abduleez1: I always knew Watchmen would destroy them all, with that Gargantuan nominations.
My Favorite Network.... Wetin just remain— make them just knack us better Big Budget Fantasy Adventure series make we take cooleh. Since no game of thrones, person no fit dey wait till 21-22 before the Prequel come out.
Well, probably LOTR series will make that happen next year. Also Wheel of Time is under devt and Production by Amazon. Those ones one totally dominate Big Budget Fantasy. Gee e b like magic..anytime HBO put hand for show na almost sure say e go be hit form Succession to Euphoria to Watchmen etc. E b lyk say dem no dey accept anyhow script. |

Achilles100: I think shows were the actors are able to play two or more roles effortlessly are highly likely to be awarded.
Just like Orphan Black. Yup.. it's like double everything for one project so if the roles are delivered to perfection it will almost certainly be rewarded. |

The only category why i was really interested in and Mark Ruffalo deservedly won it because it was an absolute peak performance with a side bonus of him playing dual roles so it was double the flawlessness of the performance. Still reeling emotionally from seeing the show , simply one of the best i have seen this year.

Achilles200: You like your Wentworth, fine. You don't like Lovecraft, fine. Leave am.
I didn't want to answer you o, but nah, make we trash am out.
The issue with you and Lovecraft is that you have this ( lemme use your word) constructive mindset( which doesn't even make sense in this context but make we use am) on how a TV show is suppose to go.
(PS: Not be to speak big grammar, the word you should've use instead of constructive mindset is fixed mindset. Two different meanings, ask Google.)
So lemme continue, why didn't you tell GoT to remain in one city to tell the whole story? They travelled to different places from snowy places to freaking hot places in GoT just for the viewer to grasp the entire picture.
Same thing Lovecraft country is doing, we have been told Tic had a girlfriend when he was stationed in Korea and the last episode, Tic called her cos she had already somehow known his affiliation with the cult or so(we weren't told plain like this, just my assumption based on the call he made to her, asking her, 'how did she know?').
So he is going to meet her and let her explain what she knows and if that can help him in quest to translate the pages of the language of Adam. i am thinking he's behind one moniker called "Speroquest" one time that was hyping Killing Eve and Cable Girls one certain time. Once he's fixated on a series, this thread would not hear the end of it. |

CuteMercury: The gay scene in the episode 5 of the lovecraft country, is the most disgusting piece of shiiit i have ever seen in a series for many years. The scene was totally not necessary, it actually makes no iota of sence. They should not force such nonsence on us, it is actually very disturbing and now i know why some people are very violent towards gay men in America and Europe. That scene got me very angry. By the way, it was a nice episode except for the gay scene. They dont have to include gay scence to sell the series. Game of thrones, Power, Into the badlands, The seeker, peaky blinders, the crown, Yellowstone, lord of the ring and many highly rated series had no male gay scenes and yet billions of people loved them are they won awards. Lmaoo didn't Game of Thrones had a bout of incest that even lead to procreation, but "Male gay" scene is where you draw the line.. Bro you are going to get angry alot if all these things still bug you cuz that's the norm line the world is towing towards now. Just FF the scene if it bothers you that much and enjoy your series jeje. |

jeshrun44: Pls finish that breaking bad till the last episode. You won't know how interesting season 1,2,3 are until you watch 4 & 5. There is no overhyping of the series. I myself left the series on season 3 midway for months. By the time I returned to complete the series ,my mind was blown. That series is just out of this world . I don't think the op will ever enjoy "Breaking Bad" if by S3 the show is still a drag for him because things actually starting heating up in S3 and the very first episode of S3 was a bang with the investigation of the plane crash, Walter White dealing with the Divorce and him also finding the eye of that doll in the pool...menh it was a ridiculously good episode.

cao: I've been meaning to watch it for a while. I really wanted to watch it when it came out, but my silly cinema kept showing it at 1pm (obviously at work), so never got to see it. Fortunately, it's on Amazon, I'm very surprised that some folks hate this film. i see not reason why one would hate it movie. It is a decent flick with decent ratings as well. Quite sure what was portrayed is pretty close to what goes on amongst talk show crews. |

troubleseller: I'm Thinking Of Ending Things - 6.5/10 Second Charlie Kaufman film I've seen after Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind. It was hard to follow at first. I think it's one of those movies you have to watch twice with full attention to fully get but when you get it, you appreciate the movie. It's adapted from a novel (which I have to read now) but the only problem with it was trying to figure out if some of the dialogue was about the characters or just to distract the viewer. PS: If you do not have patience for dialogue heavy films and films that contemplate themes like mortality, death, loss e. t. c, you might not enjoy this film. I thought it was a brilliant adaptation and it deserved a 7/10. First off, The 4:3 aspect ratio was cringe for me at first but i quickly got used to it. With the movie opening with a girl seemly dissatisfied with her current relationship and "thinking of ending things" one could take a single guess where this was going but as with Charlie Kaufman's previous work, one must pay attention to the little details, armed with this and the running monologue of the leads about "Hopelessness, the futility of living and the certainty of Death", i knew where this was going and everything became grim quickly. I think "Eternal sunshine of the Spotless mind" is a step above this if for anything it brought the hope of "finding your soulmate no matter what" but none the less this was a brilliant piece. Ps. The Book had a more morbid and voilent end than this. |

abduleez1: To All The Boys I've Loved Before ......8/10
Superb coming of age movie. Great acting, decent cinematography. It's got lots of heart, fun and entertaining. It's a very good watch if you're a Romantic and/or into Teenage Drama. Looking forward to getting the sequel.
@pu7ple this definitely clears my doubts— Noah Centineo is a good Actor. Boy got range.... He's gonna do great as Atom Smasher in Black Adam. I heard he's buffed up already and looks to add more after hitting the role. Hope to see recent impressing pics of his progress. Lmao which range does Noah Centineo have? I have literally only seen him in all these Netflix sugar pop teenage rom coms and he always play the same role |

AbdulSleeky: Bad reviews from nairalanders who are only interested in superhero action movies? Nairalanders struggling to buy 1 gig data?
My guy, go to different movies review sites and hollywood sites, you will see that Raised By Wolves has good reviews. "Data plan Shaming" is a no no. People can actually have diverse opinion (positive or negative) on a show or a movie and they would be well within their rights to have such opinions, critics on RT or IMDB don't have two heads and some professional ciritics who are been paid can actually be biased (Check Zack Snyder's twitter feed for e.g, Na everyday e dey fight critics). And Ps..I have seen an equal amount of positive and negative reviews of "Raised by the Wolves" on Reddit, IMDB and RT. |

This one make the film come out today and it's already out, It means Disney will be losing millions or even billions of dollars. is there anything left to spoil in this or you didn't see the animation before? |
