IMHO the hausas tend to stick to their language and rarely resort to English. Such that to reach them you would have to speak their language. The yorubas and igbos however are quite adaptable prefering to assume the white man's way and culture.

I'm pretty sure an hausa facebook version would appeal more to the hausa people whereas a Yoruba or igbo version would probably have zero audience with everyone prefering to stay in the English section.
