MrWondah: Stranger things season 4. Here is my theory. Spoilers ahead. After carefully watching the relationship between eleven and 001(aka Vecna) I believe that Vecna didn't attack all these while because eleven was still alive, secondly it took him longer time to attack from the upside down because he had not created much Gates. Second theory: that Edie Munson is eleven, and Will is the mind flayer. Last theory not mine
On the first theory: You are right. Vecna knew that out of all the "Hawkins Lab kids", Eleven is probably the strongest and most likely the one to be able to take him on, and this is shown when Eleven was made to "relive" her Hawkins lab days, where she came up in a "match up" with Number one aka Vecna, she through him to the "upside down" (thereby creating the first gate to the upside down by the way). The only reason Vecna is attacking now is because he knows that Eleven has temporary lost access to her power by virtue of the "stroke" she suffered at the battle of Starcourt at the end of season 3...The reason he took him a longer time is simply because of "Eleven". The gates are easy for him to open, he just needs to make a connection to a teen with a troubled past, feed on this "fear" , put the teen in a trance and my fave part "literally breaks the Teen's bones" and voila..Gate opened.
On the second theory....This has little life...Eddie Munson...is Just Eddie Munson, and there's nothing to him and he will most likely be killed off in Volume 2. As for Will been the "Mind flayer", this is DOA imo...The mind flayer though possesing Will in S2, he was literally "burnt out" of him by Nancy Wheeler i think. The only arc left for Will i think his is Sexuality...either he romantically loves Mike or he loves Eleven and that's why he's giving Mike a hard time because Eleven loves Mike.
But the writing of this show is so so good, so i wouldn't be surprised where they go next. This season was so so top tier, only Surpassed by S1.
100naira: guys can I treat this stranger things season 4 as a fresh series since I didn't watch season 2 and 3? the mad raves it's getting online is pushing me to watch it
No...the plots ties with all the Seasons, and there are references to earlier seasons key to the plot you will miss if you skip S1-3..plus you will be doing yourself a great disservice skipping S1-3 cuz it's one of the best written and executed show ever.
DieRich5: Everything Everywhere All at Once 7/10 Michelle Yeoh is still good AF and beautiful #love review The movie is kind of childish but good, I really like to join una rate it high but I didn't enjoyed the movie, the multiverses ND everything happening same time is really interesting ND the movie is not funny to me tho
Who notice dat cooking rat cartoon in it?
7/10 is a surprisingly high score for a movie you didn't enjoy. My point being, don't let FOMO rule your decisions in seeing movies or giving a high rating to a movie you didn't particularly enjoy just because it's been rated highly by the "crowd". You can't like everything and that's entirely fine.
Katcall: pornographic actors and actresses also double as pornstars. Unless you want to tell me their faces are superimposed. No be today i don dey watch mojo
Ricky Gervais: Supernature is a funny thought provoking stand up piece that deals with the conversation everybody needs to hear. If Dave Chappelle's The Closer was a storm...this is a "category 5 hurricane" guaranteed to raise even more dust and most certainly ruffle more feathers.
RE: "Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl" (2003). I recently copped the first 4 movies in this franchise again in crisp HD and seeing this first one reminded me again this is one of my favorite franchise ever bar the nonsense they released in 2017. Johnny Depp was so good in this and though he has played a series of other titular characters, he will forever be tied to "Captain Jack Sparrow", the performance was that good and any talk of a reboot without him or recasting the character is total hogwash.
The supporting cast of Orlando Bloom, Kiera Knightley and Geoffrey Rush also did a fantastic job to make it a grand watch anytime any day....on to the "Dead Man's Chest".
Had to catch up on this so I could jump on the third season ASAP. The second season of LD+R suffers from the success of the first season. With big shoes to fill, it tries and fails to match up to the first season's offerings. With less than half of the first season's 18 episodes at 8 episodes, fans probably hoped the stories had been better curated and they were being offered the cream of the crop. So, the backlash is completely understandable. That's not to say it was a complete bust though. There were a few standout episodes. Episode 7 - Life Hutch: A wounded space pilot is trapped in an air station with a malfunctioning maintenance robot. A tense battle for survival with the clock running out on the pilot's life, this episode delivers a suspense-filled story with engaging storytelling that will have you focused on the screen.
Episode 4 - Snow in the Desert: follows an albino man, Snow, who's being hunted because of a regenerative ability that basically renders him almost immortal. The story mixes hard hitting action with soft, emotional moments and delivers a pretty wholesome conclusion.
Episode 8 - The Drowned Giant: If you like National Geographic diary episodes or something of that nature, you'll definitely like this one. And that's just the surface presentation. The Drowned Giant touches on a lot of topics about life, nature, reactions & relationships on a deeper level. I find myself going back to this episode and pondering on some of the lessons and messages it tries to pass across. Fair Warning: It's a total gamble, though. You'll either love it or you'll curse me for wasting your time and data
Also, if you can spare 5 minutes, check out Episode 6 - All Through the House. Just go in blind and wait for the twist.
Kaycee7: Yes. But let's not forget that S1 had 18 episodes, so double the chances to have stories that would impress than the other seasons
S1 totally blew me away not gonna lie, the blend of animation style and the blend of stories was so top tier. I was skeptical about S2 topping it with fewer episodes and when i saw the ratings dipped from S1, i didn't bother to see it, and i was hoping S3 would ignite my interest. So in all honest, is S2 a lost cause, should i skip to S3?
OhBritannia: Please someone should help me with the name of a Series i watched few months ago, i want to know if the season 2 is available now.
It's about the children of a Town in America that went on a school tour bus out of their local town, something happened and they had to return back, but when they came back to town, all the adults in the town have disappeared, like all the adults are no where to be found, the town was literally empty. They had to find a way to survive on their own because they themselves can't even get away from the town, it's like they were stuck alone in the town.
Please who remembers the Series? I need a name. I want to check if season 2 is now available.
The title is "The Society". It was initially billed for a season 2 but was cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
SOZINN: Watching fantastic beasts 3. JK Rowling trying to milk this franchise with Grindewald like how she did in the harry potter series with Tom Riddle. Oh fùck
JK Rowling isn't milking shii, is Warner Bros that keeps coming to her and are you saying she should reject a "certain Payday"? and the Comparing it "Tom Riddle" as "milking" is totally out of place because "Tom Riddle" was mentioned way back as the 2nd movie in the franchise and it was a set up to every other movie that followed in the franchise.
WebDL is far superior hence hard to get. It is a lossless quality direct from a web source while Webrip is "recorded" from a web source and compressed into a lower quality with noticeable frame drop.
