this one is not even about being based in the North. The FOOLS want to build a Military University (that will have military assets, armory and equipment) in the same state that is the Boko Haram and ISWAP strongholds, a state that is the invincible fortress of the terrorists that have been killing thousands of soldiers like Christmas chickens and mosquitoes, the same terrorists they have NOT been able to defeat for over 10 years even after so called Buhari Service Chiefs were asked to relocate there. Of all places to site the university in the North, they chose a Boko Haram location Just Google Boko Haram and Biu and see the countless times it has been attacked by Boko Haram. Same area that was one of the places under Boko Haram control during GEJ govt, the same Biu that army formations, troops, outposts etc have been overrun several times by terrorists and soldiers killed is where they want to site military university. Yet the war against Boko Haram has no end in sight. Mtchwwwwwww. I just pity any students that enrolls there, they just want to use them as kidnapping pawns for Boko Haram to take and use to negotiate for release of their terror commanders and forces captured by the army.
