horsepower101:From the list of monikers that guy created you can see he is jobless and addicted to the internet. That is why he never contributes any positive idea. He only wants to attack states of the SE and the people from them |
Actually Ojukwu's children are one of the disastrous things that happened to the great Ikemba. Especially that really fat one that was Nnewi LGA caretaker chairman when Peter Obi appointed him after so many years of being jobless. If Ojukwu's kids were hardworking at all, just their last name will get them fantastic jobs or help whatever company they float to be very successful.

Banmeallday: Nigeria is what Nigerians make of it. if we continue in the path we are, very soon people will be dead on our streets due to hunger. Meanwhile, children of our politicians will be crashing motorcycles worth N56 million Naira as toys worth nothing to them. |
spyder880:Spyder, i take God beg you, please find land for me in Enugu or Awka where i can fit this edifice Biko, i dey beg. |
senatordave1:Where is the SAUCE? Abi, This is another of your usual forgeries? Nigerians are the BEST forgers of data in the world. Believe any data from Nigeria, you are halfway dead already. THIS IS NIGEREA.......EVERYBODI BE KRIMINA! ![]() |
AuntLaVIV:So glad Onitsha is finally keying into the hotels boom and getting some nice hotels in the city too. Awka, and Asaba had taken most of Onitsha bound tourists because Onitsha lacked decent hotels and the one being built beside the Onitsha mall suddenly became a stillborn project. I wonder what happened to ruin Nkisi Palace Hotel and Onitsha Holiday resort that suddenly became a dungeon all of a sudden. |
AllahSWT:Buhari is fully of DECEIT. Only those that want to play his senseless game are caught in his hypocritical lies and DECEIT. |
Odingo1:If these translations are accurate, then there is indeed something to learn here. All the Igbo words written there are 100% accurate translation in English. If the Hebrew words are the same, then we are truly up to something here.

For those that don't know why Enugu is always rated above their towns, it's little things like this. Creating little spaces for parks or well maintained golf courses. Not merely building everywhere without any type type of environmentally friendly parks or spaces to purify the air.
|
spyder880:Oga Spyder, Biko, how much will 8 flats like this cost to build from foundation to painting in Enugu? |
If God helps Kwankwaso to get the ticket, i will volunteer to work hard for him to send the grandfather in Aso rock back to Daura for retirement. |
Xander85:No Centenary estate is along Enugu-PH expressway while Golf estate is an extension of GRA Enugu. Close to the trade fair complex along the road that leads from New market to Onitsha expressway. |
Nbote:APC is just robbing Nigeria blind to fund their election. |
raker300:Nwanne, i thought you were the one taking all the pictures you were posting until i cam across this picture i knew i had seen weeks ago in Enugu thread as Enugu. I knew it was a picture Spyder880 had posted a while ago as Enugu (https://www.nairaland.com/979128/enugu-pride-east/529). I had to find it so that you will believe me. Biko Nwanne, try to respect us by not posting other states and calling it Awka. It puts the integrity of the thread in question. We can hold our own than post picture of other cities as Awka. |
TundeBricklayer:I just hope very serious attention will be paid to landscaping to get this hospital to the proper ambiance it deserves. I hate when expensive projects are completed without landscaping and the whole place looks dusty and shoddy. We must change the culture of poor finishing of projects. All these spaces around various buildings can be car parks with very beautiful flowers and trees planted in-between.

horsepower101:In their fickle village minds, they think there is any difference between them and a Ugandan, Ghanian or Kenyan!. We are are bloody Africans. Just like we Africans don't even care to know the difference between a Scottish man and a man from Ireland. They are the same English men! In the mind of Ofodirinwa, Anambra should crash and burn, while Chino wishes Imo should melt and evaporate from this earth. So ask them what is so different between Anambra and Imo ? If you cannot tell somebody's state of origin just by looking at them, then there is nothing different. You are the mad person thinking there is got to be some reason to discriminate against people. The same way Koreas fought each other for decades, yet i struggle to tell the difference between them when i see them. Truth is that there is NONE. They make up fake differences to justify the discrimination against people. Chino and Ofodirinwa and their likes are a disgrace to all Ndigbo struggling to build a virile and developed homeland for our people.

