MRbrownJAY:EeeeGbam ! Word !! Nuff said !!! |
babalo1:EeeeGbam ! Word !! On Point !!! |
ICEMAN:That website is poorly designed. The same thing happened to me too ,mine was that i filled out the whole application page and clicked submit and i was told to authenticate my login details and low and behold all i spent hours typing disappeared and was never submitted. I sent a mail complaining and the replied back telling me to locate SMEDAN to help me out for the filling of the form, can you just imagine the crap ! This goes to show that the whole thing would be a Sham at the end of the day as far as i am concerned ! |
AjanleKoko:Yea, giving ur reasons more backbone guess ! |
AjanleKoko:Yea, giving ur reasons more backbone ! |
AjanleKoko:Helloooo, let me give u a little info u might not know bruv. The word mortgaging is dead on arrival at it stands now in Nigeria today ! The mortgage instituition in the country which is suppose to serve as a revenue base in the country just like in the oil industry is currently under-utilized due to a low/level activeness in the housing/real estate delivery system. The contribution of of mortgage finance to Nigeria's GDP at the moment is close to negligible with real estate contributing less than 5% and mortgage loans and advances at 0.5% of GDP compared to 77% in USA, 80% in the U.K, 50% in Hongkong, and 33% in Malaysia. |
coogar:Well articulated bruv, WORD !!! |
@ okija, well u seem to have it all planned out guy, love dat n i never actually doubted that in the first place. I only figured u might be following a longer trail which might have been shorter if u ask me. Anyway u sound pretty determined and thats the best part. But on the issue of your citizenship, make sure you dont fall into the hands of fraudulent immigration consultants who help immigrants into obtaining citizenship crookedly because Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has intesified their searchlights on such consultants and also such immigrants too. Just a small words of advice for you there. All in all ,i wish you the very best bruva, Cheers !!! |
My response above was in reply to okija-juju stance on this thread |
My guy with all due respect to your hustle,if i was in your shoes i would have made far better success with your opportunities(not like im in a lesser circumstance). I have followed your post right from the beginning of this thread. You should have known prolly well dat your profession in the first place is on a high demand in canada and you only needed just some educational integration in the form of professional certifications an the likes in canada to get yourself fully ready for the canadian labour market (because your profession is a regulated one there) and then you start making your cool dols and living large even a lot more than you are doing presently. You only needed a few years of sacrifice to get there. But i think now you are just taking a longer route to the same destination. But i must confess that you were so damn lucky to have snapped ur present job at the moment when you got back to naija coz such dont come that easy bro. Also i shud add that u shudnt be so excited about acquiring a canadian citizenship just like that since you are currently in naija since your visa is that of a permenant resident, because for you to even qualify to apply as one you should have stayed in the country for a consecutive 4-5yrs without leaving the shores of that country. So what im saying in essence is dat u didnt utilize your opportunities to the best of it and now you are taking a longer route to it. Travelling abroad really is not a sure way to success but it sure gives better opportunities ,that is if the individual can utilize it well. One can actually make it in naija but its a tough ride,as you will be up against alot of the inadequacies and inefficiencies in the system. So you cant really compare hussling abroad and in naija at all as things work in the former. |
This is indeed a welcome development and i dont see why people should bring negative sentiments about it. At least its not the federal govt project ,if not i for dey fear ! ![]() |
RoadStar:Thank you very much Roadstar,u are very well on point. The issue of the Anioma marginalisation can not be swept under the carpet at all. Its an issue of day light robbery of the highest order. Indeed as pointed out that land mass might not translate to numbers, but what of natural resourses. The Anioma people are a major contributor of natural resourses, not just oil but others. I was travelling via the Anioma route to Asaba and i almost wept at the spate of development and backwardness in that area. I thinks its high time the Anioma land becomes recognised and takes its rightful place in the country. Please does anyone have any recent and upto date information about the situation on the pursuance of the Anioma Statehood in Nigeria. I mean how far it has gone. |
The truth of d matter about d contractors downing tools is dat they have not been paid and they are being owed . How can they mobilise workers without being paid. The state owes many of their contractors . I went to the state house recently to see if my company can bid for contracts as an indigene of the state and i was told by a confidante that its not worth it because the Governor does not pay contractors and many of them are regretting it. Even the so called lawmakers should be able to impeach the Governor ,but because they are being given ghana must go they fail to do their work. Most deltans do not support this Governor and want him out, i wonder how he got there in d 1st place. Please let d people of delta set d revolutionary pace in d country dat has been long over due. Let all support dem in anyway possible, especially in their planned multitude protest. |
Its a bloody hoax and a big joke ! Trust nigerians to spread rumours like wild fire !! Buh if it the call comes to my phone,i get odeeshi !!! ![]() |
