Man was created perfect, but since you do not believe in creation let me say he was complete in every sense but as he continue in the world he became tainted. Man was not suppose to fall sick and all but as a result of what he did with his freewill all this comes upon him.

Frank, your question on how can God create man with perfect make up and not a perfect act.
Let us see it this way, you have a freewill to do whatever you want without anyone interfering with it right, though there might be consequences for your actions. For instance you can be given to taking more than required sugary intake and it comes with its on consequences, i am not just talking the bible right now. When you do you will have to face the consequences of may be getting down with diabetes and that does not change the fact that you are once well before.

We have two legs to be able to walk properly and be balanced without requiring any support, all our systems, tissues, organs, and parts are just intact and in right measures, to me i think it make more sense that someone created man than just being a random occurrence.
