the court ordered the money be paid into an account not Innoson account. at the end of the case whoever wins can access the money. it is just a way to secure the judgment of the lower court. the money is not for Innoson, at least not yet. it could go back to GT depending on the judment of the court. Bloggers have misinterpreted the ruling of the court. Mainstream media organisations who have legal advisers did not carry the story with that interpretation

None of these lessons were applied to Afghanistan. At one point there were less American troops in Afghanistan than police in New York!

If you give me a high precision sniper rifle, it may be no more effective than crossbow. Shiny tools are nice but someome very skilled has to use them. Stats on paper can be crappy. If nt America will be done and dusted in Afghanistan, wont have spent ages in vietnam. Ussr wld hv succeeded in Afghanistan, BH wld hv been decimated in weeks of their 2nd coming, the black hawk down ish wld never have happened.

Clearly, our MI-35M is not the best of the MI series, just like the 120kmph on our trains is not the fastest in Africa as some government officials claimed. Those are undebatable facts.

Let us deal with them instead of engaging in pointless arguments.

For me, the MI-35M still fits our current need perfectly. However, in the nearest future when Nigeria becomes a better and more proactive country with a clear cut procurement policy, the MI-28 am Ka-52 are great Assault Helicopters of choice.
