Ema2nty: Thanks guys for your contributions.@afrocandy, I was told that I would sign legal bond with the coy that will prevent me from leaving. According to the terms of the bond, I can only leave wen I have worked for a minimum of two years afta training. My problem is I don't know how robust their training is, as they're a very young firm with no strong presence yet so am not even sure of the career path there. Am very confused right now cos I really need to start doing something. Staying at home with no money in one's pocket is not funny at all18 months training and a bond that lets you leave after 24 months? ![]() Is it just me or does this arrangement stink to high heaven. So let me get this straight, a company trains you for 18 months and lets you leave 6 months after? I seriously doubt that. What kind of training last 18 months? PHD? ![]() I strongly advise you don't sign away your future for a plate of porridge cos the offer isn't anything to write home about. Leave your options open because something good is always around the corner. Make them understand you'll be willing to work your arse out but that you wont be signing any bond |
AmenJoan: So this issue has taken a new dimension, I have been asked to write another resignation letter and put today's date. Something is sounding fishy about this? What do I do guys, please helpSomething doesn't smell right here so I'll advice you do the following Have them send you a mail to that effect so that you'll have proof of whats going on. Don't write the letter instead send them a mail demanding for what you're owed and make them understand that you'll write to CBN and the media if push comes to shove. Their reaction after this will inform your next decision. i believe you should give them a chance to do the right thing before taking it further. In the meantime, Return the money cos they can sabotage your new job |
dyttt: ehn ehnOh my gosh you must tell me more ![]() Another Moniker? how many exactly are there? |
dyttt: what do u wanna hearI love me a little aproko especially when it's with one favourite peeps ![]() |
dytbabe: Am ever fine, always arnd u know *winks*Lol OK that's good to hear ![]() Em..... No I don't know, give me gist Jor ![]() |
lynpetra: Well,if you can bring a million bags,no wahala.Well I was thinking more like 2 but if one wld do, then no probs |
lynpetra: Ok...Erm.... Cowries are still valid for bride price abi cos I'm a very traditional man ![]() |
lynpetra: You need to contend with this young manLol contend ke? That's not vaguely possible & certainly not up for discussion sef cos d money Don almost complete ![]() |
dytbabe: ChaiLol Hello deary, Hw have u been? Me no understand all these una disappearing act again o I can see u've got urself a brand new moniker |
lynpetra: Shoir!!!!Me too fear now cos I don dey gather money to come see ur people on my next visit to abj ![]() All other contenders/aspirants are hereby warned ![]() |
Kinkybraids: please dont take offence... But how old are you now? As much as i dont want to agree with them my parents are rightI'm curious as to what u call old. The question is what's important to you seeing as its your life and you're the one who'll have to live with the decisions you make. I find it funny when people especially ladies play the "nobody will want me when I'm old card". That's so not true cos it's only a fool who'll let age stop them from being with a truly amazing person & I don't care what a any other person had to say. Your main focus should be being the best you can be and in no time you'll find that every other thing falls into place. It's obvious your parents desperation are gradually becoming yours and that's not so good as it makes you become someone nobody would want to be with. Is your priority getting married early or living a fulfilled life (married or otherwise). i'll cap this up with a tale of a friend's wedding I went to last week. The guy is 35 and the girl is 33 and I'd never seen a happier couple. The lady is a catch. In every sense of the word and any man would be lucky to have her and I know alot of other couples who are happy like that with their supposedly "old" catch and won't give them up for any of the "brand new ones" |
The truth is the heart wants what the hear wants. We can't always control who we far in love with. 2 people can start off as just friends or friends with benefit and then the feelings creeps in. Sometimes it can't be helped The onus then lies on whoever is catching the feelings to weigh his or her options and decide if they can handle it or not. If u can't, walkway but they don't go pretending it's OK when it's not & don't go moaning about how u've been zoned |
lynpetra: You will seriously hate this zone if you are in loveLol well it depends on the terms of agreement o. Some people sha too dey assume. U gt down with them once and they believe u're already in a relationship. Subtle hints no dey work for them o |
lynpetra: I have this innate ability to perceive a good, honest man.It rarely happens but when it does,it hits me and if I go further to find out more,I realise my instincts initially wasn't misleading. So if I see a temptation,I treat such as a temporal thing.Good for you! Like I said, your best bet is do exactly what you want regardless of the other person's motives and you'll never have anything to worry about |
Sanchez01: Question is; how do you know if he just wants to be a friend and nothing more? The whole thing still boils down to DEFINITION!!!Exactly! some guys wont say what they want upfront hoping she'll read their mind or wait till the friendship is too far gone. Those are the ones that are here crying the most. ![]() |
