Maybe it's because they feel that, it is pretty more sensible to believe In the existence of the supernatural and in a creator, even if your perception of the nature and personality of this creator differs. Than to utterly reject his existence as well as anything that suggests he does exist. Considering the fact that we are in a world where there are numerous anomalies, so many things that the natural mind is yet to unravel. Despite the number of scientific discoveries man has made, the number of mysteries surrounding the universe still dwarfs these discoveries. Hence the Christian views other religious ideologies as sensible in comparison with that of the atheists.

while the grand hypocrisy of the atheists, is seen when they admit that they do not know about the cause of the universal existence, yet they are very sure it was not created.......... i call that the The irony of confident confusion.

if we were to remove the spiritual aspect of Christianity from our viewpoint, still, the Christian life style remains a very healthy one, and doesn't have cause for regrets.

Christianity started merely 2000 years ago only around 600 years ago did it spread to corners of the earth. If you say Christianity is perfect and brings about lawfulness, why are there ills in the society today? In the churches? Also what happened in other societies before the advent of Christianity? Unlawfulness? According to who? You?
Muslims, Buddhist and Judaist also assume theirs is a way of perfect lifestyle. Who is the fool then?

There are ills in the society today because not everyone in the society, works by the Christian doctrine; this includes Christians.(so called).

most of the posts on this thread made me come to the conclusion that Nigeria is the way it is, because the youths have refused to think outside the box, our thinking only revolves around what jobs the government can give us and nothing else.


Despite the derogatory opinions i've read about Anatomy, my passion for the course has not changed , though I'm still a fresher I hope to come out not just with good grades but to make a difference, by implementing ideas that we create jobs for others rather than wait for the government.

I don't think it has gotten to that I registered, for others except those in the physical science due to financial constraint, even sat for d exams, the worst should be that I carry them over and register again.

How does this even relate to the Op, nobody cares whether he is a Christian or not, the problem here is that he claimed that he became an atheist before the advent of nairaland, which is contradictory to the screenshot above.

yes I wanna chose uniben this year and by God's grace my admission is feasible.
But really wanna hustle up enough funds for school so as not to be stranded. so I'm actually thinking of deferring the admission and continue with my work and save up funds. So next year I'll start all over with next year's admitted students

What course are you aspiring for?

Pay the acceptance and get cleared early Enough, there will always be time to pay ,the school Fees, but ensure payment is done before exam commences, the slip will be required.
