basilo101:We already settled this issue with a google map exact measurement and we saw that Enugu was indeed bigger in total city sprawl than PH. I will look for that post and repost it here. Meanwhile, it's already 5 years of Akanu Ibiam International airport ! Wow and they never missed any scheduled flight, EXCEPT when the Nigerian government mischievously closed down the airport
|
wideawaken01:The devils are using the strategy of imposing their member as INEC chairman to declare their false "landslide victory" and using the Nigerian troops to intimidate and kill voters in opposition strongholds. Unless something is done to restore the credibility of elections, an illegitimate ruler after 2019 will lead the country to serious bloodshed. |
I hope folks have noticed that a certain individual always comes here to find reasons for some negativity. He never contributes any useful idea, except to engage in e-war with himself using numerous monikers just to derail the thread. |
One really bad habit about road sweepers in Nigeria is to keep dirt or silt on the road waiting for the next rain to wash it back into the gutters or spread it all over the street again. They should remove any dirt as soon as it's scooped up. The lazy habit of leaving dirt on the road shoulder is what makes every effort to clean-up to be wasted after each rainfall.
|
BankeSmalls:I have confirmed that the monikers Abagworo and Chino or Bestviewer or whatever he uses is the same person! |
Yeye regime. Soon they will blame the dead for food shortages in Nigeria ![]() |
PrettyCrystal:Why are all the vehicles looking so clean? Vehicle under water for a while is supposed to be rusty! Hmmmm! |
Bede2u:I totally agree igbos should not lead any revolution to break up Nigeria, else even those being slaughtered today for fun by fulani herdsman will suddenly find a reason to support fulanis against the igbo . I also agree Igbos should begin to think more about their homeland and what will happen to their investment in those strange places called capitals where they are deceived to bury their lifetime investments. Those who are too dumb to see the fulani plan that Buhari would rather build a refinery in northern Nigeria to use chadian or Niger Republic oil than build refinery in Abuja or national "capital" to use Nigerian oil. Then those Igbos deserve what they get for being too stupidd chasing money without an iota of sense to secure their years of hardwork in a safe location |
PDP will definitely win the 2019 Presidential election. The problem is that Buhari will heavily deploy Nigerian troops at INEC Headquarters in all states and INEC colluding with APC will announce that Buhari had won a "Landslide" victory. Then Buhari will ask you to go to court, knowing he would also be using EFCC to intimidate the Judges. I truly fear that a military coup to save Nigeria may happen sooner than we think. |
They have sold our jets to Chad and Niger Republic and came out with this cock and bull story. Bloody thieves! |
To avoid violence, Nigerians should boycott further elections conducted by Yakubu Mahmoud until the National Assembly appoints a competent and unbiased INEC chairman. What has happened in Osun is exactly what can lead to mayhem. Deploying troops to intimidate voters and INEC announcing a candidate who lost an election as winner is the level of banditry APC and INEC have returned Nigeria |
ckenneths:Pine forest near Okpara square, Enugu |
I see a return to military rule after 2019. Instead of illegitimate governors and President, who were not elected by the people, let the military rule us. |
Instead of illegitimate governors and President, who were not elected by the people, let the military rule us. |
It is now clear Buhari does not Intend to win elections. He will simply deploy troops and ask INEC to declare him winner and that's it. OSUN rigging must not stand. Mahmoud Yakubu MUST GO! |
Pinkyhubb:Look at what Buhari has turned democracy into? A total military operation of do or die. Now how will anyone in their right mind go out and vote? This is just to collude with INEC and write fictitious results to declare APC winner when they indeed lost. |
APC is bent on rigging. They will use the military to intimidate voters so that they will collude with INEC and write whatever they like as result. Nigeria is on the road to perdition. |
Opinionated:Please where is Lie Mohammed to explain how Mr Itigrity got us to this mess? When thieves with sugar tongue rule a country, even foreigners will notice. |