Three7Ty9: Lolz, I and two other colleagues did same to some chic on our way from work in late May. The babe was driving alone. Na so we come dey check her out in front of VI-Lekki Toll gate. She don begin exchange some shy glances, smiling, and looking for how to hide. my plans was to drive slowly and wait for her after the toll gate, naim my mumu friend go speed leave the babe say he wan beat traffic. I vex ehn.Hahahaha that thing can pain! |
lynpetra: Lol.Those who.res are the ones getting married to good looking, quite and simple men. That's just my observation.Fortunately, thus days people are beginning to see deception from afar.If a guy tells me 'I love you' I go just laugh.I go just tell am straight,"please abeg, don't tell me that.If I like you,you don't need to ask me out if I wanna get down but no bring love enter the matter before my pussy go dry"hahahaaahahaha u no go kill person for here And what if they really do? Not everybody is deceptive and some look that way even when they are being honest. for me just always do what you want and you'll never find youself at the short end of the stick ![]() |
lynpetra: Majority of some female friends I know who are honest are married.See pretence can hardly one a good man.Infact, they had problems knowing who to choose sef, because suitors plenty like water. The best people i know are the ones who are unpretentious. The sad thing is people who are quick to judge them and label them whores without knowing the first thing about them and end up missing out of knowing really great people. I always believe You have nothing to lose by being honest and everything to gain and that's from experience Like they say "The best things are found in unexpected places" |
FrancisTony: End Of Discussion- The sid chic is simply cheap. A wh..ore.That's what you'll like to believe but that's probably all she's interested in. Hard as it might sound, not everyone want exclusivity and that doesn't make them whores/Ashis. Lets stop the pretense/hypocrisy |
lynpetra: And it doesn't bring headache and lies too.I like honest relationships.Sometimes emotions can make one do stupid things, but its best to do it based on the knowledge of truths.Exactly! but not everyone can handle that level of truth despite what they all like to believe. With honest relationships, you can finally/totally be yourself all the time which is much more fun but people too dey like pretense i swear |
lynpetra: Yea it is true. Most overthrow madam ooo. While madam is comfortable, some chic is at work. You go shock say you go dey overwork for the guy while he's doing same for madam. Reminds me my neighbor back then in school, he had this gf he loved but had another chic on the side. Ofcourse everybody knew who number one is including the other chic (more beautiful & classier than madam o). when he's with the side chic and madam calls that she's coming, the side chic would move to my room and wait until madam has come and gone and she'll return to his room. This she does happily and without complaint o. it was like magic to the rest of us It was after that experience that i made up my mind never to tell any girl i was single. Leaves room for maneuvering if need be |
lynpetra: Lol.Some guys are tough tho.Exactly! Nothing you do or say would sway them. If you seduce them finish, they'll still let you know it cant go beyond that. That's when you see ladies willing to be side chics hoping/hustling to overthrow madam someday ![]() |
lepasharon: oh really ? these days I call 'em out : 'sorry mate is there something ur looking at' ?Trust me if I'm staring u wont remember to say anything Talking from years of experience ![]() |
lynpetra: Abiaaa!!!!Hehehehe @ carry face like winch ![]() Some people are just plain greedy sha, dem wan live for up and down @ the same time and the rest wants to always be the center of attention. Na those ones dey vex me pass ![]() |
adaobi123: I find it very awkward. That's the whole idea! to make you uncomfortable |
lynpetra: Can a woman be friend zoned? That hurts oooo.Omo,that guy no go escape me ooo.I will try my best,or go into some steps to get him where I need him.I go relax dey time like the way cat dey time ratWont work o, not if he has his heart set somewhere else He'll be dodging you like rat wey dey dodge rat ![]() |
lepasharon: lool at all commentsYou never jam me be that ![]() |
lynpetra: Lol.Funny as it may sound,my dear some guys even if you give them punny, dem go still dey quarell puthehehe maybe you gave it to him like no other ![]() |
Cabinbiscuit: All those kain letters we dey write that time... "the sugar in my tea, the stone in my catapult will kill the Goliath of my life"Big time man but again we didn't know any better ![]() I always imagine if i could go back in time with what i know now, the things i would do eh? They'll have a monument erected in my name ![]() |
lynpetra: You shud be able to read the signs on the wall.I think that's the best time to avoid the person before it gets out of hand.True! but sometimes you cant help it especially when they know their onion ![]() |
MoneySoldier: Oxone: so you follow do that thingBros eh, it was the best feeling then o cos like you said,it was completely innocent Not now that even before you say hello, you go don get the prize for mind ![]() |
youngice: i was in the friendzone for 6 long years and i didnt knowheheheh una no go kill person for here o Reminds me of a question my friends would always ask whenever we see a guy that's friendzoned "Is she aware you're dating her or Is she aware of the relationship?" ![]() |

... And if i dont start thinking about it and being open to guys that want marriege then i just end up old and with meaningless relationships
