It's always good to fight to survive, but fighting ignorantly most times leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Thousands have died while thousands go about with scars for life. So what are those things that aren't necessary to die for or fight over?..

1. Land: This is undeniably the most deadliest killer and enemy creator of all time. Land issue tends to be controversial and thousands have died for daring to question or claim ownership. Land issue in most African countries always ends up brutally. Don't fight over something that's bound to take your life... even your close relatives are ready to go for a kill.

2. Women: Disrespecting your woman and fighting to protect her dignity is one thing, but fighting another man for either approaching or dating your woman is another ignorant thing that people do. A lot of guys are in jail for not using common sense. How dumb are you to fight a man for dating your woman? Does that even tell you something? Maybe you aren't her first choice in the first place, or simply put, "she's tired of your bs". Who would buy something that people are not checking out? It's a competitive world out there, do something special for your woman and you won't feel insecure.

3. Money: The love of money they say is the root of all evil. Money is good and wanting it ain't a bad idea either. However, all over the world, millions have died for this same reason. Be contempt and agree fast with your adversaries. Be wise to lend money but careful to ask for it back. Asking for money you lend to people comes with a price. They either despise you or kill you. And be careful who you do business with. Do not fight over money someone is owing you...add it to bad debt.

4. Religion: This a cankerworm eating deeply into the souls of the people of the world. Religion is faith, and faith is hope, and hope is that thing not yet seen. So, why kill, fight and argue over something you ain't 100% sure about? Faith is good as long as it's been observed with piety, love, humbleness and grace. Fighting or killing over a religion is idolatrous and disastrous.

5. Sports: Sport is good and being a die-hard supporter of your beloveth team ain't a bad thing either. But when sport turns religion and people start worshiping it and doing all sort of crazy things like killing cows and drinking heavily, then it becomes a problem. Many sports fans all over the world have died for loving their team too dearly. Why fight over a team that does it for money and fun? These guys makes money for doing sport and you go about fighting people over who's the best team? Ignorant-a.s.s people!

6. Position: Everyone aspires a higher position in life and attaining this would mean better life and respect. Determination is one great tool to achieving success and working hard is part of that determination. However, not all working hard people makes it in life. Infact, working smart will get you that promotion and not by you working your socks off. If you see people around you getting promoted and you not (even if you work the hardest), don't sweat it, inquire about reasons for their promotions instead of you fighting senselessly over their promotion. Do things that they do (without compromising your stance), and wait patiently for yours.

7. Children: Children are the source of our joy and seeing them around us makes us even prouder. However, to some, seeing children makes them even sad the more. It is evil and heartless to fight someone with no children for correcting your children. African culture allows us to correct children who aren't directly our own. Even western culture aren't far behind. Children lie everytime and would do so to look innocent anytime. Do not allow children to bring misunderstanding or fight between you and your neighbors. Watch worldstarhiphop and you'd understand my point.

8. Men: Well, what can we say; won't talk about women without mentioning these bunch. Women would kill just to have that man for herself. A woman would catch her man right in the act and would go straight at the girl. I wonder why they aren't mad at the guy as at that time! Are men worth fighting over? Well, technically, the ones that handle his business and takes care of his home tends to be the dog, while the not-well-to-do guys don't fool around. So, there you have it. Are you gon fight over a rich and flirty guy, or stick with your poor and honest dude, you choose!

9. Politics: Politics is a just a game. A survival of the fittest. Not to be taken too seriously even as it affect us in different ways. A politician would say anything just to attain that position and would lie to gain your vote. Yet, we still see some miscreant fighting for these bunch of lies. Stop it and stop misbehaving!

10.YOU: What is that part of you that you don't like? Regardless of your short-comings, love yourself. Stop fighting that inner-you. You won't win. Let go and let God. "...and we all, with open face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are being transformed...". If you have any besetting sin or habit, do not worry about it for second...continue living your life and things will fall in place for you.


..Personally, I've been in a situation where my bad habit wouldn't let me move forward. My relationship with God suffers as every time I sin, I draw back. But now, even with those sins, I draw nearer to Him the more..knowing He still loves me. And that's just the secret with God, He wants us to acknowledge our weaknesses and come to Him.

I must say it is very unfortunate for this set of people. This is what I think about them:

What part of it don't you understand? I said Oscar never premeditated that murder, and that he killed her because he was too angry and couldn't control himself. Answer: People kill in thier house or other peoples house ' cause of anger and rage. These two would make you lose it big time. Lack of self-control and inability to take insult and abuse would make you kill. Oscar never intended what he did, I believe it wasn't premeditated, but I believe he killed her because he was impatient, on drug and love his weapon.

He twitted some times ago how he wished someone was in his house, and that he couldn't wait to use his gun on that person. Having that in mind would make him kill. And if you ask me..its called premeditated murder. He knew what he was gon say if one day he did kill.

the witness account was torn into shreds in court today. the witness lives 600 metres away and she couldn't tell whose voice was screaming or arguing. she couldn't even accurately tell how many shots were fired - her statement was proven to be a bag of lies!

Questions to answer...

1. Where was his gf when he heard the movement? This was 3am.

2. If he thought she was still in bed with him when the intruder came in, who would he protect first? Wouldn't it have been a good idea to notify your gf if any intruder came to your house?

3. Oscar fired 4 times and hit her 3 times. If an intruder came to your house and hid in the bathroom, are you just gonna kill him without any warning? Your warnings might even save his life (he would hide carefully).

4. Oscar spent about five minutes putting on his "legs" after he heard the "movement" before proceeding to the bathroom to kill. Where was his girlfriend at this time?.

5. When you shoot someone in the head with a revolver, 99.9% chances are that you killed from close range.

6. Oscar's gf was rumoured to have attended a party and only came back home at about 2am. This coincide with the witness statement who heard shouting at 2am. It was learnt Oscar was mad at her for coming home late. Argument ensued, and the result is what you see.

I've said it time without number that if you must post anything regarding birthdays, try and get us the age of the celebrant. It is ignorant, misleading and uncivil to keep posting a b'day thread without the age of the celebrant. A year older is fraudulent and looks suspicious. Why do Nigerians always hide their age?

Don't think the lady is racist, but she's actually viewed the opinion of millions of Britons. These people hate your gut 'cause of the benefits available to non-English.
