PoliticsRe: Aliyu Mohammed Gusau Celebrates His 77th Birthday Today by patwilly(m): 9:52am On May 18, 2020
Nicknamed the spymaster..has a dossier on everyone and everything important in Nigeria I'm told. Reason why he's lasted so long at the top. A very discreet and secretive man who's appearance easily fools and beguiles his innate cunning and intelligence.
PoliticsRe: 36 State Governors' Message To Gambari, Buhari’s New Chief Of Staff by patwilly(m): 3:26pm On May 17, 2020
This message by the NGF blatantly shows that they are aware the COS runs the affairs of this country. It shows very clearly that Buhari is not the Master of the ship called Nigeria. Never before in the history of this country has so much importance been attached to the office of the COS. its an unelectable position for crying out loud. Things have gone awry in this country believe you me: and this is coming from an apolitical poster.

Thank you for dishing some hometraining to the bluefilm guy.

Naptu2 is someone I greatly respect on this forum. I asked questions about Dodan Barracks once and he put me through.

And as you rightly said, in 1985, Naptu2 was up and running... despite my long career as a professional assassin, I was still a suckling.

You don't troll guys like that even in jest.
You are welcome Chief. Some people just display crass ignorance on this forum. The least he could do is not watch the video. Jobless somebody

PoliticsRe: You are Mad man, Bastard - Ralph Uwazuruike Berates Wike by patwilly(m): 12:27am On May 11, 2020
Funny enough, I've thought about this state of emergency thing today. If Wike overdo, FG go just run him matter, appoint civilian administrator for six months with extensions of two months each. Then send him on compulsory course to NIPSS, Kuru jos for administrative studies so that guy man go learn him job well.

He's released fine music since then. Maybe your idea of music is the heady meaningless music that trends these days but some folks still prefer cool, breezy, thought provoking stuff. And this Brymo is an unquestioned master of in the Nigerian music scene.

itodoho:
you see, i dont blame many of you here who have supported same sex marriage or rather as you have window dressed it, that preventing same sex marriage by law would set a bad precedent for other laws in the country.anyways, like i said, it is not surprising at all!most of you have spent all if not most of your lives in the west, so much so that you have lost all respect for everything african!otherwise, how can a black person whose fore fathers were conceived after hard, vigourous, sweaty s*xx in the blessed lands of Africa ever contemplate supporting a thing such as same sex marriage?who ever heard of such an abomination!you all should bury your heads in shame oh ye lost souls of Africa!how disgusting, how shocking and yet how painful it is, that you have forgotten the moral virtues of your forbears! i say shame on you all!for you are all lost indeed and while you mothers weep and cry for this disgraceful generation, may their curses yet follow all of you to your grave! i have said my piece.

PS: I dont think I know up to 4 names you mentioned, which shows that you've been here for a while. I joined in 2013 and although the quality of posts on this forum then was really fading, I never knew or thought it could be as worse as it is now. But all in all, there are still some great posts to look forward to.

5 days since my return and I want to go back to forgetting that I have an account. But who knows, I'll ride the storm at least until the lock down is over. smiley
Ride the storm. These days I just skim through threads and I'm out. Don't get too immersed. You will be nauseated and probably won't return for good.

Great. Problem is if seeing this video, Nigerians of means, desiring their own comfort and privacy will want to be quarantined in the same noisy environment with these guys. Some may prefer to even hide their status or refuse to be quarantined.

I am not satisfied angry Why should international Distillery makers of aromatic Schnapps donate indomie to Lagosians. What happened to their Seaman Schnapps and Confam Alomo Bitters which can be used to sanitize the hands and one shot clears up the respiratory tract which is a symptom of Covid19 angry

They should share that indomie noodles to children and go back and fill up those trucks with ogogoro Schnapps and Bitters so that elders can use it to pour libation against Coro and appease the gods of the land

I wish him great health Insha Allah

a very liberal Emir, who welcomed Atiku with crowd and even allowed Sowore audience in his palace when they all came to campaign in 2019, telling them how they lack power supply and proper security

He once ordered Abba Kyari to stand up from a chair meant for VP Osinbajo at a function and lambasted Kyari never to try such breach of protocol anywhere he is

Nairaland GeneralRe: Nairalanders I Will Not Forget In A Hurry. (you Might Know Some.) by patwilly(m):
Eziachi old man who had a bad leg and fought in the biafran war. He was a regular on here for quite some time
katsumoto .. first gen of posters here
davidylan.. had a PhD I think..raving intellectual
Kosovo..historian per excellence
calabar man..registered a month or two after nairaland was created in 2005
Max sioullun..need I say more, authority on Nigerian politico-military history.. stark raving intellectual
Ademusiwa.. man with the satellite pictures..crashed nairaland server several times with the enormous pictures and files he posted on here. at a time, he and seun had running battles and seun was almost begging him at a time to stop posting. musiwa also had a comedic rivalry with naptu2. I'm convinced at this stage Ademusiwa was no comedian as touted initially. Dude has a few loose nuts upstairs.. lol..he had a thread dedicated to him by Naptu2 I think some years ago. Ademusiwa still masquerades around on this forum albeit occasionally having probably created a thousand monikers at this point.
Naptu2... Good old fella..still here on this forum. If you need to know what color of shirt babangida wore on his first anniversary, what size of shoes, number of bikes in his motorcade or any other intrinsic detail on Nigerian history.. this is the go to guy..Nairalands walking encyclopedia, Raving intellectual and fine gentleman.. if you read this naptu2, know that I love you immeasurably, no homo.
Ogugua88 .... sexkillzs girlfriend.. encouraged sexkillzs to revolt and like the battle of the angels vs God, was cast down from his exalted throne into oblivion. Ogugua deactivated too
Mukina..ahh troublesome lady
Okada man...can't find this moniker any longer. deactivated probably.. very funny fella
Stagger...Egbon mi..big boss
Kobojunkie.. Old woman..people say this moniker is Seun's alternative moniker..was gone for a few years, back now I guess
Beaf and Gbawe....long before the tribalism and Whatnots that's laced this forum, these two gentleman held the politics section spellbound with high end debates..its a crying Shame we don't see such compelling discourse in our politics section any longer. Older nairalanders will know what I'm saying.
And a whole lot too numerous to mention. Wherever you are guys, I pray life treats you all easy. You all made this forum better for all
PS: I think one of the reasons nairaland was so rich then was because most of the monikers/posters here were Nigerians in the Diaspora. Then it wasn't so easy to get data or browsing phones except you could really afford it. These Nigerians seeing a truly Nigerian forum were only too happy to contribute their varied experience seeing as it connected them to the motherland. Now kids with barely an education have taken over this forum in this era of cheap phones and cheap data. The result is what you have here today. If Sagamite is still on this forum he'd scream continuously.."You are a retardinous fu*ck*ard, product of a failed educational system"..Lol

Can I download it for free? Does it use an extension for subtitles?
TV/MoviesRe: What Series Are You Watching Now? Part 2 by patwilly(m): 12:26am On May 05, 2020
Please kind folks, I use Vlc player with the vlsub ext for subtitles. I can't watch a movie without subtitles and this has made me not watch many a movie. Of recent my vlsub no longer works, doesn't load or bring up subtitles and sooner shows "not responding" if I try to search. What do I do? I've uninstalled and reinstalled VLC player and yet no success. I use the latest version of vlc I think. Please help!
