This phase 5 MCU no just balance.
There's cracks showing everywhere in the formula.

Asides from WandaVision, I haven't seen anything worthwhile in the TV shows. Even the movies except NWH. I just saw the second episode of Loki last week. For a long time I've been trying to continue that show and the 1st episode lost my interest.
Man...Same o..After WandaVision, i skipped Loki, skipped FAWS, skipped Hawk Eye. I have "What if" but I don't have the patience for it now. NWH was good, but you see that "Eternal"? total rubbish.

The campiness no be here.

I don't think I'll watch this no matter the Easter eggs MCU tryna plant in it. Hawkeye was an excruciating watch.
Me don give up for this phase of MCU for now except for the upcoming Thor cuz Disney is clutching at straws here.

I don't even know what it is.

Another question please. How can I upload videos?
That is the Link ribbon marked in the screenshot, click it and paste the link in between.

As for Video upload, and i don't think you can directly upload videos on here except changes have been made to the website code, as far as i know, you can only embed videos on here.

Wonder what pahe leave in to make their 4k prints so large. I no dey even look them for this reason

Downloaded the psa 4k this morning.
Pahe sources their 4K encode mostly from a x264 which allows for little compression without losing quality hence the large size most times, why Psa sources thiers from a x265 encode which allows for maximum compression with no loss or minute loss of quality..and the Psa print are always prestine and far better than any elsewhere...i cut cap for those guys.

Nah, the teaser didn't show much. The majority of the footage here is from the first act of the film. First act is Thor "giving up" his superhero days to do some light-hearted world exploring.
Actually pumped up for this, and with Chris Hemsworth, Christian Bale, Chris Pratt, Natalie Portman and Russell Crowe starring, this is surprisingly a stellar line up.

True tho.

Well, Nolan seems to be able to get required finance for his first project Oppenheimer with Universal amidst serious demands.
Make we dey watch sha. I still don't think any studio would give Nolan $225mn WB gave him for TENET.
Well he must really trust "Oppenheimer" to bang and has given a watertight guarantee to "Universal" that it would, cuz I don't see how else they will agree to this "Slave deal"

Nolan knows his craft but is he that good to demand these terms?

"Re: Titanic
(1997). I recently coped a remastered HD quality version of this classic and resaw it and i have now come to fully appreciate this masterpiece. Insanely good for the era it was made and it had an insane budget of $200 Million for a movie at that time but it didn't falter as it became the first movie to earn a $1Bn and it's still one of the highest grossing movie ever.

James Cameron is one hell of a filmmaker, the amount of research and ambition to produce this classic is arguably still unmatched till this day, it was the success of this that was probably the "Jetfuel" for the immense success financially of his next project "Avatar". The way the he spined a "forbidden love" story while trying to stay as historically factual as possible with the actual events of the sinking of the "RMS: Titanic" on April the 15th, 1912, was pure genius.
James Horner did a madness on the soundtrack and it's no wonder it's one of the best selling movie soundtrack of all time.

A true classic this movie.

I shouldn't be laughing at the scene below but grin grin

it's not as easy as you'd think..

One of the biggest pulls here is that they were exploring a fresh concept...
Season 2 will not have that advantage...but like you said, there's enough material, if they spin it well, we can have another masterpiece season
The concept isn't exactly fresh as shows like Black Mirror and Westworld have been in this concept for about decade now, The original "Channel 4" Black Mirror (S1 to 3) was this good before Netflix came to taint it. Even recent shows like "Upload" , "Devs" and "Counterpart" are in the same vein, what set "Severance" apart, is it's artistic expression and feel.

DandeNumeruno:
I haven't seen a better opening sequence since Game of Thrones. It takes us on a surreal journey through Mark's workday, illustrating the tension between his personal and professional lives. It's beautifully done and sets the tone for the rest of the show.

Severance is truly a work of art. Hopefully, season 2 will retain all of the things which made season 1 a masterpiece.
I feel they have enough "material" to make season 2 a masterpiece as well like the "Gemma/Ms. Casey paradox", Helly/Helena Eagan twist" and aside from severing thier workers personal and work life, what the hell "Lumon" actually do as a company.

Fingers crossed, we have a gem in waiting if it all goes right.

Yea, dude's a phenomenal director.
Still wondering how his fallout with WB got so bad he pulled out of the studio. That's huge Oscars potential they lost right here
.

Universal will be overjoyed right now cos they seem out of the picture for major awards this past few years. Even new boy Apple TV+ dey more relevant. undecided
It was purely a business move by WB releasing titles same day cinematic/ HBO max which Nolan wasn't a fan off. I believe WB will come across other film makers that will make damn a shii ton of money and win oscars too on the other hand will Nolan be able to secure finances for his ambitious project?

Severance is best if watched twice, you'd notice details you missed the first time. It's a flawless TV show, simply can't fault it.
When i saw the first episode i knew it was probably going to be one of the best tv series in recent memory, and seeing the entire season, it didn't disappoint, it was so refreshingly good from the writing, the execution, the score, the cinematography and even the opening montage was a piece of art. Top tier stuff.

IMO chambers of secrets is the worst of them all
is "Prisoner of Azkaban and Order of Phoenix" a joke to you? Only "Goblet of Fire" was above "Chamber of secret" IMO. My rating from Fave to least Fave. "Goblet of Fire"< "Chamber of Secret",,< Philosopher's Stone"< "Deathly hallows"<" Half Blood Prince"< "Order of Phoenix"<"Prisoner of Azkaban".

The irony is that this series is by Apple TV...
Meanwhile we all know that if such technology exists, Apple as a company would probably be the first to use it...
Yep they're the type of company to do such

I was also spoiled bro ...
Besides mine isn't really spoiling...
The episode came out yesterday evening...
Everyone is expected to have watched it by now
Because everyone "lives and breathe" for AOT, so everyone should drop everything they are doing and see an episode that is less than 24hrs old?. Apply logic here, in what universe, do you expect everybody to have seen this episode? I know AOT makes you giddy but please apply caution.

Currently on family Guy season 7, I have said this before and I'll say it again. Seth MacFarlane is too talented. Wow
It peaked around Season 12. But S1 to S11 was solid gold. S12 to now is a chore to watch, i will have to see about 10 episodes before i come across a good one. I sincerely hope Seth gets his form back.

The Only reason why people criticized the wheel of Time is because they derail from the source material in season 1.
Apart from that the series is actually a good series for a new series.

Even till today there are those who don't like the games of thrones and even calls It overrated ( no cap) i have seen people like that even In this thread so yeah, it doesn't matter how great a series is, not everyone will like it.
If people can still hate on the game of thrones.
If people can call into the badlands overrated.
If people can call Westworld overrated then surely the wheels of time isn't an exception.
In life not everyone will like you.
What am i even saying? Even Micheal Jackson had haters.

I have come to realize this in my life so when i love a series and hype it, i do it solely for my own purpose and not because i care about what others think.
I don't live my life looking for the validation of people, i like what i like and that's period!!!!

Perhaps if people begin to realize this about life to allow people like what they like, the world will be a better place.
You like beans, i like rice.
You like Doggystyle, i like missionary.
You like Putin, i like USA.
You like APC, i like PDP.

You respect my opinion, i respect your opinion.
We shake hands and move on.
On the contrary, your rantings about WOT since last year reeks of "seeking for validation".

BTW, If it's that good, it won't need the weekly sermon you post on here to validate how good it is.
