Having those documents just confirms that you truly have a bond with ur family which I'm guessing you've presented as a home tie.. My parents have a different surname from my siblings and I but it doesn't matter cos our birth certificates show their names as our parents silvamania: Happy Sunday ,
Is it compulsory to attach patent certificates and siblings information as part of documents for visa processing
I am self sponsored , going for a one year program and also my mum’s Official documents bears all former surname, so am trying to avoid any issues ?
What are the implications of not attaching such documents
Thanks |

Are you sure it is not MBA forex? I know that the MD is a celebrated member of Christ Embassy Telsidelake: Just saw a video from Pastor Chris Oyakhilome talking about Ponzi scheme. For him to deviate to that topic there is fire on the mountain. Perhaps a certain influential member has gone for confession. Or he has received info from insiders in Govt. It's good that u've ordered ur notes so you'll know where to start, but I think they weren't impressed with the first degree result.. This canada people sef know that most students will not return so they'll likely consider study permit for those who's profile kinda fit EE but can't get very high scores.. May God help us all.. Good luck in ur reapplication ConradAce1: Ooh. I get this part as well. I’m counting on you guys on NAIRALAND for help. Would keep you guys apprised. |

Pls how did you confirm that nothing can be done about these applications whose GCMS notes have expressed denial, but it's yet to be communicated officially to the applicant? I think there's a reason why some have received refusal mails while others have only known through their notes. This is like the first time that people are requesting notes before decision is officially communicated (I stand to be corrected sha) so I'll like to know how sure u are that sending more documents and LOE to address the concerns raised on the GCMS notes will be a waste. I'll advice people in this shoe to send more information u think will help ur application; afterall, it cannot be worse than it already is. Cheers vibrant99: Is it an online application ? Sorry about the denials, kindly drop ur profile when you seek advice for reapplication, so that it's easier to give credible recommendations. Ur profile can be School/course level, Study gap, Experience, Tuition fees viz a viz funds available, economic & home ties, Submission date/session, etc |

I'm guessing that u meant to type 22nd of August and got refused on the 4th of September. Did they send an email to you or what? Just calm down, relass and be taken kiaruf first (kidding ).. Why are u rushing to reapply? Why were u rejected? Is this ur first application? Have u done biometrics and medicals? Which session are u for? This Fall or Winter? Which school, course & program? Austacus: IRCC would call you or send you an email for your interview date. There's something confusing in your application. You would be interviewed in Lagos, the interview is straightforward, go with any supporting documents. They would ask you some quick random questions in your application, answer it correctly, and be bold. Your eyes contact and body movement matters a lot. Make sure you go with your passport cause if you pass it, they would stamp your counterfoil at that spot of time. That's if you've done your medical or upfront. Sometimes, they might just refuse your visa without going for the interview or going further, sometimes they may ask you to submit some documentation to support your claims.
All these can be avoided if you apply for GCMS and tackle the concern being raised in your application.
Good luck It is from the GCMS notes he ordered that he got that info about interview na.. I'm just surprised at why the notes didn't explain why he needs interview |

Luckymama: No. But it was the only other document I hadn’t submitted so I thought I might as well submit it. I submitted an upfront medical with the application which has been updated to passed long ago. It’s a second application so I already have biometrics done. Ordinarily I felt they should have given a straight approval not an AIP so maybe it’s the police character that may be stopping it. Ok.. I get your point but I doubt.. They haven't started giving out full approvals and since u applied for Fall, they needed to give u something na, thank God it is AIP, a step in the right direction.. It's the other Fall persons without any feedback that I'm wondering.. God over everything sha |

I see this as a clear case of disfavor.. She's obviously qualified but the VO perceived her personality in a negative light.. While judicial review is credible, I'll advice she writes a very subtle LOE expressing herself better.. Why drag and waste funds if you can handle it differently? Having the opportunity to see these GCMS Notes before final decision is given seems to me like an advantage, so people can address the concerns on same application fee instead of applying again daalade1: @frankrobbn1 @Lekiboboe @rebeccausoro @Osemigho @JustMellow

Her first application was refused in 2019 because the proposed 2 years diploma program (Database Administration) "is available for less online or in closer geographical location." That of the Applicant A is a reapplication, not sure of the B. In as much as a Visit visa is also a TRV, it won't be termed reapplication if applying for a SP after been refused. The SP and VV are different visa type but same category of a Temporary Visa.
