Hello everyone, great job y'all are doing here. Pls can someone kindly explain this stock business to me? I've been reading from page 6000 and I can only infer that it's buying and selling. Is it all to it? How do one know when to buy? How are the purchases done? I know that experience will teach me which shares to buy or not buy, but kindly educate a lay man like me that is new to all this. Thanks alot |

Ah.. MR in 2 days? Amazing.. This is looking good from where I'm sitting so congratulations. Their trend state that AIP was for applications before 15th September for fall 2020.. There's been exceptions to this rule so who knows for sure? Just stay hopeful and be checking flights Lanrelala: Hello house, please is there anyone who applied after September 15th for January 2021 intake and has AIP?
2nd time applicant: I applied September 21 Medical Request September 23 Medical passed: October 6
No AIP. With the new IRCC trend, is this a good sign? |

I'm assuming that you submitted hers as sufficient as it was in your previous application and it wasn't still enough for them.. I've seen people get approval without submitting theirs and the one of their sponsor was enough for the VO.. Maybe you can have her transfer funds to you and explain why she's investing in you. It is a fact that no 2 applications are the same so we can only speculate as luck is the ultimate in this. Cheers chloe3: Yes my personal finance is low at the moment but my sponsor which is my sister will be covering all my expenses with a statement of $54,000 USD. My question is, do i need to submit my own bank statement along side her's ? |

This is like the first notes I'm seeing that seems really truthful. I'll agree that the VO did his /her job well for being this detailed, it shows that the application was properly assessed. If I was young as u, I'll do a 1 year MBA here in Nigeria and enter the Express entry pool. With high scores from IELTS and increased work experience, your score will be very high in a few years and you will get it if PR is still available, and no VO will be able to discretionarily deny u visa. But if you choose to reapply, I don't know what else you can change since you confirmed that your personal and financial assets are low. chloe3: Refusal reason from GCMS note
Applicant is a 27year old single Nigerian. Applicant is employed as asst project manager. Applicant holds a bsc. In technical education. Applicant is applying to study project management in Centennial College in Toronto. I have considered the information provided by the applicant, given applicant previous education/employment history and the high cost of studies in Canada, this doesn't appear to be a logical progression of study/career. Given the economic motive to remain in Canada, the applicant incentive to remain in Canada may outweigh there ties to their home country. Weighing the factors in the application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for there stay. Application refused: ties, purpose.
Please gurus in the house. I want to re-apply Initially my bank statement was not included because sincerely am broke and my sponsor is the one covering for all the expenses. Do i need to include my account statement since on my first application I provided a study leave from where am working. And can i change my program of study in my first application was project management, and it wont raise any red flag to ensure progression of study. But i currently work as an Assistant project manager |

Please OWN your study permit application process, sop , everything yourself because no one can sell you better than you can sell yourself. yes get tips and suggestions on what to do but ultimately do what you decide to do you are responsible for the outcome.
i had a lot of conflicting information and contrary advise but i stuck to my guns, paid my fees and started classes , i kept sending them web forms and emails with documents i knew i had uploaded. i sent my medical and it was updated the next day even though i had submitted all two weeks prior, before eligibility review started i sent course enrollment and tuition fees payment to add, next day my eligibility review started. then i sent ielts that i didn’t need to, i was sending them email two times a week monday and thursday. early hours of the morning with title: URGENT ATTENTION .
note that it may not work for everyone oooh. but my application was already 3 weeks and i wanted answers in time to resume fall.
please don’t let anyone discourage you at all. you can do it. i am looking forward to sharing my gcms notes with you all.
documents i submitted

i addressed clearly why i want to do a second masters in Canada and also why i have an active express entry profile because of the dual intent rules. i quotes it for them sef i think.

I presently work with an International Education Foundation - so I oversee major IT / Data related operations of the foundation in Nigeria as well as Programs and other on the ground liaison responsibilities as seen on my reference letter and prior before this employment I have worked across 3 different industries within core IT positions (leading companies - Oil and Gas etc).
Just to add to the parent comment again, I did not mention the financial support of family members in my application to study in Canada. I solely presented available financial/economy ties that I am not using all my savings to pursue study in Canada.
I drew a family tree showing my family information, I attached my late dad burial poster (early this year). I lost my mum while I was just 6 years - so I don't even have any document on that, I only added her picture to the family tree.
I was invited to Istanbul by IBM Turkey as the representative of their local partner company in Nigeria regarding a big project we were working on as that time. Likewise, the opportunity to travel to New York following the invitation of my present firm. So, I only felt that can establish some sense of credibility and good profile towards my personality.
The investment is with an Agritech firm - I can share the opportunity with you if you want - lol.
I am only thankful to God for his Grace to have the profile presented. I also saw similar profile with a young lady of about 25 few weeks back on this platform. So, it is only God's grace.
I have written a rebutter on this through webform as eligibility and background check is still ongoing. I only feel that the reasons made are wrong to what I presented and I clearly tied this to my short and long term career goals.
By the way - is CSE same as webform? Thanks. |

Hi.. My honest apology since you felt offended.. That's obviously not my intention.. The analogy I used was generic not necessarily about the moniker.. Maybe my response didn't come out well. Either way, we move.. No insult intended pls Osemigho: The applicant is an education administrator. Except the applicant work for top schools, S/he would probably earn below 500,000 naira. You are the one assuming O/G worker and discussing salary outside of his profile. He asked for opinion and I offer mine based on his profile and ask more questions about the documents. It is offensive that you called my assumptions flawed but yours are out of the applicant context.
Please let’s stop the statement “if the visa officer ...“ People are here to learn and share ideas. If you want only visa officers opinion, applying for the visa will get you that. Thanks and God bless. |

I understand ur point but most of your assumptions are kinda flawed.. An O&G worker that goes to the rig, even at that age, earn over 1M per month. This isn't speculation, i know this for a fact.. So what matters most in his application is whether he showed payslips and other proofs As for the investment, it is outside the goal of this thread to be doing free adverts. If he had gotten the visa, we'll applaud his profile. Every VO should judge with verifiable facts on ground, not just what their minds think is conceivable Osemigho: Think about this. A 26 year old applicant present a savings over 10million naira. The applicant have only worked for 3 years in a job that pays 300,000 naira (an assumption). Does that employment situation, work history, and age sum up with the savings? Will you not like to know how the person was able to save that much? Did the applicant explain this?
Obviously, this applicant cannot have saved 10m with the job, work history and age. Was the money inherited after parents death? What are the evidence of death and inheritance?
The thing about visa is convincing the officer in charge. If you are in charge, will you believe this whole package? I am not a visa officer. I am just trying to think out loud.
By the way, I still want to know the financial institution in Nigeria that gives more than 20% interest on investment. Please tell me the name of the organization. |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Pee2Jay9: 4:57pm On Sep 18, 2020 |
Hi.. There are plenty businesses here that can give even higher interest rates.. Does it mean that the credibility of a business involved in can negatively affect someone's application? Can the age viz-a-viz financial strength be a reason to refuse his application? Na wa oh.. I think he should an email correcting their misunderstanding Osemigho: Incompatible employment and Education profile. Lack of evidence of your parent death. How are you able to save that much money considering your age and employment situation?
Personally I’m curious to know the financial institution that gave you 22% interest on investment. Also, I don’t think you need to be attaching letter of invitation to other countries. Your visa And passport entry and Exit stamps are enough evidence.
In my opinion, you submitted a solid application that looks too good to be true of your age, and employment and financial situations. This can be mere speculation because I am not a visa officer. |
