it at night (SMH). Maybe its always sunny 24/7 (designers madness) |
I believe you have been advised properly. Chase them from all corners (left, right and centre) use twitter, blogs, Facebook, youtube, newspapers. Then finally take them to court, oga you go win, becuase they did not perform their own part of the contract. This nonsense must stop. Probable a precedent can be established from your case. Since MTN started this aeroplane promo, network has never been the same. |
