Social media president, rubbish. I hated him on how quickly he moved on and traveled when Atiku lost the 2019 election showing he’s less first travel oo to Dubai. Go and verify. concernede loss, it proves disloyalty and such person shouldn’t be trusted.
PoliticsRe: Ekiti Election: ‘No Agents! Labour Party Missing In Action’ by pacesetting: 6:03pm On Jun 18, 2022
Obi recently defected to LP. His presence in Ekiti will come too soon.

Are you not seeing that whatever he does go viral?

If LP eventually scores too poor, it will become the major talk of every news outlet.

The strategy is: Choose your battles.
Kay25:
Atleasr he should have gone there to have a representation even if he LP won't win .come 2023 ask any of the voters who did today who are not on Twitter of peter obi of labour party you will see they don't know him
PoliticsRe: Ekiti Election: ‘No Agents! Labour Party Missing In Action’ by pacesetting: 5:53pm On Jun 18, 2022
What do you want him to do in Ekiti?
Kay25:
How does Peter obi want to be president without grassroots representation? He can't win by Twitter folks alone..d guy is acting intelligent but not smart with politics

PoliticsRe: Kwankwaso Confirms Talk With Peter Obi, Speaks On President, VP Allocation by pacesetting: 12:55pm On Jun 18, 2022
That's the most likely scenario, considering the amended electoral act.
tesppidd:
i don't see Kwankwoso accepting to be Obi's VP.

He's too egotistical for that.

He'd prolly nominate someone from his camp(a very close ally) to be Obi's deputy, and then drop from the race.

Then a lot of ministerial concessions will be made to him if they win.
PoliticsRe: The NNPP And LP Merger Is Cooking!!! by pacesetting: 9:31am On Jun 18, 2022
That is why Kwankwaso is deputizing for Obi. NNPP did not pick a VP to meet the deadline because of the ongoing discussion between both parties.
olisaEze:
I hope smart lawyers can find a lacuna in the new electoral laws to make such union possible, because anyone who has run for primaries cannot become vice to anyone even from another party in the same election year.
PoliticsRe: Election 2023: Kwankwaso Says They Are In Talks With Peter Obi by pacesetting: 9:25am On Jun 18, 2022
As it stands now, LP will score more votes than NNPP with Obi as a vice.

Drupzempire:
Peter Obi the social media president will not come even 4th after the general elections it's better for him to join camp with Kwankwaso and become his Vp.

Mention one state obi will win in southeast .. talk more of south south and the rest of Nigeria

He should go and pick a vice from the core North first

If Una want lie to unself online and use violence offline

Obi wont win Anambra state .........

PoliticsRe: Doyin Okupe: I Am ‘Standing In’ As Vice Presidential Candidate Of Labour Party by pacesetting: 10:26pm On Jun 17, 2022
I see where you are heading. But remember that APC with all the structure and state governors to choose from still ended up doing the same thing.

PDP's hurried choice of Okowa is now bringing disunity among them, which is the last thing they need at the moment.

They should have agreed amongst themselves, but that time is what they don't have.

But with APC and LP, they can now settle down to agree.

Remember that among the parties, LP should be the one having serious problem choosing a VP because they don't have any established party member in any of the states.

So, calm down with your fire and brimstones.

plaindealer:
This has nothing to do with short deadline or INEC especially since the other parties took the matter seriously and effectively met the deadline by producing their VP candidates.

Obi has only one head and he's not better than the other candidates. Leaving such matters unresolved and ill prepared to handle them shows poor leadership, lack of focus, lack of seriousness, negligence and gross incompetence.

That dud is a waste of time and he should never be take seriously, he wants to change Nigeria, but can not perform simple and elementary tasks.

Obi is a disaster.
PoliticsRe: Is Peter Obi A Better Candidate Compared To Others? by pacesetting: 9:26pm On Jun 17, 2022
Where did you get all these from? Do you know why Atiku picked him as VP candidate in 2019 despite having several options in the SE?

He is the reason why Obaino came on board, before Soludo. They have choosen competence over everything else because of Obi's performance.
Siwel25:
Don't mind them, they are trying to repackage someone whose performance as Governor was mediocre as the Messiah. Obi allowed hospitals to be closed for over a year and failed to conduct LG elections in 8 years! He also couldn't improve Anambra's revenue potential but they are saying he will revive Nigeria's economy? Nigerian Youths are so naive and lazy to do research!
PoliticsRe: Doyin Okupe: I Am ‘Standing In’ As Vice Presidential Candidate Of Labour Party by pacesetting: 9:18pm On Jun 17, 2022
Spot on!! How I wish I can like your post a thousandth time.
gentlegenius:
Support your Atiku in peace and stop beating the drums of war. If Peter Obi supporter should post this, they'll say they are too violent and insulting. Some fools who never support Obi in the first place will claim they are withdrawing their support.
We want the best for this country. I am a card carrying member of PDP. I voted Atiku in 2019 because he was the better candidate compared to Buhari. Even though he lost to buhari, I am still proud of myself for voting the better choice. Right now things had changed because the best had joined the race. We no longer want the better candidate, we want the best. That is why I am now an OBI-dient PDP member.

