I think she's supposed to register for marriage counseling, together with her fiance. Most churches have this requirement irrespective of denomination. If nobody knows her in the church however, then there might be a problem but nevertheless they might still be able to work something out. Other options include getting married in her parents church or a registry. If she prefers rccg, then she should be a little more patient and also pray. Is she in nigeria or overseas.
She's in England |
Just wanna find out the procedures to getting at Redeemed Church. A friend goes to the church but yet to be a full fledge member. How can she get married without being a worker in the house? Or rather, what are the steps she must take before being allowed to get married in the church? Its kinda complicated at the moment 'cause she's being transferred from one Pastor to the other and she's really getting p.i.ssed off |
Lovely pictures, Eko Ile. I'd love to try the first.
Hey Missy B, just left you a message on the Rihanna topic. Kinda wanna us to talk. |
Don't be fooled people. This is just a propaganda to get your sight off the real thing. The US govt is richer than any organisation in the world, let alone the Apple inc. This is the work of the conservative party. They control virtually all the media and owns almost 2/3 of the biggest industries in the world. They want you to go against the present govt in a bid to gain their own confidence. Becareful what you read. The US is not broke. This is the handiwork of those in the wall street (Conservative). This is typically a corporate crime instigated by the power house and white supremacy. Obama was finished from day one he took the office oath. |
What's the name of this girl with long white armless dress? She's always look a SU lady to me. Is she that broke that she can't afford a decent shoe? I've seen her in parties and shows, she's not well cultured when it comes to dressing and always looking outdated. |
sexkillz:You're right @sexkillz, enough good reasonings on the topic already. Nigerians are very intelligent people. We don't need any more gullible Xians |
You know what i've noticed? There's no simple answer anywhere. If you're asked to define constitution in Law, you don't just define constitution, you also touch areas like types of constitution, separation of powers, parliamentary sovereignty, kinds of constitutions (primary & secondary) and so on to get a higher mark. Likewise this question, you don't just answer yes, tell us your rational (reason) and give examples. |
pendo89:That part is just too hilarious ![]() |
What is dating in the first place? Ans, To know each other better. Saying does God approve of dating is an overstatement. This question can only be asked when you're 10 or 13 years old. But as you come of age you'll realise that God wants us to have relationship with one another. I just wish we refrain from this attitude of using God in every conversation. God wants us to be more constructive and use our sense to judge things correctly. It is good to know God, but is also advisable not to be ignorant and gullible believers. Look at our movies, the sooner a film ends, a big 'GLORY TO GOD' screen will pop up. A 30 or 60 minutes journey by a bus or coach within Nigeria would certainly give birth to several 'Pastors' inside the bus. A little church service would commence and last for not less than 10 minutes. Why can't every one pray for journey mercies in their respective homes before boarding the bus? Afterall God says 'I'll go before you and make all crooked way straight'. Don't you know that He that keepeth you will never sleep nor slumber. Psalm 121:5 "The LORD watches over you, " Enough of this little church service in our work place! Go to some banks and companies, you'll witness first hand service around 8 am. You can not deceive God. Praying at work does not make you any better a person and does not in any way increase sales. DO IT AT HOME. Dating is called friendship which then leads to intimate relationship. |
bee444:Now, this is how you diss people like @justwise. I kinda like the Taliban joke, the abortion one is great too , hilariousTo be candid, I'm convince the i.d.i.o.t is a white man or whatever pretending to be from Naija. |
I have helped hundred of Nigerians to stay in the UK (to the glory of His name), and would do more by His grace. The UK immigration system is not perfect with flaws surrounding it like the Thatcher regime. As soon as you see people posting anything immigration, you call it sham. This is where the Indians and Pakistanis have more advantage than the Nigerians. They'll never allow their own to be deported. They don't criticise nor do they blame their illegal brothers and sisters for being illegal. They act, they find a way to regularise their people's papers. What do Nigerians do? We open our big mouths and degrade, abuse and criticise our own. Forget about following the immigration rules, I do not for once condone any illegal act, but as soon as these people becomes illegal we should all rise up to the occasion. No one wants to be illegal. We all come from different background and pray nobody should be abased and disgraced regardless of their immigration status. There's no harm in being illegal and there's no law that says you should not regularise your stay after being illegal. Although laws are there to be followed, it does not however deny the fact that laws are put in place to control some certain group of people i.e your people! I'm I being patriotic or just being silly, you judge! Beating the system is an idealistic means of just being wise. Just that our people aren't well informed. Instead of becoming illegal, even as a visitor, you could still extend your stay in the UK. I bless the owner this social network. This is a good medium for people to be educated. A lot of folks out there have got no home to return to. And just because you're this privilege does not in any way immune you from such control. Even if you're a 'British citizen', as long as you're not English, you're still being controlled through certain policies that undermine second class citizens like you. Be careful, the stone the builder rejected might end up to be the cornerstone. |
