It's unfortunate people do not understand the Mystery of life...
Few days after the death of the right hand man of the president , I remember having a dream.. I saw him but his face had changed to some nasty look. He was talking to about 3 other men, and this were his Exact Words
" I had This.... I had That... But I didn't have JESUS! I am not in a Good place..
They that have Ears to Hear, Let them Hear!
I Rest my Matter
I hope this your dream is not fictional, because all liers have their place in the lake of fire. It doesn't matter whether they are preaching or not. |

Some people will reap a 100 fold, some 50 fold, etc. The person with 100 is not a sinner. He has good business acumen, better negotiation skills. In fact there is a parable in which the servant who doubled his master's money was rewarded with more. However, it is sinful to use false scales, but not sinful to use negotiations. |

tolu328: It should be more fun if we put up pictures of this married men acting single online. Naming and shaming them should be allowed.
The emotional pains this comes with can't be compared for some of us, there are many ladies out there that would sleep with married men regardless of their marriage status but they choose to lie to unsuspecting single women that they perceive as vulnerable. It's really unfair, I've been a victim sharing intimate moment with one of these men and I can't stop hating myself for it. I will share the picture of the man and the story later . I hope your lawyers are on speed dial. Goodluck. |

chiddyok: And so we marry people we don’t trust with our finances because we must marry. And you need to see where married women are putting down unmarried ones, as if they were born married. Madam, cancel your atm card and don’t bother with a new one. Bring one or two relatives around or let him know you are responsible for them. Inflate what you spend on them and save the rest in another account. And think very hard of the future of your marriage. I don’t know how you people share bed with someone you can’t share your purse with. And nobody should quote me and ask me if I’m married and when I marry I’ll understand. I’m not, because I didn’t ask anyone to feed me so I can’t feed anyone’s son. Well said. It goes both ways. Men marry people they cannot trust with their account details or have joint account with and I laugh. You don't trust her with your money but you eat her food. What if she poisons you to claim your life insurance? Obviously OP did not really know who she was courting before the marriage. She will either do as the husband wants or be prepared to quit. I do not support quitting though. That's why you must get it right the first time, use courtship to seriously study/know the person's way of thinking, not to be going on outings only. |

The choice is yours. For the upscale estate,
Advantages: You socialize with upwardly mobile folks who may motivate and help you with connections. Secure and lovely neighborhood.
Disadvantages If you don't have deep pockets, you end up playing catch-up with the Joneses in terms of changing Cars, jewelry, social clubs, expensive children school and summer vacations in order to fit in and have what to talk about. This may affect your finances negatively. You might only know your neighbours from a distance as they are hardly around, always busy with their endeavours, are a little bit snobbish.
Personally, I would advice anyone starting out not to stay there even if you own the property. |

BurntSoul: How's this justice. And one MoG is deceitfully organising deliverance programs. Ya'll is confuse Well, I don't think it is justice. Just that that's how we see it in nature. More like blood debt, so the lineage must pay. As for MoGs, any deliverance that is tied to money/payments is very fake. I personally believe that your own mouth and level of spiritual development can deliver you. |

BurntSoul: why are u guys like this? Why wld a generation suffer what they know nothing abt? Don't u think one of ur ancestors committed a crime that deserves this kinda curse? It's called a generational curse. You inherit it by reason of lineage, due to what your forbears did. " the fathers have eaten a sour grape and the children's teeth are set on edge" "For the Lord your God is a jealous God, visiting the iniquities of the father upon the children, even up to the third generation" So , even without people saying it , the curse is there already. As a matter of fact most people suffering today are under such curses which they know nothing about, that is, suffering for crimes their ancestors committed. PS: the quotes above are made under the assumption that you read the Bible. |

Coolcash1: Printing money as logical as it may sound comes with grievous economic and financial implications for the government. It simply gives government security bad rating, causes panic, and discourages investors to hold such investment. The other implications that come with QE for such an unproductive and debilitating economy like ours will further send it into comatose and possibly nail it to the coffin. Certainly. But defaulting will still have the same effect. Even worse when the instrument is denominated in your own currency. |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by otomatic(m): 8:30am On May 26, 2020 |
Coolcash1: Emmanuel, i will have to disagree with you for the first time to avoid newbies being misled.
Government can surely default. Please read about Argentina's case. Govt cannot default on Naira denominated instruments. They will simply print more money. Default can be on the Foreign currency instruments like Eurobond, as they have no control over those currencies (they need to earn it as against printing it). |

Mstcheew At that point why didn't you show her your statement and ask her to print her own? I think you don't give people benefit of doubt. Ordinary contract, you cannot read and understand before signing. That's how you will just sign you life and future generation away. They will just bring one car/cash and next thing, you are signing on auto mode.
The person that gave you the contract/agreement will surely cover himself first, read to check if you are covered too. Better still have your own lawyers review and advice all business contracts before you sign. |

Millenniumlady: Go let them know you're a change person so you can get you children back......Child support is not something to joke about you can build/buy a house from the cheque you'll be receiving from their dad's annually I don't understand this. Should she look for the (not her) children because she has really changed or because they are her meal ticket (via child support)? Those children are not with their "fathers" but legally adopted. In my opinion, looking for them so as to get child support is another form of abuse. After they survived her irresponsibility, she shouldn't use them as economic bargaining tools. She should get a job, that is responsible behaviour. Anyway, in this age of "baby Mama", what do I know? |

You know how many times I've lined up to withdraw money from an ATM? ZERO. Yes you read that right. Zero times that I sometimes wonder if I'm the only one that uses ATMs. I could from the comfort of my bedroom take a screenshot of a cheque and have the funds deposited in my bank account, within seconds, without leaving my house. Abeg stop all these unnecessary hype about Nigeria. Fear God na Bro queuing at ATM as in Nigeria does not negate the fact that the banking sector is advanced. It's just that the average Nigerian still prefers cash despite other alternatives provided. Also banks like Zenith are very time conscious in their dealings from my experience. As for the cheque deposit issue, we have something similar in Zenith iteller. Download the app and check it out. It's a zenith bank product. |
