In a couple of years I see a whole lotta Nigerians returning like this man. Of course they would have a 'voodoo' story to tell for their failure..on both worlds.
People are still making it in Nigeria (big figures) the same way we have people that were sleeping in flats in Lagos but now sleep in parking lots in extremely cold climates (after japa-ing).

So where do you get the idea that by offering a months worth of abomination prayers to God, God will then respond and give you anything? Is that any different from proclaiming that God is not only a liar but a fool easily swayed by the whims and rituals of men?

The reason Christians cannot approach God's holiness has to do with the fact that they all follow lies -- doctrines and traditions of men(their pastors and mogs) -‐-- rather than the Truth of God. Holiness can only be attained by way of absolute adherence to the Truth of God which all who cling to religion are far away from.

All this clamouring is an influence from an handful of military contractors. Naija mentality is always "money can be made from everything"... even at the expense of their family's future.

I detest Nigerian leaders and praying for them can be a bit difficult for me because this people embezzle our money to build massive cathedrals and sponsor education of children of their prophets-for-hire (as if God can be bribed). They are the capital 'F' in finance behind most of what we have as flamboyant pastors today.

It is a fact that Nigerian social elite class would prefer to send their children to serve in foreign military instead of fighting Boko Haram (this is a trend we see each day), so who exactly is being decieved?
I pity people that are ready to die for Nigeria knowing that there's know chivalry dieing for this 'Banana Republic'.

A honest hard working man. Devout to God and family. A man who's word can be counted on. A friend and considerate lover to one wife and role model for children.

The Outcome of Wisdom

Sin defiles the individual. It's just my duty to expose ignorance and also false doctrine but I wouldn't have to condemn sin. Sin in itself is condemnation. Would I still have to argue that "the wages of sin is death"? I have nothing personal against your sexual preference. I can preach to you about the will of God through the eye of the scriptures.
