I wouldn’t think that is rape. Even if she, say, 4 or 5 weeks or even 8 years after the fact, later claims that you raped her, it’s goung to be hard to prove the case without credible witness testimony i.e. the lady telling her friends about her ‘ordeal’.

That’s the basic reason why there is a statute of limitations on cases of sexual assault and/or rape.
