According to what I've read, a large chunk of the money goes to the cast, who were able to negotiate a substantial fee for themselves.

See humongous money this people are spending on a TV show. Damn, this money is literally rivalling massive Blockbuster movies budget.

For instance, TENET was $225mn, Justice League ~ $300mn+, Endgame — $400mn, DUNE — $165. Streaming production fees is increasingly expensive these days.

TV: The final season of HBO's Game of Thrones cost $15mn per episodes.

I'm not sure if anyone was listening to yesterday's trial, but Depp was continuously high or intoxicated, pledging to become clean after each fuckup, only to return to doing the same thing days later. When reviewing a work...
There are many things considered:

Plot, Themes, Characters, music, etc...
If it is comedy focused, things like comedy will be given its own category...

Plot is the narrative or story...the story you tell itself, the way it is narrated etc are things I consider...

Comedy is different from plot
Character is different from ot
Etc

I rate based on what I believe is the selling point or focus of it

E.g I rate Knives out based on it's plot mostly...I rate it's complex plot

I rate a comedy movie based on it's comedy or jokes
If a movie is satire focused I rate it based on it
If a movie is based on character psychology I rate it based on it
If a movie promises to tell a weird and crazy story or events, I rate based on it
Etc
Etc

And finally I also consider Enjoyment factor cos it's entertainment...I don't drop random reviews here...I consider

That is why if you sell a movie on complex plot, and I watch based on that, but the plot is wack and instead has good comedy...I will give it poor rating...cos that is not it's focus

I did not watch Jojo for plot so I will never rate based on plot why I will say Jojo has no plot (meaning it lacks complex plot)
Peacemaker wasn't sold as a movie with a complex plot also...
That is why even though I said it has no plot I gave it high rating...

The Shawshank Redemption ........9.9/10

This film is an absolute masterpiece. From the first minute I knew I was in for a ride and got glued till the end. It fvvked up my sleep tho. Couldn't keep off the film till I finished around 3:15am.

Amazing cast and performance from every single actor. Morgan Freeman was GOATED in here. Wholesome content man has been giving me back to back from Se7en to this film. Never knew he was this good. Tim Robbins delivered a masterclass performance.
It had some teary moments as well as some funny moments in the unlikeliest of scenes.

It's been a while I've use this word but this film is fvvking god-tier. This is now my best film of all time.

Three different movies about a single comic character, different concepts.



Batman movies always follow same patterns.
Give the story to people who can come up new ideas on how to show other unexplored sides to the character instead of the usual repetitive hogwash we have always been served..... Infact I don't know when the next batman movie will be released but I can tell you how it is going to look like.. Same as usual.

The latest Batman is very triring to watch... Seems like watching The Dark Knight trilogy all over again. Only thing that changed is the cast members.
