Yet Sergio ramos earns twice as much as Varane. Why didnt they peg their salaries to their positions as you see corporations do? Can a bank pay two tellers doing the same job different diffrent salaries?
Yes. A bank can pay 2 tellers doing the same job different salaries. There is pay grade or salary scale based on your rank not job role.
Similarly, a junior rank can earn higher bonuses than his seniors based on appraisals(value added).

That is assuming that the act of schooling is not haram.
EducationRe: Why Is Any Number Divided By Zero Becomes Undefined by otomatic(m): 11:20pm On Feb 19, 2021
Adding and multiplying with zero is straightforward and uncontentious – you can add 0 to 10 to get a hundred – but we shall mean ‘add’ in the less imaginative way of the numerical operation.

Adding 0 to a number leaves that number unchanged while multiplying 0 by any number always gives 0 as the answer. For example, we have 7 + 0 = 7 and 7 × 0 = 0.

Subtraction is a simple operation but can lead to negatives, 7 + 0 = 7 and 0 - 7 = -7 while division involving 0 raises difficulties.

Let’s imagine a length to be measured with a measuring rod.

Suppose the measuring rod is actually 7 units in length. We are interested in how many measuring rods we can lie along our given length. If the length to be measured
is actually 28 units the answer is 28 divided by 7 or in symbols 2 8 ÷ 7 = 4.
A better notation to express this division is 28/7 = 4

and then we can ‘cross-multiply’ to write this in terms of multiplication, as 28 = 7 × 4.
What now can be made of 0 divided by 7?
To help suggest an answer in this case let us call the answer "a" so that
0/7 = a

By cross-multiplication this is equivalent to 0 = 7 × a. If this is the case, the only possible value for "a" is 0 itself because if the multiplication of two numbers gives 0, one of them must be 0. Clearly it is not 7 so "a" must be a zero.

This is not the main difficulty with zero. The danger point is division by 0.
If we attempt to treat 7/0 in the same way as we did with 0/7, we would have the equation
7/0 = b
By cross-multiplication, 0 × b = 7 and we wind up with the nonsense that 0 = 7.

By admitting the possibility of 7/0 being a number we have the potential for numerical mayhem on a grand scale.

The way out of this is to say that 7/0 is undefined. It is not permissible to get any sense from the operation of dividing 7 (or any other nonzero number) by 0 and so we simply do not allow this operation to take place.
In a similar way it is not permissible to place a comma in
the mid,dle of a word without descending into nonsense.

The 12th-century Indian mathematician Bhaskara, following in the footsteps of Brahmagupta, considered division by 0 and suggested that a number divided by
0 was infinite. This is reasonable because if we divide a number by a very small number the answer is very large.

For example, 7 divided by a tenth is 70, and by a hundredth is 700. By making the denominator number smaller and smaller the answer we get is larger and larger.

In the ultimate smallness, 0 itself, the answer should be infinity. By adopting this form of reasoning, we are put in the position of explaining an even more bizarre concept – that is, infinity.

Wrestling with infinity does not help; infinity (with its standard notation ∞) does not conform to the usual rules of arithmetic and is not a number in the usual sense.

If 7/0 presented a problem, what can be done with the even more bizarre 0/0?
If 0/0 = c, by cross-multiplication, we arrive at the equation 0 = 0 ×c and the fact that 0 = 0.
This is not particularly illuminating but it is not nonsense
either. In fact, c can be any number and we do not arrive at an impossibility. We reach the conclusion that 0/0 can be anything; in polite mathematical circles it is
called ‘indeterminate’.

All in all, when we consider dividing by zero we arrive at the conclusion that it is best to exclude the operation from the way we do calculations. Arithmetic can be conducted quite happily without it.

Foreign oil majors have ripped Nigeria apart for over 6 decades! These are companies that have sponsored coups and wars in Nigeria but Nigerians don't know. Their presence here is the main reason the NNPC is an eyesore. Most of these oil companies, together with their home governments are responsible for sponsoring Nigerias war machine during the Nigeria-Biafra war and have different secret agreements with the army officers that played major roles in that war. This explains why western countries prefer brutal dictators masquerading as democrats to hold sway in Nigeria. Most of the joint venture agreements favor the foreign companies! Half of whatever Nigeria earns from oil in a day goes to these companies! Irekefe panel in the early 80s established the fact that in most pump stations, there are no metering of any sort. Essentially, oil companies will load oil into oil tankers and then quote figures to the Nigerian government through the ever comatose NNPC!

This only happens in Nigeria! Not even in Kuwait or Libya will this happen.. Countries basically under western control! Part of the reason why western governments only make "silent noises" about government brutality in Nigeria is because of this reasonn! They need brutal tyrants to hold down restive youths do the oil companies can suck dry! A CIA report once stated that an African country produces more than double the amount of oil that is declared on daily basis! And that can only be Nigeria, since the report came before Angola joined oil exploration big time. Let's not go into deliberate environmental degradation unleashed by these evil imperialist companies on poor oil communities.., it's the worst in the whole wide world! I just hope that someday in our lifetime, a very hot headed president will take the fight to this oil companies for recruiting the worst of our kind, making them rulers over us and using their greed and lust for power to loot a generation bare..

Maybe the herdsmen are on a mission to terrorise and capture territories like they did centuries ago. That is why they say they own all land in Nigeria and also why you see titles like Sarkin fulani Oyo in order not to be subordinates to the local chiefs in the community.
Maybe we should start having Oba of Sokoto, Igwe of Kano, Amanyanabo of Kebbi, Obong of Zaria. Note that to gain recognition for this titles, you have to do something drastic that will force negotiation with you. This negotiation confers some form of recognition/legitimacy. I think that is what the fulani are doing.

Maybe Southern Nigerians should start ranching and replace the Fulani's poor quality products.
When I was a kid, goats and sheep used to be allowed to roam about. Then local government officials started a campaign of seizing goats found roaming for the reason that they were destroying farms.
Then people adapted and started keeping goats in their backyards till date. People will go out and bring fodder for their goats.
So of the local authorities can do that to goats and sheep, why won't they do for cows? Especially as the herders are joining their cows to constitute a nuisance.
Mind you, people in my area also rear cows in fenced farms too. Only that they don't take it as seriously and the species are usually short and black.
PoliticsRe: Abdulaziz Nyako: I'm A Herdsman & A Senator, You Must Ban Cow Meat First Before by otomatic(m):
Mr herdsman Senator should try ranching. At least he has the money to establish a model ranch.
That people eat beef and drink milk doesn't mean herders should become a menace to the society.
Even the countries we import milk from do not allow cows to roam all over the place while their herders run amok.
Ranching even conserves the animals energy and allows them produce at optimal levels.
If the senator cannot progress beyond the customs he inherited, then his education is a waste.
