Just what was Kanus' crime...taking advantage of his right to free speech and assembly? If Buhari had a problem with that, the courts were there to settle any misgivings he may have had!

I know IPOB has released a long explanation stating the reason of their refusal to join Nigerian politics. I read that before and could not fault their position. Again,Nigerian politics is toxic. It pollutes everything it touches. Who would have believed that Adam Oshoimole will one day be on the side of the Oppressors of Nigerian masses! Who would have believed Femi Adesina will one day sing the praises of a killer regime? That's toxicity of Nigerian crude politics. Furthermore,have you seen what Niger-Delta agitation for better deal for their people have turned to the moment they allowed politics in it? The whole agitation has turned to a mockery and jamboree. That's the polluting power of Nigerian politics on all things hitherto pure.

yea u are correct...the igbos are always in the news these days. Our isiagu dress is currently trending, our biafra agitation is trending, there is much greater awarness of everything igbo these days...but bro, all these are at individual level. The leadership of igboland are not involved. And untill we get them involved, we are indeed local champs. Just imagine if all se states change their state flags to have the biafran flag background...as against the nigerian flag background. It is legal...and fg cant do jack against it other than go to court. Do u know that that alone will spur igbo nationalism much more than we are having?

Just imagine if ike ekweremadu's dream fm is a major igbo political tool...or orji kalu's sunnews...and not tools in the hands of govt of the day.

Just imagine if an igbo senator stands up and demands referandum for biafra...or if se federal legislators take a uniform stance on Anioma state.

We can achieve much more if our leaders are with us...sadly they barely are.

President Buhari was reportedly furious on seeing a Financial Times report credited to President Trump. President Buhari reportedly boasted that when he was president in 1983 that President Trump was still in college.

However President Buhari had last night called on Nigerian allies across the world to intimate them on possible sanctions against America. One of the aides in the villa who spoke to us but pleaded to remain anonymous said that President Buhari is set to cut all diplomatic ties with America to punish President Trump.

More details were still being expected as American diplomats were sighted trooping into the Nigeria's seat of power to lobby Nigerian government to stand down on its hard stance on America.

I don't care what you believe nwokem but the truth can set us all free. Have you asked yourself why it is just one flight Ethiopia land at the airport for almost 5 yrs? In the eyes of FG the airport is not recognized in Nigeria as an international airport.. because they only consider Lagos, Abuja, PH and Kano as the only international airports in Nigeria. Even Kaduna stands a better chance right now because it has been recently equipped.

That's the problem with our people. We like sentiment than reality. There are only 4 international airports in Nigeria and these airports were the ones being Concessioned. Enugu airport is not part of it. Forget the building, because building does not make an airport to become international.

The sixteen female members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) who were arraigned earlier today at the Magistrate court in Owerri, Imo state, discharged unconditionally. Their release sparked celebration among fellow pro-Biafran supporters. 

The IPOB women were arrested and remanded in custody for demanding to know the whereabouts of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

The women, who protested on the streets of Owerri last Friday before they were arrested and arraigned in court on Monday, also asked the Federal Government to conduct a referendum for the creation of the Independent State of Biafra.

They threatened that the 2019 general elections would not hold if the referendum was not conducted.

So I must join you guys in accepting that Dangote cement is fake before you believe I am Igbo? The company I work for has been using this dangote cement since 1995 to construct houses and there has never been any case of collapse. This same cement is currently being use to build the Lagos lite rail pillars, even Nestoil tower was constructed with dangote cement same with over 95% of the towers built within the last 20 years in Victoria Island and nothing bad has happened to them. Like I said before, show me the buildings constructed with dangote cement that have collapsed in the East. If can't show me, then you have no evidence to proof to me the dangote manufactures fake cement. I also want all of you to stop being biased when judging matters because calling dangote cement a fake cement without proof is a sign of jealousy and hate which is what we always complain about other tribes towards us. How will you feel if a Northerner asks other northerners to boycott Innoson cars and calls them fake cars?
