This is NOT how to win a case in court.

Peter Obi's Legal Team need to State:

1) The declared votes (which they are contesting)

2) The actual votes (which they are claiming to be the correct votes) .


So, if there are discrepancies in Rivers State,the appropriate thing to do is to list the affected polling units , state the declared votes and what they feel should be the actual votes. In this ways, all figures can be easily reconciled to the satisfaction of all concerned.

To show that Peter Obi won but was rigged out, his lawyers needed to show that;

1) Peter Obi's votes were higher than what INEC declared
Or
2) APC's votes which INEC declared was lower than Peter Obi's votes.

NB: There is a difference between a banter and a simple admonishment that a plaintiff ought to have done better with provision of strong evidence and witnesses. The truth is bitter but it needs to be heard. Igbos don't have the temperament to govern a large, complex and diverse country like Nigeria. The way they're going about and handling Obi's loss demonstrates clearly that an Igbo presidency would likely end in chaos and at worst a civil war (like it happened during Ironsi's short stint as head of state).

They just simply lack the emotional and political intelligence to be saddled with such weighty responsibility. I doubt a more embittered and toxic set of people exists anywhere. Personally, I'll rather Nigeria breaks up than live under an Igbo presidency. Make everybody go their separate ways abeg. Their level of toxicity is too damn much.

Was Peter Obi's votes reduced or the votes of the APC inflated to become higher than Peter Obi's votes? If yes, in which Polling Units did thes occurred? Why didn't Obi's Legal Team calculate and tally the results from each polling units in areas where they think these occurred and bring the results to the court instead of threatening and bullying everybody on Social Media?

The truth is that the Labour Part performed poorly in Kano, Katsina, Oyo, Borno, Sokoto, Jigawa, Bauchi, Kebbi, Zamfara, Niger, Yobe, Ondo, Gombe, Ogun, Ekiti ,Kogi and Osun States. These States have higher votes needed to win Presidential election

1) How did you come to the conclusion that Peter Obi won?

2) What was the votes scored by Peter Obi before it was allegedly rigged out? Was it 10 million, 4.8 million or 29.3million?

3) Was Peter Obi's votes reduced or the votes of the APC was inflated to become higher than that of Peter Obi? and if yes, in which polling units did these occurred? Was it at CKC College, Onitsha or Oba Adenle Pry Sch, Oshogbo or Unit008, Jajere Ward , Fune LGA, Yobe State?


You can't just make a nebulous allegation that Peter Obi won but was rigged out without providing details beyond all reasonable doubts and resorting to emotional blackmail to make everybody accept your allegations as the Gospel Truth.

Reasons I don't bother myself even asked people around me not to bother themselves about the outcome of tomorrow judgement are
1. PBAT traveling out confidently yesterday is a sign everything has be concluded in his favour, also it may be signal that the judgement went against him knowing Tribunal judgement can't take him out office till supreme court final judgement he decided to traveled out incase any upraising after the judgement he won't be blame.

2. Tribunal never accepted live coverage during preceedings but decided to go live during judgement considering the global pressure on them may signal sincerelity just to rewrite their image take glory and global recognition.

Normally in Nigeria evil things are always done or announced at night or off camera. By history any live events always the time Nigerian want do the right thing just to take glory and prove a point

When the story of how Nigeria's eventual collapse is told, Buhari will receive half the blame while Northern leaders will receive the other half.

The current crop of Northern leaders beginning from Buhari to El Rufai, Kwankwaso and the rest are the weakest and dumbest ever in history. Buhari never wanted Tinubu to succeed him yet he was so dull that Tinubu completely outsmarted him. Then he played along out of shame. Kwankwaso could not even control a small party like NNPP. Same party he was moving from state to state opening their offices, but today, he has been chased out. Ganduje was so subdued and kept in uncertain condition about his fate until they eventually gave him chairmanship of APC and he has remained so grateful and loyal . These men I mentioned are the most influential politicians in the North, yet they've all been neutralized!

Even Obasanjo, a former military general couldn't make a Southerner FCT minister but Tinubu did it without thinking twice. Not only that, he used someone who is "crazy". Obasanjo has seen it all and understands that every part of Nigeria should be given a sense of belonging. He refused to oppress North, refused to oppress Igbos, and neither did he oppress Yorubas or others but his people hated him. Their anger was that he didn't do tribalism and hate Igbos and neither did he try to subdue North. Today, Tinubu is doing all that and they love him!!!

Tinubu has come to elevate just himself, family and tribe at the expense of other Nigerians. The most worrisome part of it is that, he is not even hiding it. Check his appointments, he removed the CBN governor and replaced with his kinsman. He removed Customs comptroller general and replaced with a Yoruba man. He has done is doing so in other strategic sectors of the economy.

This man wants his people to see him as the new Awolowo. The man that eventually elevated them to be in command and control of Nigeria. Sadly, he is already achieving his ambitions with so much ease. Some Northern leaders are gradually realizing their mistake but they're too bamboozled and confused to put up any resistance.

Once Tinubu scales through PEPT, he is going to rule for 8 years but by the time he is done, the North will be reduced to nothing.

Get your facts right sir. This Lagos Light Rail Project was started by Tinubu in 2002.

The Lagos Metro Project launched by Jakande in 1983 was cancelled by the Military Gov't in 1984.

Rivers State Gov't Started their Mono Rail around 2010 and FCT started their Light Rail Project in 2009 , both have become abandoned Projects.

Anambra State signed MOU for Onitsha Mono-rail project under Ex-Gov Peter Obi in 2010 but the project didn't go beyond the signing ceremony.