ckenneths:Anyone that says Enugu is not fine is just lying to himself. Yet, Enugu does not possess the commercial capacity to drive the region. Creating special business parks for businesses to aggregate and creating special industrial estates to emphasize Agro-processing / Packaging companies will help Enugu to boom economically. Maintaining high security, helping night clubs, high quality restaurants and hotels to create amusement parks or while keeping the city clean and planting more trees and flowers will also help it attract more tourists through it's international access airport. Infact, only Abakaliki and Owerri are cities in the SE that show signs of becoming well planned and beautiful. We need to see the types of Abakaliki flyovers in Aba and Onitsha. These are two KEY Igbo cities that must become well planned with solid infrastructure before SE can take off economically and keep good paying jobs in the region |
But the money the send back to Nigeria is good for Buhari's regime to earn hard currency. Buhari is truly the WORST tragedy to befall Nigeria. |
ckenneths:The strategy of building these types of road with concrete is excellent. These are roads often forgotten by government. So, it's good they are built with concrete to last a long time after construction. Even without gutters, concrete roads will still last a long time. I saw the road to Ugwulangwu being paved. Mehn, you guys have no idea how people suffered on that road in the past. I experienced it once, and my best friend from there knew i would never visit his hometown again .Now i can go back there because the roads are finally fixed. Thanks a lot Dave Umahi! |
ckenneths:I love Malls that are one or two storey high. I HATE Bungalow malls. I love this Abakaliki Mall already. It might turn out to even beat Polo Park Mall, Enugu! Dave Umahi does everything with a touch of class and quality. Which many SE governors sadly lack. |
engineerboat:Infact, 100% of the Abacha looted funds that were returned to Buhari has been looted. Not even a penny of the money can be accounted for. |
spyder880:Thanks for the explanation. Now the riddle is solved, I used to think it was just one balcony. But the difference startled me. Wow, this is truly a luxury flat! Houses with two balconies are always better because there is always a second place for kids to sit and play ludo or snake and ladder games. Or like me that read for my jamb in the back balcony of my parents flat because there was never electricity to illuminate the house. ![]() |
Xander85:To clarify, I agree 100% with NK's agitation through a peaceful means. I disagree with the single command and control system of IPOB. You can check my previous posts on this issue. I never agreed to NK walking through check points because some fulani policemen could claim he was attacked and shoot him. The only reason they didn't do that were the cameras that accompanied NK. Yet, Without any form of security whatsoever, it was only a matter of time before Fulani soldiers, Police or even using Boko Haram suicide bombers to try and take NK out, then hope we cannot run the organization and it will die. That had been my greatest fear. NK should have allowed a governing council of sorts to run IPOB so that targeting one man for elimination would change nothing. My hope is that IPOB gets back on its foot and continue the struggle. Other strategies to use are suing the bloody Nigerian leader and his army in reputable courts for their human rights violation, Taking evidence of abuses to the ICC, negotiating with other sections of Nigeria on how to boycott the 2019 PRESIDENTIAL elections if certain standards are not met etc. Street protests have done its part to raise awareness. Now is the time to legally go after murderers masquerading as leaders in Nigeria. |
Handsomegod:I have also seen that explanation and it falls short of common sense. The leaders of IPOB simply wanted to prove they were selfless and not interested in self aggrandizement. Ofcourse whether they said they were not personally interested in benefiting from the struggle or not, people will still accuse them. So just do whatever is right for the movement and don't worry about people. It is noble to decide not to benefit from the struggle, but you must LEAD. Which means you must use the right strategies to engage Nigeria and not a single strategy. Nobody is asking NK or Uche Mefor to run for President, but they can become leaders of Igbo by guiding those who IPOB nominate for positions. Truth be said, every struggle in the end has a political solution. Saying you won't engage in politics at all is like saying I won't drive because i will have an accident. You don't have to be a corrupt politician. There are many good examples even in Africa for you to emulate E.g Mandela. NK didn't have to run for President or anything, but can play the role Mandela played for ANC by guiding the struggle while allowing others to do the actual protests and politicking. Adopting ONLY ONE METHOD for everything and ONE MAN decides everything is the biggest downfall of IPOB. Your enemies will simply target that ONE MAN and take him out, then you are suddenly crippled. Has that finally happened as everyone predicted? |
How many balconies does this house have? Some are made with steel and others were cement sculptures. Is it front and back balconies in every apartment? |
Why is INEC frustrating people in some parts of the country from getting their PVC? Yet, the same INEC register children to vote in Katsina? |
seunlayi:Do you have your PVC now? |
What became of this committee? |
selemempe:Everything you said would have been possible if Nnamdi Kanu listened to us for one second and allowed IPOB to be registered as a political party. He didn't have to contest for anything, but all Senators, Governors etc who win under the party must vocally demand referendum at the Senate and other political arena. I am glad another person has seen the great potential of IPOB's full participation in the political process against the doctrine of boycott. The only thing boycott would do is that it allows an unpopular person to win because most of the potential voters stayed away. Then boycott of a Presidential election through negotiating with other regions so that at least 13 states will do it and then create a situation where nobody can be declared winner. I hated that doctrine that we will no longer vote in Biafraland until they give us a date for referendum. Nobody will give you anything on a platter of gold, you have to smartly plot how to take what belongs to you by force. Not by refusing to participate and putting the entire SE in an electoral disadvantage because of having the smallest number of registered voters. |
fergie001:Buhari already knows he forged his own credentials So crucifying another person for doing the same may come back to hunt him. |
theenchanter:Stop your silly propaganda. This is the ranking of all countries by their GDP not PPP! If you want the PPP. You still see that in the website. |
