The Supreme Court of Nigeria has ruled that Section 46 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Act should be construed within the narrow confines of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, the precursor to the establishment of the EFCC - to prevent illicit financial outflow from Nigeria. EFCC should not arrest anybody unless the allegation is about "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria". |
There is no need for a pandemic treaty. It may be in the best interest of Nigeria and several other nations to withdraw from the WHO. The WHO is, at present, an advisory body. There are plans to change the level of authority of the WHO to make it an institution for enforcement. Under the guise of "protecting and promoting the health and well-being of all people", The WHO wants all nations to relinquish their sovereignty. For example, if a nation concludes that a "vaccine" is not safe – as has happened in the covid scenario – the WHO would have the power to override that conclusion, and mandate that nation to enforce the jab, or face sanctions. |
When has the United States ever handed over her citizens to a foreign nation? In practice, extradition treaties with the United States work in only one direction. Such treaties should be revoked by the other country. |

The amendment is against the general population. The amendment cancels one of the few options a victim has in order to be released alive. This amended act should be rejected; it should not be signed into law. |
Nigeria's extradition treaty with the United States, which was signed on December 22, 1931, by the United Kingdom, should be cancelled. Is the bat alive in the picture? The bat looks sad; it looks as if it has lost hope. |
There was probably more in that sweet than just cannabis. It was called "cannabis sweet" to make it attractive to potential users. |

JayPeeOham:There was no disqualification of certain persons from contesting. Some persons were only disqualified from voting, or being voted for; not from contesting. Voting was not necessary if the contestant was unopposed. |
A possible way around this Electoral Act is if the political appointee is unopposed, or chosen by consensus. The Electoral Act said that the political appointee should not be "voted for". It did not say that the political appointee cannot contest. |

The statement from the Ukrainian doctor, Gennadiy Druzenko, has been said, and is difficult to reverse. It is far easier to empty a bag of rice on to the ground, than to put the rice grains back into the bag. Besides, the report said that Druzenko "was forced to apologize". It is not as if the apology was made willingly. It is advisable that nobody, not even Ukrainians, should accept to be treated by the Ukrainian doctor. The Ukrainian doctor may castrate a Ukrainian or a non-Russian "by mistake". |
Biodun556:It appears as if Zelenskyy is more interested in a third world war than in peace in his country. The most important issue for Ukraine and Russia is for the war to end. It should not matter which side wins or whether it becomes a stalemate. The war should end as quickly as possible and without escalation to a world wide conflict. |
NOETHNICITY:If this is true, then Zelensky's life is probably in danger; not from Russia, but from the United States. The United States does not like foreign heads of state spilling the beans. |
It is one thing to develop new technology. It is another thing for that technology to be accepted by the general population. A lot of people do not like tattoos, because they are difficult to remove. For example, if I buy a phone today, I can decide to change it or throw it away after six months. If a persons decides to get an electronic tattoo, then no longer desires the tattoo after a few months or years, what would he do? |

It was initially said to be a private visit; now it has been called an official visit. Why? The pictures shown are not current. They are the same pictures from a report dated Dec 11, 2017. thenationonlineng.net/photos-buhari-arrives-paris |
ogododo:How is the 2010 Electoral Act outdated and non-workable? |
An accused person has the right to remain silent. An accused person has the right to engage the services of a lawyer. Blessing Okagbare has the right to appeal. The double ban is like sentencing an accused person for an offence, then adding another sentence for refusing to cooperate with the police. |
fergie001:An accused person has the right to remain silent. Did Blessing Okagbare "refuse to co-operate with the AIU's investigation", or did she refuse to make confessional statements? Well, at least she has the right to appeal? |
The WHO cannot be trusted these days. In several other countries, the covid "vaccine" narrative has started to lose relevance. In spite of this loss of relevance, the WHO along with the European Council and the European Commission, want to enforce mRNA "vaccines" on Africans. They are called vaccines, but they are not vaccines. Beware! |
