Its the normal time adjustments around specific parts of the world every year.

This is why the UK is now one hour behind us, having had the same time with them.

Assuming u were to assign a No(in ascending order) to each of the 26 alphabetical letters, then the name of the said company(acronym) is represented by an ARITHMETIC SEQUENCE where the DIFFERENCE(d) between the 3rd and the 2nd No is twice that between the 2nd and the 1st.
