I believe we need individual security training on how to keep ourselves and our neighborhood safe.

IMHO the hausas tend to stick to their language and rarely resort to English. Such that to reach them you would have to speak their language. The yorubas and igbos however are quite adaptable prefering to assume the white man's way and culture.

Accept only payments to your bank account. Restrict cash sales.
Automate your accounting system.

We were given a very high price for a set of cables for cash (far higher than what has been quoted here at one of the aforementioned companies).
