I think Jessica made a good point and like she said, everybody mustn't accept her advice but she infact was right that studying online proves that the applicant is genuine. We are mostly not genuine students because we just want to study and immigrate thereafter and that's why we're concerned with PGWP, etc. So only genuine students whose aim is to get Canadian knowledge should use her advice PS - when people give suggestions or advices, let's not attack them or their points. Just take it or leave it. I'm sure she stands to gain nothing by writing that so let's not make people feel like there's no need 'wasting' their time here, especially people that have gone ahead.. It takes a good heart to look back and give when you may not benefit anything as it were #myOpinion |

Please see the attachment with this post from U of Windsor acceptance letter. I trust you will find this information useful to your enquiry.

Thank you.. I see that but how many terms per year or for the complete program? I want more than website info.. I had sent emails but they weren't very specific Phatkayconcept: Quite simple, uwindsor provide tuition estimator tab on their webpage. Filter by your course, level of study, international status and you will know their tuition cost, just know that their charges is per term. |

@Frankrobbn1, pls respond to this.. This back and forth with Justwise is ok na others that know, pls respond as well Pee2Jay9: Truly, Mechanical seems really competitive even the MEng ain't as easy. UoM requires even a supervisor to accept before one can be admitted for course based MEng.
Pls can you state the cost of MEng Mechanical in Uni of Windsor? This school has the highest application fee I've seen so far.. The website can't do justice to tuition as it estimates fees per course. Do you know someone that can give exact figure and duration? I'll really look forward to your reply as their deadline is 1st of August |

Getting admitted into the research based of this program will require alot of work by making sure your SOP stand out amongst other applicants from different countries. Also, your ability to convince the supervisor that you're the right candidate which should be given a space in his laboratory is very imperative here. Most importantly, you shouldn't all your eggs in one basket as it's much easier to secure admission into the MEng program in Mechanical Engineering at U of Windsor with your undergraduate GPA of 3.788.

I applied for a refund and was paid the following day.

These notes prove that these VOs actually go through the applications submitted. It also appears that you didn't properly explain the relationship between the 2 courses. I've learned that we shouldn't expect them to know, we should state all relationships. I think you'll have to share the documents u submitted and ur BSc grade that justifies going for PGC. ron5ke: Hello guys, so I applied for GCMS notes and I got already. Yes.. I wrote exams after classes for Project Management certification and still wrote exam for NSE which qualified me to apply for Coren where i submitted a project I was graded on. Pls do u know someone that have evaluated such? Kindly respond to my email Amanee: Did you write an exam to get the certificate? If yes, probably. Yes you can and yes it will add to your point as 2 or more degree when combined with a bachelor's degeee. CIPM is evaluated as a 3 year programme (this is if you pass through the exam route though) |

Congratulations on your admission.. Which session did u apply for? Sept or January and pls confirm the tuition amount per year. I saw about 20k for MEng. Also, why are your parents accompanying you? Having both of them here would have been a good home tie for u, whether they're the ones sponsoring you or not. I think u should go first and have them visit afterwards #myOpinion HollateeK247: Hello sir,
Please I recently got an offer to the University of Alberta for an M.Eng in Civil Engineering.
The thing is, I really don't want to make any mistakes in my application for a study permit. I have read some things online but I would really appreciate it if you could give me like a step by step approach in application with red flags one should avoid.
Also, my parents would like to accompany me for my trip to Canada, am I to apply for 3 visitor Visas (2 for them and 1 for myself) or does my study permit application cover them. Also, with regards to funding, what's the minimum amount one's sponsor should have in the account plus for how long should the money be there before making the study permit application.
I look forward to hearing from you sir. |

I will suggest to you and everyone else that is new to read and read at least this thread from page 1. This your question must have been answered. Asking if you'll get visa abi admission first? Haba na. This is why agents must always have clients. If we'll wanna study in world class institutes that canada have, there should be some fundamental level of resourcefulness that we should possess and it comes by reading first and asking questions afterwards. Hi Leki, I'm no guru like u already know but i think you should just state on ur SOP that you've paid your fees, advising them to find attached receipts. Leave the 'full' or 'part', let their discretion guide them in knowing that the balance is negigible especially because you're not claiming to have paid in full Hope it makes sense? Others should add sha Lekiboboe: Alright @JustMellow, thanks for the input, any idea on how this scenerio can be stated in an SOP, cos it doesn't make sense to pay the $344 USD left using FORM A |

This should have been my route but I don't have masters.. Focused on career and gathering experience, hopefully, we'll all find the fulfillment we all desire Frankrobbn1: That's true too. Well, we should also put his age or martial status into consideration, the applicant might be seeking for study permit because he may not have qualified for the EE route. Having a master's doesn't guarantee that one is an eligible Candidate for PR. Other factors like IELTS score (8.7.7.7) is also a big hurdle to cross for most applicants. I have seen in the EE thread, applicants that have written the IELTS for more than 8 consecutive times (75kX8 =600k) and still haven't attained the required band. Also, working experiences for three or more years is also an important criteria that must be considered when applying via the EE route.
If the applicants meets this criterion, I think that would be the best option, otherwise he should stick to study permit.
It will end in praise. |