AnambraDota: rafindo:Don't mind the silly folks. They pretend we are already a first world country, when they are dying to get common Botswana or South African visa. Yet, they don't want Anambra state to develop to the level of those places. MIND YOU, I SAID ONITSHA NEEDS BETTER HEALTHCARE, NOT ANAMBRA! Onitsha as the biggest city in Anambra needs a Teaching hospital just like Awka and nnewi, which are even smaller cities in comparison to the population living in Onitsha. You say things that will make our standard of living rise to that of those sorry countries our people are running to, they attack you saying you are attacking Anambra state! Why should i do such a thing?? I read about an Awkuzu guy that died after jumping from a 2 storey building running away from Malaysia immigration. WHY should our people die in these sorry places?? When we can fix our homeland to be even better? Imagine someone from the Igala speaking community telling me, an Anaedo person not to speak about Anambra? Wonders shall never end! I met an Edo born woman who was nanny here in Houston. The woman initially did not know i was Igbo. So, She lamented bitterly how Nigeria had gone to the dogs, how she had gone through the desert to Europe and lots of people died . Her biggest regret was that in 2015, she had campaigned and voted for Buhari. In her mind, IPOB and some Ibos wanted to divide Nigeria and she wanted Buhari to stop them. So, i told her Buhari did what she elected him to do. Stop the IPOBS, but not care for her welfare. I said, why would you vote for someone to deal with some other person instead of help you solve your problem? The same Buhari now gleefully proclaim that Nigerian in Libya and Europe are on their own. The point is that our people will rather tell lies her to hide whoever their political affliation lie with but when their mother needs surgery for the slightest condition, they go to UNTH Enugu or try to go to India. Now if you are telling them that what they are looking for in India can be right here in Onitsha if we built a specialist hospital and encourage Anambra experts abroad to come home and help train people in specialized medical skill, they will shout "enemy of progress! who told you we don't have the best equipped hospitals in Onitsha?" That is why i simply ignore them and keep stating the facts because my intention isn't to be distracted by an Igala boy. I am here to commend good works and strategic projects that i know will uplift living standards of our people. |
AnambraDota:Don't mind that raker thing. I am sure he is one of those useless cult boys that failed out of medical school and has already set up another quack clinic somewhere in Onitsha exploiting innocent people. A topic like this ruffle their feather because it exposes their criminal activities in the city where they pose as qualified doctors and they are not. I have made it clear that i don't support nor castigate any governor. I am only happy that the current government is investing in healthcare in Onitsha after many years of neglect. Then i gave my reason to prove that Onitsha in particular had lagged behind other cities in public healthcare when compared to it's size. It should not upset anyone EXCEPT they are benefiting through some criminal activities exploiting the status quo. |
raker300: ![]() I'm supposed to cry because a shrimp recycling old internet pictures is annoyed? O'l boy i don't need you validation. I also don't reply or quote iidiots. Doing it here is a mark of respect for you. I will continue to state the facts no matter whose ox or chicken is gored. Yes, Onitsha has the highest prevalence of quack doctors in the entire SE followed by Aba. The types of shocking practices they do including the so called "blood washing" is beyond comprehension for anyone in the medical field. Governments in the past just allowed most of these quack clinics to continue operating and killing people. Unfortunately, the educational level of most traders in the city make them highly susceptible to manipulation by these quacks. Many of these quacks never graduated from Medical school nor even did the mandatory housemanship. But they come to Onitsha to rent a flat and start practicing quackery and killing some unfortunate guinea pigs with their substandard medical care and surgeries they perform without qualification Yes, medical specialties are not easy to comeby. Most of those people live close to a teaching hospital of functional State specialist hospitals where they are usually employed. Then some set up private clinics in town, thus bring qualified physicians into that city. That is why Nnewi has lots of highly qualified physicians than Onitsha because of the impact of the Teaching Hospital. O'l boy, forget your childish emotional outburst and dig into the matter. You will realize that there should be NO REASON why Onitsha with a massive population should be left for decades without a teaching hospital or a massive specialist hospital. Cities like Asaba that have a fraction of the population in Onitsha have FMC. Having private hospitals should be complimentary to government hospitals and not be the main instrument that government relies on to deliver quality healthcare for its people. General hospitals are appropriate to serve small sized towns like Ihiala, Ekwulobia or Orlu and not a city the size of Onitsha. |
AnambraDota:They know what i'm saying is true. They are just denying pointlessly. I worked in the same hospital and several hospitals in Nigeria and the USA, so i know exactly what i'm talking about. I love my state, but it does not mean i cannot speak truth to power. In Onitsha, many innocent people have died from treatable common ailments like Asthma, diabetes, epilepsy because Onitsha is filled with quacks that cannot treat anything. The only general hospital in the town looks like a poultry which no right thinking person will visit to get treated. People serious about their health travel to Enugu to get competent care. Others remain in Onitsha and continue doing trado-medical until they finally die from the disease. Look at the chart below and notice that all cities the size of Onitsha have at least a large TH or FMC or State Specialist Hospital
