I gave out my DSTv decoder and ported my MTN phone number to Glo since last year. Y'all can follow suit. ![]() |
...by merging MTN and DSTv into Glo and Daar Sat respectively. ![]() |
Ibos with false sense of superiority. Rather than blame them, they are to be pitied. An average Ibo person sees the Yorubas as the cause of their loss in the civil war, hence the hate. A close study of Ibo psyche will reveal to you that they actually feel inferior to the Yorubas and that's why they found themselves competing with us. They found themselves wanting to out-do everything we've done( Á jí se bi Òyó làárí, Òyó ò se bí baba eníkan) but without success. So far, it's only in Iboland that I've seen a community of not less than 500 people without a motorable road, potable water, electricity, school and healthcare facility. The only government presence they have there is a polling unit. The indigenes of this community are in Lagos and all over SW claiming they developed the place. Ask if they provide all the facilities they lack back home, in Lagos. Most of them don't even pay tax, so one would wonder how exactly they contributed to the development of Lagos. There's nothing wrong having Ibos doing business in Lagos, but calling it a no-man's-land is unacceptable and will no longer be tolerated. Ibos in Yorubaland are free to take up Yoruba names, but enough of Chukwudis who refused to sell me a pieces of land in Enugu, calling any part of Yorubaland a no man's land. |
PDP will not rule this country again. |
We know nobody would dare lay hands on them. |
haywire1:He stopped even drinking water in public functions since January. |
We'll take control till the next morning. ![]() |
PPAngel:There's no need to claim Kwara. The geo-political position of Kwara and part of Kogi is only a creation of Nigeria and will cease to exist once Nigeria cease existing. To Kwarans, the geo-political boundaries do not exist. Not an inch of the Yoruba-Kwara(except may be, Ilorin emirate which is even doubtful) will go to the North. 8 LGAs outside Ilorin Emirate are purely Yoruba and where they would belong in the event of a break up is not in doubt. It's people like you who have no idea where Kwara is located that will make a mistake about that. |
According to a source at theWe can not afford to fail, coz some embittered elements in this country are really wishing Buhari-led government will not succeed, so these set of imbeciles must be put to shame. Only people that are capable of making things work should be appointed in this government and anyone who can not prove his worth should be replaced, coz we have a point to prove and we don't have plenty of time before the next election. However, I feel the guber polls in Akwa Ibom and Rivers States should be left un-reviewed. Only that of Taraba is important and must be secured at all cost. |
It's a shame this Big-mouthed, Frog-eyed polithiefcian can't even win a Senatorial seat. He stayed back in a sinking ship thinking he is smart. PDP is dead, at least in Niger State. Even a dog will against any PDP candidate in that state. |
I've been thinking about this too. The Ministers of States are just there doing nothing. It a way of compensating cronies with Federal appointments and nothing more. Wonder why our budget is 87% recurrent? |
Caseless:LMAO ![]() ![]() ![]() |
babajero:You sure are deranged. First we're being spoon fed in Nigeria and I asked how, but no answer. Now you're saying we were spoon fed before the coming of Oduduwa, and I'll ask again, by who? So Oduduwa is from Benin? ![]() Do you realize the title "Oba" used in Benin for their Kings has its root in Yoruba Language? The "O" and the "ba" are Yoruba words, something a Benin man can not explain. I'll excuse your ignorance, but Bini Kingdom is just a part of Yoruba kingdom. Talking about hardwork. How come you people can not feed yourselves and had to rely on food imports from other people? What I know is that a nation that can not feed itself will always remain subservient to others. You think selling gala, spare parts, pirated cds, fake electronics is hardwork? SMH. You are indeed slaves! ![]() The outputs from my 95 years old Grandma farms alone can feed a Local Government in Alaibo a year round. Now that's a smart working old woman ![]() Why must you work hard, when you can simply be smart, something alien to you? And when we talk about the Transport owners in Lagos, who are the owners of Danfos, Molues, and Taxi Cabs in Lagos? You have no clue. Don't mention me again if you're not ready to use your brain. |
babajero:Spoon fed with what? And Yorubas will not survive without Nigeria? And how did we survive building empires before this contraption called Nigeria? Where were the Ibos then? In the cave? Do you even have any idea about the yoruba race? I guess you think we started existing in 1914? History should have told you that we fared better than the Ibos before Nigeria and we will do better when Nigeria is no more.As for the Agberos being lazy, do you know the Transportation sector in Lagos contributes more than double to the GDP than Trade and Commerce? The Chief Agbero is richer than all your Ezes combined. You should know this if you know the Location of Lagos. Choke on that! |
I can't believe this is happening just in a spate of 2 weeks. PDP you mean? ![]() ![]() ![]() |
babajero:You couldn't counter his claims, but ended up saying rubbish. With this comment, you've only succeeded in exposing your intellectual and financial poverty! Do something about it or better still, seek help. Bushman! ![]() |
I heard the "I want to die in the lagoon" vest is also out? You wish is our command...it shall be granted. Just in case you don't know, life jack can not float you more than 4 hours, and you surely are going to get drowned before 2019 if you don't have at least 8800 jackets each. You see, you're doomed?! ![]() |
The occupiers of those seats must be unseat in the next election, and if possible, recalled ![]() |
And it shall come to pass, that Ayodele Peter Fayose will be impeached yet again. ![]() |