PoliticsRe: Doyin Okupe: I Am ‘Standing In’ As Vice Presidential Candidate Of Labour Party by pacesetting: 9:02pm On Jun 17, 2022
The problem is not the parties but INEC for picking short deadlines. Picking a VP is as strategic as picking a presidential candidate. It requires a lot of time and consultations.

Election is next year, why is INEC hurrying things up, even with voters registration?
plaindealer:
These are the issues the presidential candidate should have dealt with, but unable to because gross incompetence, lack of care, lack of seuiusnesand poor sense of commitment.

This is a catastrophic incompetence straight out of the gate

LP shouldn't have touched Obi no matter what, now look at it, LP is now a sad joke and the sad face of incompetence and negligence.

Obi is a disaster.
PoliticsRe: Doyin Okupe: I Am ‘Standing In’ As Vice Presidential Candidate Of Labour Party by pacesetting: 8:55pm On Jun 17, 2022
Election is next year my brother. PDP has already goofed by picking Okowa as VP.

That's the problem with some of you. So many Yorubas are very sensible, but there are few miscrants just like in every tribe.

I don't think you've ever been to the East. If you have been there, you won't be typing trash.

By the way, you are bragging about Lagos. If I check well you fit be caretaker for one Igbo landlord there. If you get enough power go pursue them make I see.

Mynd44:
For years INEC begged Nigerians to get their PVC, they did not get them. Now elections are near and everyone is crowding INEC offices which are not meant to take that much people and you think it is yours or INEC that is the problem.

Anyone who is not just turning 18 and is just crowding INEC office for a PVC is unserious
What happens to creating more centers for collection and registration. The truth is, INEC wasn't prepared for this massive turnout. They thought it was business as usual.
PoliticsRe: Strategic Retreat: Obi Made The Right Choice By Not Going To Ekiti by pacesetting: 8:41am On Jun 15, 2022
Transcriber:
nigeria is a APC or PDP stronghold. Can you tell me why Obi is contesting with almost non existent labour party?
Because Nigeria is a multi-party system. The two most important things here:
1. INEC recognizes it
2. He has the trust and support of millions of Nigerians

In terms of structure, that will eventually come. Remember that PDP and ANPP were the two major parties in 1999. APC only came after two structureless parties merged together barely a year before the elections. Now, APC is the ruling party.
PoliticsRe: Why Is It Only Igbos Supporting Peter Obi? He Must Be A Tribalistic Candidate by pacesetting: 7:54am On Jun 15, 2022
AnambraPrince:
Some days ago,

- Ebonyi Governor Dave Umahi publicly declared he will mobilize igbo votes in his state for Tinubu

- Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello publicly declared he will deliver Kogi for Tinubu

- Niger Governor is canvassing for Tinubu

- Katsina Governor is dancing to Tinubu's reggae and blues

- Kano Governor has turned to superman because of Tinubu

- Borno Governor Zulum is on Tinubu train

- Kaduna Governor is supporting Tinubu

- Even Wike has said many times he likes and respects Tinubu and has no issues with him whatsoever.

- and I can go on and on. But the main point is that outside of Tinubu's Southwest region, outside Lagos state where Tinubu was Governor in 1999 - 2007, the list of prominent people that control various major party structures across their states, and the grassroots politicians in favor of Tinubu outside is so HUGE!

How can someone that has left Governor seat since over about 15 years ago command such love and relevance? Tinubu endears so much people outside of his zone, people from other tribes, people from different cultures, people from other parties, the people that matter in politics, the big fishes in the pond. It means Tinubu must be a man of solid character, a man that is useful, a man that is not tribalistic, a loyal man, a man of excellent principles to be able to maintain that kind of high level association and friendships over the long years.

But we just cannot say the same thing about Peter Obi. He was also a 2 term Governor of Anambra but since he left governor seat Obi has been so politically irrelevant. Despite jumping from one party to another, he still doesn't have any significant political network or networth among the people that matter in the political sphere outside of his Southeast zone, even in Anambra.

No single person that matter in politics outside of the Southeast, people that control major political structures in their states, or local politicians that command a huge grassroots following outside of the Southeast has canvassed or is canvassing for Obi. Peter Obi is practically like a political orphan, he is on his own. It really looks like nobody among the somebody's likes him. Actually, that's the fact of the matter.

Something must definitely be wrong with his outlook. Is Peter Obi so tribalistic to the point that nobody outside the Southeast likes him? Even in Anambra, no major political heavyweights are behind him. That already shows you Peter Obi will make a terrible president, he has no bridges, no solid political association or affiliation with others, he will be a one man show. But a tree cannot make a forest.

Sad thing is, even igbo terrorists like Autopilot IPOB are against him. Only UGM and ESN IPOBs are supporting him. But these are the undeniable truths his uncouth wild unruly violent zombie supporters don't want other people to talk about. What a shame for their dull brains. Who are the people supporting Obi outside the Southeast? People like Deji Adeyanju and other Twitter riffraffs who are the nobodies of Nigerian politics undecided
What a scrappy post. These people you mentioned have one thing in common - Party. Umahi that is supporting Tinubu, is he not Igbo? How many LP governors does LP have? Try to dey get sense small
