You May tell the person not to bother about the I.V if it would'nt stain a shirt, but that should'nt stop you from Registering for a Conference which is relevant to your Feild.
However My main emphasis is for you to "upgrade your travel history" go to other countries 1st.
Then apply for the US VISA, my Brother theres no way you would'nt be given, provided you dont fumble with words at your interview.
There are other Avenues too like,
1-going to school
2-going for medical treatment(you need a lot of Ca$h for this one sha, your acct should basically run in cool Millions, and your Hospital should back you up as a patient seeking med attention)
3-DV-lottery
4-Business meeting
but I advise you just go for a Conference its easier and it'd suit your profile.

Have a parcel of land outside lagos. Have a friend in the usa who is willing to send invitation letter to me. To spend 2 weeks with him during my stay in his resident but refuses to send his documents except inv and maybe copy of passport page. That I will provide the necessary documents I required to secure the visa. Have not travelled outside nigeria. Pls I need your candid advice on this. Am over 32 yrs of age and am engaged.

your case sounds stable, but to totally cancel out Eyebrow twitches, I recommend you travel to @least one or two countries(with your profile you could easily get a Schengen/EU Visa if you applied), before applying for that US Visa, why? Take note;
1-Since you are single, the fact you travelled outside Nigeria and returned, will justify your claim Of not trying to Immigrate.
The US assumes every Non immigrant Visa applicant are potential Immigrants, and that assumption is of higher priority on Single Applicants. So having travelling His3 is a real + if you are Single.
2-Mostly the Burden of trying to convince the CO you are'nt an Intending Immigrant rests on YOU not supporting Documents. That is why Visit reasons to the US by Young Single people, should be of crucial relevance, that way its easier to convince CO's- I also Suggest you look for a Conference/Workshop thats related to your discipline and apply for it.
Then again try to compose yourself during the interview and animate a lil of your plain circumstances... Eg You are Engaged, "have to be married before Bleep" because... You Scored!
You know, Animate blank spots, that depends on your attitude sha so try not to be stiff- Crack a joke if you can.

That Visa payment receipt has a login Validity period of almost a year, I would suggest he cancels his appointment and go repackage himself properly to face American CO's, because he is obviously not prepared with his present profile & he better find another significant reason of Visiting the US, instead of Holidays.

Amazing! This same thing happened to a friend of mine but he was given the Visa after a while of administrative processing, his only challenge was at the port of entry cuz he was grilled by immigration due to the fact he missed the conference date.

Personally I think you are good to go, your profile is adequate for any Visa application, but the bulk of everyfing depends on how confident & composed you are during your Visa interview, then again what the CO concludes.
Because I have seen a very notable personality in Nigeria get denied a Visit Visa to the US just because she could'nt defend her previous visit to the US appropriately; to be frank I was shocked(she was too, considering the fact she had been to the US-maybe thats why she did'nt put any effort during her interview).

(I could Imagine the white guy snickering to himself "thot he could challenge me with a Bloody Honda" I concluded the DBS was no car, but a Prescision instrument of speed & aerodynamics. Made my prized Honda look like a Tractor.

But as u know the effex are temporary, continous use of Nitro could blow the engine.
Nitrous kits can be installed on most vehicles- but for best results GT engines (sports engines)are more prefared due to bigger air chambers and fuel Nozzles they posess which favor the Nitro combustion.
