Hence, when a friend or colleague comes and asks for soft loan I willingly give, hoping they would keep a gentleman agreement and pay back as and when due. But reverse is the case. In the bid to get back my money, I have lost some friends. They no longer pick my calls or call me. The ones that pick take on the defensive, like it was wrong on my part to demand for my money.
Consequently, I have resorted not to lend anyone money. If you come with financial issues, if I have disposable income I give you what I can afford. What is painful is the fact that the money I lent out was saved for specific project. I have a reason to sit down today to calculate how much of such "bad debts" are in the hands of friend, family members and colleagues. It could have achieved much.
Why are we like this?
Have you experienced something similar?
What's your advice on the way forward considering the fact that we all need money at one point or the other?

I think the regulation should be such that if there is a strike, all parties involved must lose something, and that is why efforts will be made to avert it making it the last option.

A situation where workers are free to just go on strike and all their salaries paid at the end of the day is a very wrong practice because they have nothing to lose.
