Flyover, especially on a road junction where a roundabout can be built, is a bush man's project.
Some bush men governors have continued to waste public funds in building flyovers because local bush men clamour for flyovers in every street junctions as they believe that flyovers are signs of a mega city.
Some state govs indulge in building flyovers where unnecessary in the state capital whereas floods and bad roads cripple other towns and rural areas in their state.

People like you are the reason Nigeria is where it is today. People who have clearly decided to be selfish and tribalistic. People who would rather die than embrace the truth glaring at them.

Buhari ruled for 8years, right? Who advocated for him to be in power? And was there a single day that your President Tinubu who had access to him speak against the damaging effects of his policies on Nigeria economy?

He didn’t speak against an economy of his predecessor that took us decades behind as a nation because he had dream to become the president .

And now you say he doesn’t have a hand in how frustrated our economy has become? And he is on a right track?

Ghana is 13 Cedis to 1 dollar. Of course you know what the naira is and you claim it is a good move.

You are clearly not human.

And that’s for lack of a more appropriate word.
3 GhanaCedi rate to the US Dollar doesn't mean Ghana is economically more buoyant than Nigeria. Ghana knocked off some zeros from its Cedi a few years ago. Above all, exchsnge rate of a country's currency to the US Dollar is not a measure of economic buoyancy of the country.

Yes oo Mr Paul, infact it was also Wike who frustrated Perer Obi out of APGA.

The game is to use Obidients against Wike. Atiku lacks the force and balls to do the work, so it will be smart and cheaper to incite Obidients to help Atiku fight Wike.

Watch how Obidients will fall for this easily.
Only a nitwit would fall for this Paul/Atiku falsehood.
Obidients can't fall for it.
Watch out, Atiku will still present himself for presidential election through PDP in 2027; as usual, solely to preempt any possibility for an Igbo president of Nigeria through PDP.

Lies. Wike knew that Atiku still had interest in contesting for presidential election in 2023; therefore Wike threw in his weight Against Atiku in the contest. Peter Obi quetly keft the two to dig it out.
Atiku eventually bought the PDP presidential ticket.

Time of Ogogoro leaders from the SS is gone. The Ogogoro leaders of the 1960s who went to Kaduna in 1967 and asked the then governor of northern region, Hassan Katsina, to beg Gowon to carve out today's SS from Biafra. Gowon quickly agreed and created Cross River and River States out of Biafra. That largely led to fall of Biafra. After that, Northern military Generals and politicians seized all the multi billion Dollar oil Wells in the SS, devised new unitary government system, proliferated states and Representative constituencies in the north, and supervised the 1999 constitution at gun point. The SS region which is supposed to have been like Dubai of today suffers from those acts.
Politics › Re: FAAC: We Can’t Continue Using Bayelsa Money To Develop Other States – Diri by onuman: 9:56am On May 13, 2024
False Federation with False federalism after northern military dictators proliferated too many mostly non viable states and local government areas in the old Northern region to suck proceeds from crude oil in the Niger delta region to the northern region, after they devised a worse form of unitary government system in a country formed by three diverse regions at independence.
Today, ask for political restructuring of Nigeria. the northern political actors will ask you to come to the National Assembly for political restructuring of Nigeria, knowing full well that northern legislators drawn from the excess number of states in the North overpopulate the National Assembly.
Last time a retired military General from the SS said that Nigeria must be restructured either by PEACE or by FORCE, then president Buhari replied: Nigeria's democracy and constitution have been guarded by the armed forces since 1999. In other words, Nigeria's democracy and Constitution are only kept by force of the army.

Good. But there are normally no law enforcement agents to preempt the frequent strikes of herdsmen and bandits, or even promptly arrest the herdsmen and bandits whenever they strike.
Modern law enforcers use intelligence methods to forestall crime, not firebrigade methods whenever criminals strike.

