As to your question, I too won't give up my lands based on court decision, especially when I genuinely believe the land belongs to me. Indians and Pakis are still clashing over Kashmir, the South China sea islands is still being contested by China, Indonesia and the rest.

No real nation gives up their ancestral lands just because of a court judgement that they feel was skewed against them.

The problems with most Nigerian 'tribal freedom fighters' is that
1) They equate political contests with tribal contests

2) When Politicians from certain tribes lose out in political contests, they shout that their tribes are being marginalized.

3) The problems facing an average Igbo family is almost the same ( igbos ,in fact may even be better) as those facing an average family in Mambila, Biu, Damaturu, Bauchi, Kebbi, Ilorin or Lokoja.

Only the masses (about 90% of Nigerians) are truly marginalized by the ruling elites (from all tribes).

Every body has freedom of movement in any part of Nigeria but you don't have the freedom to hold rallies anyway, anytime and anyhow, neither do you have the freedom to herd cattle anywhere, anyhow and anytime.
