Hello team, pls how far does the VO go in verifying specific payment funds stated on the bank statement transactions?
An investment company that is supposed to refund capital is delaying. Will transferring the exact amount of money from another source, but stating that company name in the naration, fly? I'm wondering if the VO will go as far as verifying reference numbers/exact source of payment or if transfer narration is sufficient?
PS - payments have previously been received from this investment and there's a letter to confirm that they'll refund, attached to the application to IRCC |

Lekiboboe: Thanks for your spot-on response But am reasoning with ur No. 1 & 3 option
- Actually I have thought about that no. 1 option ,but there is no international flight going in and out of Nigeria, u can't even book for international flights or are there Airlines that are on essential traveling to Canada from Nigeria?
- ur No.3 option is what I chose as an alternative , "Get Visa and change program to another Winter Program"
If I get u correctly for example
Get Visa , switch from a Fall 2020 Program at Seneca College TO a Winter 2021 program at Conestoga College
I guess this is what u mean & if YES , how can this be done?
Based on your story in the last 2 paragraph, You are really a Product of Grace, God had everything mapped out for u.
Kudos to your resilience There are scheduled flights still going to Canada. Follow the Living in Canada thread. For the bolded, I've asked that question before & u even sent a YouTube video that addressed it.. U'll have to apply to Conestoga college still open for Winter. Use ur Seneca study permit and enter Canada, change the school on ur portal after u arrive. This is what i understood from even answers most Gurus gave to my query then |

Hello Leki, I've seen this your question like 5x, sorry that nobody had responded. I'll advice you just use this college to get study permit.. Apply for another program that is still open for Winter. I know you've paid fees, so that could be hard but just stay positive sha.. All will be well Lekiboboe: What if in a scenerio like this,
a Fall 2020 program is strictly In-person (no virtual mode) & a student gets his/her study permit and travel restrictions is still not lifted,
and the Program Coordinator says this (after mailing him):
You will be required to be on campus to complete the requirements for the program this fall and if you do not already have a VISA then you will not be permitted to partake in the program in September 2020. Unfortunately, the next available intake will be September 2021
Any headway on this or can an approved study permit meant for the Fall 2020 program be used to switch for a Winter 2021 program (hopefully the travel restrictions would have bin lifted by then)
NB: Fall 2021 is a NO NO
Thanks |

I read some pages back about delay in uploading Medical results to IRCC. Please suggest which of the panel physicians is currently faster. I don't want any delay in her application.
Also kindly let me know if you have a slot that you won't be using @Pee2Jay9 and all.

Is there a link to book an appointment? I don't know if upfront is REALLY no longer required, or applicants just want to scale through the first approval stage before doing medicals. Oga boss, I get your point except the part of "not everyone had to read and study patterns". How else did they become knowledgeable na? How you happen to know what she means by 'obsolete' is also a wonder. How will I know what she meant? I only understood her write-up. U sef still didn't answer her inquiry o, instead y'all are fighting me. Anyways, I apologize to Cheekeeto for hurting your feelings. No vex o. I should have ignored Jermaineayo: Hello!
Yes you didn't call anyone "dumb" but you said and I quote...
"if you can't understand the writings on this thread, then I'm sorry o & don't think the person should consider foreign studies"
If the person didn't construct her enquiry well, must you be rude? Not everyone is like you so don't think all people will react/respond the same way you did.
Personally, I won't get annoyed if the same questions are asked on a platform having other experienced members with new people joining daily.
By "obsolete" the person was talking about info she found from threads of 5 or more years ago...not necessarily referring to this one in particular. So no need to be "awed".
Please speak for yourself when you say everyone here had to read and study patterns...Do you think people here are not engaged with other duties like family, Jobs, online classes, board meetings?
Thank God you said "good people". Please, if you're not as patient as Boss man Frank or Boss Lekkiboboe then in my honest opinion, I believe you shouldn't have responded to her in the first place.
I value your believe system of people being well grounded when they make an effort to find things out for themselves...but please you could have responded in a better way. |

Hey dear, I didn't call you dumb. You definitely didn't construct your inquiry well.. This part is most recent and you can start from page 1. Imagine if someone asked you the exact questions u asked, how will you respond? U're already judging the information as obsolete and complaining that they're long; I'm just awed. There's no VO here so who's to give you updated information if you don't want to read? Everybody here had to read and study patterns. Be that too Dear 'good people' attacking others for their replies on this matter, u should know that we all aren't as patient as Frank, Lekiboboe, etc. And some of us believe that people are better grounded when they make an effort to find things rather than when ALL is served on a plate. cheeketo: I am not as dumb as you think I am, there are series of threads on nairaland on Canada travels, some so long and as old as 5 or more years ago, with obsolete information, what I need is latest updates on traveling not info of 2015, and me asking for what to study? What of stamp? How did the bank certify it? Lekiboboe: If its possible , they should be able to send u ur 4-6months soft copy SOA to your mail in PDF then download it (not scanned copy)
For instance, the guy's sponsor I talked about, Polaris bank sent him a Soft-copy of his 6 months SOA (mybankStatement ®) PDF format, no branch name/address attached to it.. and it was jz 55 kilobyte |

Which other grammar will I speak for UBA to give me this? They look at me like I'm speaking gibberish.. I'll prefer this ticket to bulky SOA Frankrobbn1: You can submit either of the two (statement of account or Mybank Statement with ticket ID and password). Most often if the Visa officer has concerns that the SOA submitted with an application is fraudulent. They usually request for the MyBank Statement which will enable them have access to the transactions carried out in the account for a period of 1 year.
Note: the visa officers don't have the ability to know your actual available balance after the date MyBank statement was generated by the bank.
It will end in praise |

This is how UBA operates as well. I expected the password, etc to be on the letter but they said it's not like that.. I wonder for them sha Lekiboboe: Well-done @frankrobbn1
As regards this MyBank Statement Ticket, Is it that, not all banks give applicants the Mybank statement ticket?
Cos a guy who submitted his Application last month had a sponsor who uses Polaris Bank, they sent the Mybank Statement ticket to the Canadian Embassy, and the Sponsor was also giving a Bank Reference Letter addressed to the Canadian Embassy, but Polaris Bank didn't give his Sponsor the Ticket ID, they only gave him a Bank Statement having the following details
At the Top- left hand side, they wrote
mybankStatement® | date | Page 1
Summary info Role - Sponsor Account name - Sponsor's name Address Tenor - 6 months Currency - NGN
Available balance - Book Balance - Total debit- Total Credit -
Then the 6 months Bank statement, followed...
I guess it is ok he used this ?
Thanks |

Hello team, please is Bank reference letter such an important document? I know of statement of account but want to know about the reference letter in particular.
