Traffic yes, no argument on that. Opebi - Allen - Adeniy8 Jones - Alausa zone is the most CORPORATE commercial area in the whole of Lagos Mainland. And the Opebi Allen road is just 2 lane, hence the constant traffic, also due to that giant roundabout dey just dismantled. So hopefully, with this new arrangements, d traffic will surely reduce more than before. Although traffic will still be there cuz na 2 lane with high concentrated companies and vehicles, like awolowo road Ikoyi. But traffic is usually less early morning and weekends. But for value, that area is one of the richest areas on the mainland, the only place on mainland that beats it na GRA ikeja. Ever before you have Lekki, VI, Ikoyi boom, all the real big men for Lagos mainland, na this axis dem dey before relocating to the Island.

That area is one of the best areas on the mainland, the only problem is heavy traffic due to it being a highly commercial area and then its a major access route to Alausa Secretariat. GTB has been sending me SMS I should reactivate my account, then Pension Pal has been sending me SMS since last year or so, every month about monthly pension contribution. Story! You have nothing to worry about. It just means it's a line that has been recycled by the network, and it was the line that was tied to the former user's bank account. There was a time my old line was recycled. I didn't know. It was the line attached to a bank account that was dormant. Later I started using the account but was not getting any alerts. I then realize the new owner of the line was getting the alert. I bought a Venza,2010 model last year,it carries a 182 horse power four cylinder engine,(engine parts are available in the market). it has a lot of cargo space and attractive interior,low fuel consumption, it has a dual zone authomatic climate control and eight way adjustable drivers seat with lumber support. The sound system is a bomb,as it has a bluetooth and a six speaker audio system with USB Port and a satelite radio.My friends that are using lexus feel inferior when i come arround. lol

feel inferior for a 182 HP car that doesn't even have reverse sensors talk less of reverse camera? Boss dey juz dont wana hurt your feelings. U have really good friends ... D feeling u get from controlling d RX35O joystick and seeing the steering auto adjust itself to your preferred position when you power up alone is better than d feeling of everything a Venza has to offer. Don't get me wrong. Venza is an ok car, but when it comes to comparing with an RX350, there is no comparison @ all. It cannot measure up in any way, any way at all

In my opinion changing from a 2008 MDX to a 2010 Venza is actually a downgrade. Changing to 2010 RX350 isn't much of an upgrade either.
The Venza is not an SUV, it is just a station wagon of the Camry which comes nowhere near the MDX. The RX is more reliable and you can bet on it to basically run forever with proper maintenance. Which makes it very very expensive and high resale value on the other hand.
My verdict is if you cant upgrade to something like 2014 RX or the MDX do not upgrade from a 2008 MDX to any 2010 Toyota (both the RX and the Venza are Toyota).
But if you must choose between the two choose the RX, but your pocket too go tell you the difference.

No single difference between the 2010 RX and the 2014 RX, except only the front bumper design which he can easily do upgrade and save himself big money. 2010 RX to 2016 RX is just like 2010 Prado to 2019 Prado same same, just slight bumper and light (and bonnet latest model for Prado) difference