hardbody:You guys don't understand something, @justwise is a white man disguising to be a Nigerian. Pls don't argue with this fool. They gave him papers just to be their b.i.t.c.h. Look at all his post, he's against anything positive for Nigerians. They gave him council flat, a 67 pounds weekly jobseekers allowance and a 15 pound council tax benefit. He will go all the way to defend a Poo of a country called Britain. |
LaNiger:Pls Ignore @LaNiger's post. If you don't know anything about immigration pls don't come to this forum and confuse people. Who told you it's now impossible to regularize your stay with a visitors visa? I've not only given them the way out, I have also given them the acceptable ways issued from the USCIS (check the wbsite), with the exception of the 3rd option I mentioned. Connect with the right people and all will be well. DHS would never advise a visitor's visa holder to get married in the first place in order to regularize their stay, common sense should tell you that. Only the wise survive and those that are proactive excel. |
Now listen @ejikeben and @COSIBI, You both are in a precarious situation and need a honest advice and suggestion. It is very difficult to regularize your stay in the US with a visitors visa, but as the going say 'there's just about a way out in every situation'. Your options: 1. Get a college and enrol yourself with a course that would lead to a degree, then apply for a student visa using Form I-539. Do so b4 your visa expires. But you must satisfy USCIS (DHS) that you can finance yourself throughout your course duration, but some colleges do help in filing application for the students, this is the best way. You do not need to change your status if you're the child of a diplomat, a temporary worker, an exchange visitor or a child of someone who's currently studying. 2. If you can get a professional job within the time limit of your stay, then your status can be changed. I know it's kinda hard to get a job with a visitors visa, but through friend recommendation, you can get one. Your potential employer would then file in a Non-immigrant Temporary Worker Petition for you. H-2 form would be used. But if you are an intelligent person with gifts in Arts, science, education etc, you don't need an employer, use form O-1 3. The easier way out, get a citizen and marry ![]() Hope this helps |
Jimohmk:Don't bother yourself @poster, even if it's you that needs advice, I'll give it. These are grounds you could only renew or extend your visitors visa in the UK. 1). If your friend was given a 3 months visitors visa on entering the UK, he could apply for an extension upto six months but 12 months in total. I.e if he was given a 3 months visa he could only apply for an additional 3 months extension or maximum 9 months extension if he was accompanying an academic visitor. 2) You must be in the UK when applying and still have a valid visa, i.e four weeks before your visa expired 3) You must include original documents you used when you first applied or provide photocopies certified from the body or authority that issued them 4) You must use form FLR (O) when applying. As this apply to your friend, let him apply fast following the above guidance That's all bro. This is the official requirements. |
As a consultant I'd advice you be more patient and not focus more attention on your application. It will surely come, but due to log of files to deal with, there is now no specific time to deal with applications. However, In a straight forward application( including applications made in person) 90% of cases are decided within 3 months, but 95% of postal applications are decided within 6 months, some take longer. You can as well call and enquire about your application. Its your right to do so. |
@Poser, Indians are known by the UK border as school documents forgers. You just proved they were right. Even the college you applied to if properly checked would be a bogus college. You've been barred for ten years and 10 years shall you wait before you could apply again. However, regarding you studying in France, go ahead and apply. The only reason you wouldn't be granted a visa would be if you had committed a heinous crime in the UK. But because you weren' t convicted (you have to go to a court for this), you are free to apply. What happened was an administrative discretion from the caseworker. Nevertheless, be mindful, UK now shares criminal records with their EU members. This mean you could either be granted a visa or refused (discretion again comes in) Pray your head won't be an hindrance to your dreams. |
Do me a favour, how much does a container cost. I need to ship in some cars. We could do biz together you know. if you're a dealer, i might ship in cars for you and you pay me when I deliver them. |
worry246:How much difficult can it get? UKBA have the obligation and duty to perform its function and grant visa to whosoever meet the requirement of such visa At the UKBA they have all sort of foreign nationals who work for them and who knows how the system works. You think they don't know that some of you guys lie to obtain your documents? Have you seen the UKBA documentary " UK Border Force"? Go see it and you'll realise what i'm talking about. As long as there's no evidence to prove otherwise that you're into any fraudulent activity, you should be granted any thing you apply for. |
justwise:I now see how much integrity you've got. Anyways, if you like do as I say, if not, good for you. |
justwise:That was just an example @justwise. You're one of those who persistently and insistently demanded that I should provide more info regarding this. Now that you know little, you're talking about effects. If you're concern about effect, delete the post you copied from me and I'll do the same here. All these are the reasons why I said people should contact me in the first place. Different situation would definitely mean different solution for each student. |
