It is so ridiculous that the FG had to contract out cash disbursement to citizens though a third party agent that eventually defaulted. Every Nigerian citizens got their BVN attached to at least a bank account which is the safest and a pragmatic option.

It is expected that the federal government should display a sense of responsibility and leadership to support all nigerian citizens who are affected by ongoing lockdown with little financial and material aid. Sending aid to exclusive part of the country is partial and shows lack of sincerity.

It is responsible for a good government to provide essential needs of her citizens in a difficult time like we have. Ignoring consequences will lead to situation where frustrated individuals will take laws into their own hand and foment petty crime amidst of the turbulence.