However, southern politicians still clutch to one Nigeria with the 12 sharia states.
Who do these unending outcries against Fulani atrocities in southern Nigeria appeal to?
What matters about one's country is how happy and contented one is with one's country, not how big or huge the crude oil reserves are in a dysfunctional country like Nigeria.
Make una continue to feign ignorance of what gives Fulani herdsmen the impetus to continue with their atrocities in the south of Nigeria

Bandits are offshoots of Boko Haram fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws; the same unconstitutional laws adopted by the political and religious leaders in the 12 far north states now known as the Sharia states.
Former president Obasanjo then branded it Political Sharia. Shortly after, Boko Haram emerged and says it's fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws, just like the Taliban of Afghanistan did.

Adopted sharia crimimal laws became like fetching firewood infested with red ants.
When the sharia wars broke out in Northern Nigeria, a BBC female Reporter asked Sani Yerima the then governor of Zamrara state who introduced sharia criminal laws in the North, if he didn't understand that his Sharia criminal laws could lead to disintegration of Nigeria.
Nigeria's economy has been largely decimated by the fight against Boko Haram and banditry.
Tourism income lost to Nigeria; whereas some countries live largely on Tourism income.

In fiesty fashion, the raging political tussle in Rivers State between loyalists of Nyesom Wike (FCT Minister and Ex-Gov) and his godson now incumbent, Sim Fubara continues.

A lawmaker in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Enemi Alabo George, via his official facebook account, has lashed out at the Governor following claims he (Fubara) intends to pull down the Rivers legislative residential quarters.

Alabo George represents Asari-Toru Constituency II and is one of the pro-Wike lawmakers in the Martin Amaewhule-led Assembly.

Enemi Alabo George
When lawmakers break the law by not allowing the elected governor to do his job in peace, the governor as the chief executive of the state can do whatever it takes to make the lawmakers play ball with him for the interest of peace and development in the state. Gov Fubara is the elected leader of Rivers State.

Nyesom Wike versus Rotimi Amaechi political feud and now Wike versus gov Fubara, is dragging Rivers state backward, and is a phenomenon that should make any reasonable person in Rivers state distance him or herself from Wike.

Who doesn't know that Tinubu's APC alliance has been like a cancer on Rivers state beginning from Amaechi joining the alliance in 2014 and till today's Tinubu sponsorship of Wike?

PS- For those who don't get the analogy, i'm alluding to the stupidity of going on a flight of fancy....ie, building a multi-billion dollar coastal road when decrepit and dangerously failed roads exist all over the country!
Don't you know that the Nigeria versus Biafra war has been pursued in the Economic front by people from some sections of Nigeria; and that Umahi as Works Minister is a ruse like putting Igbos as Information or Foreign Affairs Minister of Nigeria in the bid to project the eastern region of Nigeria as belonging to Nigeria? Before 1999, there was nothing like Fulani herdsmen or bandits.

There was nothing like Boko Haram.

There was nothing like Niger-Delta militants.

There was nothing like unknown gun men.

Nigerians don't pay taxes to go to their farms.

You could travel everywhere in Nigeria without fear of kidnappers or ritual killers.

There was nothing like sectionalism, tribalism and open nepotism.

Naira was matching dollar internationally.

The four refineries in Nigeria were working perfectly.

nafcon fertilizer was producing at optimum capacity.

Michelin was producing tyres in Nigeria.

Dunlop was producing tyres in Nigeria.

Textile and garment factories were striving in Kano.

Maiduguri is one of the most beautiful cities in Nigeria.

Calabar, onne, Warri and port Harcourt sea ports were operating in full capacity.

Aba, Onitsha, Nnewi were business heavens.

Nigerians sleep with both eyes closed.

There was relative peace all across the country.

Nigerians weren't japaing even under IBB and Abacha's government.

There was little or no presence of Aliko Dangote (monopoly)

But Democracy took all these away in just 24 years.
Buhari's military govt in 1983 was the beginning of Nigeria's woes, not democracy that began in 1999. Look well well.