The 19 All Progressives Congress lawmakers of the Ekiti State House of Assembly have written the State Chief Judge, Justice Ayodeji Daramola, to set up a panel to investigate allegations raised in the impeachment notice against Governor Ayodele Fayose. The seven-man panel to be constituted by the Chief Judge within seven days of receipt of the letter is to investigate Fayose and his Deputy, Dr. Oluosla Kolapo, over allegations of impunity, violence, stalking and other constitutional breaches. The lawmakers reached the resolution at a special sitting presided over by the embattled Speaker, Dr. Adewale Omirin, at Mary Hills Boys High School, Ado Ekiti, on Thursday. The lawmakers relied on Section 101 of the 1999 Constitution as amended which empowers the Assembly to regulate its sittings, including sitting in a public building within the state capital if the lives of members are not safe. But the Chief Registrar of the Ekiti State High Court, Mr. Obafemi Fasanmi, said he was not aware of the letter directing the CJ to raise a panel to probe the governor and his deputy. Journalists that visited the school were also told by students that they saw no strange faces in their school. According to a statement by Omirin’s media aide, Mr. Wole Olujobi, the lawmakers in a unanimous vote supported the motion directing the chief judge to set up the panel. Majority Leader, Churchill Adedipe, Irepodun/Ifelodun Constituency one, explained that the sitting ought to have taken place in the hallowed chamber on April 7, 2015 but members were waylaid by thugs who mounted roadblock and threatened their lives with dangerous weapons. Due to the violence, he said, the lawmakers had to jettison the plan to go to the Assembly. “Relying on Section 188 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), Adedipe moved the motion empowering the CJ to set up the panel. “His motion was seconded by the Deputy Speaker, Adetunji Orisalade, representing Ido/Osi Constituency two. “The House adjourned to the next legislative day,” the statement said. However, Fayose has argued that no sitting of Ekiti Assembly took place on Thursday as claimed by the APC lawmakers. The governor in a statement by his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, said, “The State House of Assembly is on recess. No sitting of the House is taking place in the House of Assembly. “Kindly disregard information being circulated by the APC that their lawmakers are sitting somewhere in Ado Ekiti. “Of course, members of the House of Assembly can gather anywhere in the world to have social or political meetings. “Parliamentary business is done in the hallowed chamber of the House of Assembly. “Besides, Dr Adewale Omirin, who claimed to be the Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly was impeached on November 20, 2014 and he is in court, challenging his impeachment.” Meanwhile, the Ekiti Justice Forum has urged Fayose to respond to the impeachment notice served on him by the lawmakers with maturity and all sense of responsibility instead of resorting to violence. http://www.punchng.com/news/apc-legislators-direct-cj-to-raise-fayoses-impeachment-panel/ |
DoctorNyash:They know the truth, but just want some trouble. They're like women when they resist just to be conquered. Once they get what they've been bargaining for ( and sure they will), they will quit being stupid. |
KingTom:What they've been experiencing is the shadow of reality. We'll personify marginalization for them. ![]() |
KingTom:Funny, most of those who witnessed the civil war are among those causing troubles. Ibos have "Yoruba Complex" and those that witnessed the war have succeeded in engraving it in their DNAs-it's part of their traits now. They will always blame us for their biafra loss, they will always call us cowards, backstabbers etc, but you don't have to convince these egomaniacal cretinos otherwise. Psychological tricks like that of Oba Akiolu, harsh economic politcies targetted specifically at them by the government in the SW and hostility towards them-as it is in the North-will address it and that's what shall be done. |
How do you want him to help them without rigging and using Security Operatives in their favor? |
KingTom:They are yet to recover from the trauma and has succeed in passing it on to this new generation Ibos. What's about to befall them in Lagos will leave most of these noise-making chest-beaters with only one option- suicide by jumping into the Lagoon. Just one psychological bomb from Oba Akiolu and most of them are walking corpse already. |
Nashoji:Stop foaming in the mouth. Who would waste precious bullets on Ibos? By the time we're through with you, y'all will start committing suicide one after the other by jumping into the Lagoon. |
...let them remain in NHRC while the threat is subtly implemented. No going back! We must suffer these Ibo fools! |
...just the way he won in 2011 right? PDP agents are bundles of non-entities. Is this how you people want to spend the next 52 years? ![]() |
cheruv:If you have a functioning brain, you should know that the Bini people are being ruled by someone with the title "Oba". Does that ring a bell? So the Binis will connive with your ragtag Army and Navy( the same that terrorised them during the civil war) to take over Lagos from the Yorubas, their big brothers? Whatever makes you think the Binis will choose you over the Yorubas? Bini Kingdom itself is a subset of the larger Yoruba Kingdom, so if Lagos belongs to Oba of Bini, then the Oba of Bini himself belongs to us ( Eni t'o l'Erú lo l'Erù- he who owns the slave, owns the load he's carrying). Be guided, you punk! |
bigfrancis21:JK can't even get half of the votes GEJ got on 28 March and so victory is not feasible for him. If GEJ couldn't get 45% of the total votes cast even with near 100% votes from the Igbos coupled that of the Yorubas and that of other tribes, what makes you think he can win with near 0% Yoruba support( yes zero, coz he's a sell out)? . You better wake up if you've been dreaming of JK's victory. He has a better chance in Anambra state. The warning is not for the fear of Igbo votes, but for the fear of their safety coz of their unguarded utterances. It can be disregarded at a risk. The "Lagoonization" threat is real and will be implemented. |