|
AllTheWayUp:This is why INEC did not want pictures of the result sheets taken so that the fraud would not be immediately spotted by PDP until they have announced APC winner. Unfortunately, even with the manipulation of numbers, they still couldn't steal victory from PDP. The truth is that OSUN PDP messed up by not taking pictures of result sheets and adding g them by their own PDP agents. That way. If the number they got is different from what INEC announced, then the will immediately protest the forgery |
You know end times are here when an Igala man tells a bonafide Anambra person not to comment on Anambra thread. Anyhow, one does not argue with an iidiot. It's even worse when it's a mad iidiot at that. ![]() |
Obi1kenobi:Dude stop being smart by half. NOBODY SAID ANAMBRA! WE SAID ONITSHA, THE BIGGEST CITY IN ANAMBRA. Everyone knows that NAUTH Nnewi, Anambra State is a federal teaching hospital. It should in fact be sited in the biggest city in the state, which is mainly the capital city in many states. Except for states like Abia and Anambra where their biggest cities are not their state capital. Abia made sure where most of her citizens lived (Aba) had at least a state teaching hospital in the city to cater for health of its teaming population. In the case of Onitsha, it remains the ONLY city of at least 1 million people in Nigeria that has neither a teaching hospital (either Federal or State owned) nor a Federal Medical Center . Again, I challenge you to do a little research and find other populous cities like Onitsha in Nigeria without a huge tertiary health center such as FMC or Teaching hospital or even both and a specialist hospital added as extra to some cities where up to 1 million people live. That is why I am commending Gov. OBIANO for correcting the anomaly. Helping mission hospitals is good, but they can never match the capacity of a teaching hospital nor attract even half of the medical specialties in a teaching hospital. But a well built specialist hospital can do that |
It is election time and they are just laying low. They want you to make the mistake of voting Buhari again and they will come out this this time with all their venom knowing the police or army will not be sent against them |
It is clear the leadership of INEC is working with APC to subvert the will of the mandate of the people. If APC polled the highest number of votes as the PDP, APC would have been declared winner. However, when PDP wins, the election suddenly becomes "Inconclusive". This is a test run of what will happen in 2019 when Buhari loses. The election will be declare "Inconclusive" |
Chri08102702694: --- Chino, I don't argue with idiiots
|
All we need now is for Obiano to complete the cicle of transformation by appointing a new compete Chief medical Director (CMD) for the new Specialist Hospital , Onitsha. Somebody who has several years of experience working in a place like UNTH or LUTH so that he could transform the new Onitsha Specialist Hospital. Leaving the place to be run my a bunch of inexperienced folks will not change much. The new CMD will transform the place and make it run like a true center of excellence. |
^^^^^ Despite ranting for 5 pages, the dog will not post even ONE city in entire Nigeria EXCEPT Onitsha that does not have a Teaching Hospital or a Federal Medical Center. But he will try in Vain to post Pictures of Catholic hospital and Anglican hospitals in the Onitsha and try to pass them off as Government Tertiary Hospitals. I hope anyone who has viewed this thread understand my own outrage against Ngige and Peter Obi when they failed to upgrade Onitsha General Hospital to a Specialist Hospital or a branch of Anambra State University teaching Hospital. Even cities like Abakaliki which we like to laugh at have two better tertiary hospital system compared to Onitsha which has none. To break this down in plain language for a lay person. What i am saying is that if you have a road traffic accident in Onitsha or Abakaliki which involve fractures and advanced medical care, you are very likely to die if you had the accident in Onitsha than if you had the accident in Abakaliki or even Aba! This is why i think providing a solid and well equipped tertiary hospital in Onitsha will be Obiano's greatest legacy not necessarily building of flyover. Just as building University of Nigeria Nsukka, to educate masses of people in Nigeria rather than going abroad for university education was Zik's greatest legacy not really all the roads he tarred in Enu-Onicha. |
Anyone with sense viewing this thread should simply say; "Let me get a list of big cities in Nigeria and find which ones the size of Onitsha does not have a Teaching Hospital or Federal Medical Center so that Oremi22 will shut up". Just quote 1 city with about 1 million people the size of Onitsha in Nigeria without a Teaching Hospital or Federal Medical center. Many even have two! /b] [b]Instead of posting pictures of private and mission hospitals in Onitsha trying to deceive your father who knows the place better than you. I wont waste time on f00ls today |
