Barbaric, herd mentality and savagery actions of blocking roads that belong to all of us is not allowed in democracy. A responsible citizen is expected not to be barbaric.

If you are, you will be jailed. If you resist arrest by carrying weapons against constituted authority, you shall be sent to the world beyond to meet whatever you are worshipping faster than you deserve.

Nobody has a monopoly of madness. If you can behave in a barbaric way, the government will act with impunity to curtail your excesses.

But please tell me, why does sheikh el zakzaky move with a sort of army, why does he support road closures and why does he act like a supreme leader over non members of his group, disobeying civil authorities and issuing curfews as he pleases.
What is your reaction to the series of complains by Zaria residents.
Frankly, no normal Muslim like me will consider himself a Sunni or a Shia, we all follow the teachings of the prophet as taught by any scholar of our choice...even within what you call Sunni, there are thousands of schools of thought...same as with so called Shia.
But the problem the govt has with el zakzaky is that he has turned himself into a parallel govt. or how else will someone decide to weyleigh and hold to ransom the Chief of the entire Nigerian Army. In fact, an ordinary soldier who is returning from a wR front must be feared and avoided because until after their orientation, they still see everyone as enemies to be killed. Unfortunately, the chief of army staff is directly involved in the bokoharam war and saw elzakzaky's molestation as another enemy attack...
My question is why does elzakzaky think he is only accountable to the Iranian authorities?
But yes...the army is very wrong to have opened fire on them, even on the road, let alone killing innocent worshippers in the headquarters.
But you can't blame a man who s just returning from a war zone can you?

many are still talking about the road block incident that only left seven people killed, and the push up general passed after the road was cleared.

People forget that the road block incident is being used to cloud what later followed. After Oga push up had passed, reinforcements were called to attack the sheikhs house and the praye center of the Shiites , both filled up with innocent civilians numbering in the thousands. A massacre has taken place in Zaria in a supposedly democratic dispensation.

Was it also the sheikhs wife and his son who were shot in his house that blocked the road?

This is painful injustice.

You can see the hypocrisy. The foreign organisations are not helping matters. AI and some Nigerian fools were shouting at the top of their voices calling for sanctions against Iherijika for war crime. And what was his offence ? For killing boko haram members.
Fastforward today. The COAS are being praised for killing unarmed people. Let's assume he only killed those people on that blocked his way, it wouldn't have meant much. But he went further to kill 300 more and destroy their houses and place of worship. No one talked about this. The military only showed video of the COAS appealing to the shiites to clear the road.
No human right activist in Nigeria has condemned this action.
