There is this lady who recently joined our organization. She caught my attention but I wanted to take things slow. Later I got to know that my other colleague at work had already spoken to this lady and they had been having serious romance. I had to cut off every affections though the lady in question and I later became best friends.

Fast forward to the present day, they broke up and the babe had been trying to gather herself. I cunningly asked her if she could work things out with the guy but she bluntly said no.

The issue here now is that I've been developing serious affection for her again though during our chats before their breakup I had told her I developed feelings for her but my other colleague was faster than I in approaching her of which she said I should have told her about it.

No one is saying the rules can't be broken and we cannot also assume and conclude that blessing knowingly took banned substances without the assistance of the national physicians with the permission of the officials!
Bro No Athlete takes these drugs without the involvement or knowledge of the officials!
Hence the officials and national physicians have questions to answer if there will be a panel of inquiry!

Well some take the substances even then. Even knowing that they would be discovered. (You need to have been following athletics for some time to see cinema)

It makes no sense to take banned substances knowing fully well that such athletes will be discovered and possibly shamed and disgraced out of the Olympics!
Some of the athletes are not really knowledgeable about the substances that are permissible or not.....Even if they knew and decided to go ahead and take such, they go through an internal test from their national physicians to confirm that they are clean of any banned substance!

Whether Blessing took them intentionally or not is not even the issue here....Why was there no internal test from the officials to affirm that the athletes are clean?

There are both banned and permissible substances that officials should be aware of and advise where needed and ensure the players adhere to only the permissible substances according to the IOC regulation....That's their duty instead of their usual 'follow come' attitude to important tournaments like the Olympics!
Ask yourself Why would an athlete take a banned substance/drugs knowing fully well that they will be discovered?
Athletes don't just take any drugs without advise from the officials through their physicians!

What is the role of the officials that went with the athletes?
Are they not suppose to monitor what the players take into their system?
