PoliticsRe: Senate Passes Bill To Scrap FERMA by panpan(m): 11:12am On Sep 30, 2021
The purpose of the bill is to allow private firms to set up toll gates.
PetsRe: Baby Snake by panpan(m): 8:39pm On Sep 27, 2021
For identification, the snake catcher may open the snake's mouth (carefully).

If there are fangs, the snake is venomous.
If there are several teeth, but no fangs, the snake is non-venomous.

Oyinlomobambam:
How do we make poisonous snake none poisonous?
The fangs of a venomous snake can be removed, similar to the way a dentist extracts a person's teeth.
However, the effect of removing the fangs is temporary, because new fangs will eventually grow.
CrimeRe: Armed Robber Killed, 3 Arrested As Police Foil Cult Initiation In Delta (Pics) by panpan(m): 9:52pm On Sep 23, 2021
I thought there is supposed to be freedom of association in this country.
What is the offence in "cult initiation ceremony"?
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Will Download E-naira Wallets From October 1 - CBN by panpan(m):
It appears that this e-naira wallet plan is not about improving the economy, but about the federal government having total control of everybody's finances.

This is a ploy to phase out cash in Naira. The federal government, through the CBN, could decide to block any person's e-naira wallet for any reason or even for no reason. The victim would not be able to back up his finances with cash. This is a very dangerous situation.
TravelRe: Life In Cyprus Is Not Easy - Nigerian Man Shares His Experiences (Photos) by panpan(m): 1:09pm On Sep 21, 2021
The narrator did not state that it is Northern Cyprus that he was referring to until the last line.

Northern Cyprus, which is only recognized by Turkey, is quite different from the Republic of Cyprus, which is recognized globally.

If any travel agent offers an opportunity to stay in "Cyprus", it is advisable to find out which "Cyprus" the agent is referring to.
PoliticsRe: Bill To Create 111 Additional Electoral Seats For Women Scales Second Reading by panpan(m): 8:35am On Sep 21, 2021
Creating additional seats for women is wrong. It is discriminatory on the basis of gender.
Women are still able to contest for any of the other seats.

In addition, creating additional seats would only increase the cost of governance.
Will the federal government borrow money to sustain the extra cost?

The bill should be thrown out.
Science/TechnologyRe: Experts Back FG, Say 5G Poses No Health Risk by panpan(m): 6:56pm On Sep 19, 2021
The health threat from 5G is real. 5G is not a single frequency, but a range of frequencies.
The health threat depends on who is tuning or activating the frequency.

5G, when fully activated and tuned to frequencies of 60 GHz and above (which can easily be done), could have side effects on living things (plants and animals, including humans).

Does 5G cause Covid-19?
No

Can 5G, when tuned to certain frequencies and not properly handled, result in side effects which may include blood disorders and/or breathing problems?
Probably

When side effects of 5G occur in humans, these effects are often blamed on Covid-19.

Nothing happened.
HealthRe: COVID-19: FG To Vaccinate Nigerians In Church On Sundays by panpan(m): 4:14am On Sep 15, 2021
It is called vaccination, but they are not vaccines.
Beware of these messenger RNA (mRNA) jabs.

Just refuse to take the "vaccine", regardless of anybody else's decision.

If you feel that you cannot resist peer pressure, then avoid or leave the vaccination venue, at least for that day.
You may go somewhere else, or make yourself scarce.
RomanceRe: Man Catches His Wife In Bed With Another Man In A Hotel by panpan(m): 6:28pm On Sep 14, 2021

Or did the man and woman forget to lock the door?
HealthRe: COVID-19: Should I Get Vaccinated? by panpan(m): 5:01pm On Sep 14, 2021
It is called a vaccine, but it is not a vaccine. It is a messenger RNA (mRNA) injection.
It is better to err on the side of caution by not taking the "vaccine".

Beware of injections that give genetic instructions, and have a "no liability clause" for the pharmaceutical company and the international supplier.

The "vaccine" is not about your health. It's about control.
Several of the patents for the "vaccine" were applied for, before December 2019, when covid-19 was said to have started.

There is great pressure on governments all over the world to enforce the jab.

Saint99:
Even Pawpaw tree tested positive of Covid 19 in Tanzania.
The test for Covid 19 is not reliable. The purpose of the test was to have records of Covid 19 cases.

A few countries have started to phase out the test, because the test has achieved its purpose.
PoliticsRe: 30 States Risk Bankruptcy As Lagos, Rivers Set For New VAT Regime by panpan(m): 2:51pm On Sep 10, 2021
cocolacec:
Until now, the FIRS had the responsibility of collecting VAT on behalf of the 36 states and the FCT. Section 40 of the VAT Act requires that the VAT pool be shared 15% to the FG; 50% to states; and 35% to LGs (net of 4% cost of collection by the FIRS).
The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) is only fighting for itself. The FIRS wants to continue to collect Value Added Tax (VAT) so that it can get the commission of 4%.
The FIRS is not really concerned about the reduced revenue for the federal government and other states.

GidiHausAgent:
4. 21-year imprisonment for firearm possession
Even though criminal activities, under the cover of grazing, should be prevented, laws should not be discriminatory.

There are laws already in place against unlawful possession of firearms. If the state House of Assembly wants to pass new laws against being found with arms, such laws should be inclusive of the general population, and not herders only.

oluemmakay:
“Most importantly, even its frequency and radiation is even lower than that of 4G, and it is lower than the televisions and microwave we have at home..."
This is not true. The frequency range of 5G (25 - 39 GHz) is greater than that of 4G (2 - 8 GHz).

The health threat from 5G is real.
The health threat depends on who is tuning or activating the frequency.

5G, when fully activated and tuned to frequencies of 60 GHz and above (which can easily be done), could have side effects on living things (plants and animals, including humans).

The health threat from 5G is real. 5G is not a single frequency, but a range of frequencies.
The health threat depends on who is tuning or activating the frequency.

What was said by some persons in early 2020 was that 5G, when tuned to frequencies of 60 GHz and above, could have side effects on living things (plants and animals, including humans).

Center of what againhuh Smh
Nice observation.
In as much as criminal activities of herders should be prevented, laws should not be discriminatory.

If it pleases the Lagos State House of Assembly, they should simply pass laws against open grazing.

There are laws already in place against unlawful possession of arms. If the state House of Assembly wants to pass new laws against being found with arms, such laws should be inclusive of the general population, and not herders only.

In the first place, Guinea does not have a close relationship with France, as several other former French colonies do.

From the reports at present, France has not yet made any statement on the coup.

Before playing the lottery, it may be useful to find out the terms of winning the jackpot.
There are some who would not want their winnings advertised with their name and photograph.

In addition to the possibility of receiving a large sum of money anonymously, there is also the option of receiving the money in installments, over a certain number of years.

This training serves United States interests.

In banking transactions, if you must write or type in the description/remark field, avoid putting cryptocurrency related words like "crypto", "bitcoin", and so on.
