Samunique:If you research this guy very well, he is a Fulani or someone from Northern Nigeria. They are always the people trying to cover up or give excuse for corruption in this country just to keep Nigeria going the way it is. |
Giant for nothing. Even the last time Nigeria hosted the CAF African Cup of Nations in 2016, they had to merge them with Ghana as a co-host, which was also the last time Nigeria referee ever used in the tournament. This tells you a lot about the rate of decline of this country over the decades since independence. This is the same tournament that Nigeria singlehandedly hosted and won in 1980. |
Fearurcreeator:A crime that benefits Nigeria against other countries shouldn't be a concern to Nigerian government. Unless Nigerian government wants to be the Holy Grail of crime fighters of the world, which we all know is a lie ![]() |
The main thing is the media, the media at that time was not that prominent to elevate pageantry as it is today. For people like Wole Soyinka that are attacking social media, do they know how social media has helped our celebrities today in terms of fame and wealth? |
I can tell other Nigerians that haven't known this yet unequivocally that we have enough Dollars in this country that can stabilize the Naira but some people are just hoarding them in their house or somewhere else outside the financial system. Since many Northerners and some Southerners too don't believe in Nigeria, they hope the Dollars will be useful to start a new life in whatever country they find themselves when Nigeria is finally balkanized. |
The greatest enemy of a Black man is another Black man like himself, especially in Nigeria. Police are targeting Yahoo boys because they are not happy seeing another Black man doing better than them, not that they care about apprehending criminals. The same Nigerian police that told families of people kidnapped to settle with kidnappers and bring police share too. Talking about Yahoo boys in Nigeria, they are still a child play compared to Indian Yahoo boys: It was estimated in 2022 that a total sum of $20bln was lost to cyber crimes in the United States due to Indian Yahoo boys targeting elderly people in the country. And you know what, there has not been a single case of arrest of Yahoo boys by Indian govt. But here in Nigeria, the govt wants to bring the heaven down and almost set the country ablaze (i.e EndSARS) because of some unemployed youths doing romance scam with their oyinbo lovers. Most bet they get a couple of thousands Dollars from such exploits. And this is a country that has given nothing to the youth and with Police that are ranked the most corrupt in the world. He who comes to equity must come with a clean hand |
That old man called fashoranti is a typical man Yorubas call àgbà tí dale rú. He is one of the people being used by the likes of Tinubu to sell Yoruba interests despite the fact that his daughter was killed by Fulani terrorists not long ago. |
Most useless police in the world. The same police and military that are abetting killings of Christians in the North ![]() |
Fall to where? Giving how petrol price jumped dramatically from ₦200-250 to over ₦650 after Tinubu's fuel subsidy removal, if the pump price didn't drop to ₦100 which is below the previous price, then that wouldn't be counted as falling. |
I didn't even know they have a national football team ![]() |
Look at this one, how many married people in Nigeria today have apartment as good as this one? |
Is she able to cook all the Nigerian delicacies I'm seeing on that menu by herself? |
Is he too big for the economy or something I don't understand ![]() |
Hmm |
This one na albino or what ![]() |
Most of these Black American negroes have the dumbest and lowest take when it comes to Africa because they never had the chance or means to travel out of their "utopian" America in their life unlike their White counterparts. White Americans know much more about Africa than Black Americans. |
Fools grow old too |
As much as I will like to disagree with this man Netanyahu over his incessant wars against Palestinians, I do think the man is right on this one not to allow a State of Palestine creation. Israel is such a small country that if it was in Nigeria, it would be comparable to any of the smallest states in the country. Why do you want such a small country to accept another potentially hostile country being carved out of itself? I do agree Palestinians have the same right as Israel to lay claim to a country of their own, but Israel is already bordered by too many enemies that I think it is in the best interest of Palestinian people to join hands with Israel in creating a Union of Israel-Palestine state. Mind you Palestinians are in better position to cope under the state ruled by Israel than under Sharia & Hamas. Also the outside influences of Iran and Qatar which can stir the tension between Israel and Gaza into conflict will be contained if both states are under one rule. That is my view |
RepoMan007:Naira of course. The thing is that these fintech companies have Naira-domiciled accounts in Nigeria which they use to settle these transactions for their users, but their dollar accounts are offshore so CBN doesn't get to see these dollars from diaspora remittance. |
Brendaniel:So na so flutterwave and Cos be blocking dollars from reaching Nigerian banks thereby causing the Naira to crash against the greenback? But I think most of the problems are from Nigerian banks, I have a lot of dollars in my forex trading account but I'm not allowed to do bank withdrawal of dollars even though I have a domiciliary account linked and from which account I transferred the money I used to start trading in the first place. It is same story if you want to withdraw dollars from Binance. Nigerian banks will convert the dollars into Naira, so that means Binance gets to keep my dollars while sending Naira into my account. You can't even transfer dollars from your domiciliary account into another account these days. |
Abuse of state power is just too much in this country, I'm tired of hearing news such as this. |
Is there any rich man in Yorubaland that hasn't sprayed money on this Sunny Ade man? |
This is a really serious issue that government needs to look into. Rent is a major factor driving the inflation in this country. Not that the condition of the housing is better than before, landlord will just wake up overnight and increase the rent. Housing is a capital project which needs to be under the government control, just like you have regulatory framework for real estate in advanced countries. Where is the "commodity board" Tinubu promised during campaign to regulate the prices of good and services in this country so as to protect consumers from exploitation? |
Emergency meeting by ordinary minister. These people can deceive other Nigerians with their fake media action, but I've passed that level of that person they can deceive. This is just to give people a sense that they are taking the issue of kidnapping in FCT as a matter of urgency, but I can assure you there is nothing going on behind the door aside this media noise. |
Very kind neighbor if I may say |
Iran be launching rockets that crash into people's homes. At the time that US and Israel seem to be de-escalating this war for humanitarian concern in Gaza, Iran and Houthis seem to be picking up the offensive. |
If Nigeria remains the way it is without devolution of powers to the states, then Japa is the only option |
Imagine, all those so called billionaires in Nigeria are just billionaires for nothing, they will rather spend their money on owambe and other unproductive ventures. Foreigners have always known how to take advantage of any lapses in Nigerian systems. |
ATEAMS:Just leave the foolish Coach, he thought we did not see him telling his players to be wasting time towards the end of the game. As soon as the match gets to 60 minutes, his players have been taking all the time in the world to do throw-ins, play free kicks, make substitutions and etcetera. |
Another political move by this man Tinubu, he is seeing the trend of soldiers attacking politicians on social media lately, like that Sanwo Olu and Nigeria Army brouhaha, he has decided this move to pacify the aggrieved military. Tinubu realizes his govt can be cut short by military coup at any time which will enjoy support from most Nigerians. It won't be a surprise to me if I see further moves from him to compensate the armed forces. |
Badassniggga:Football has passed that time when a team is fully reliable on a single player, even for Messi |
MeineMutter:If your Dangote can survive with his parasitic business style without Federal government propping him up, why are you Yorùbá and Fulani afraid of restructuring of Nigeria to bring about truly independent states across the country? I know your useless father didn't teach you about the etiquette of a decent conversation, so will let your childish and lunatic rants pass and focus on the main subject, Dangote isn't the sole owner of that Refinery that is built on his name, there are other stakeholders and investors as well who contributed to bring about its success, I don't even know this is open to any argument with a sane mind. |

I didn't even know they have a national football team
