Well its not easy for a foreigner to acquire a work permit here. I may need to research on registered nigerian owned companies/biz  cz I dont have any in mind now. They are however famed for their churches.  Not so many but they have established a few.

From those threads u posted,I think its a feeling of despair and hopelessness which makes people think the way they think.
Not justified but problem comes in when we accept it as normal way of life when other nations are progressing.
It doesn't take a crowd to change a nation but a strong willed uncompromising  individual.
But if the systems and structures in place don't work in favour of those trying to bring change, its all futile.

Yeah we may raise a storm but guess what? These chinese work like safari ants.They don't sleep at all working round the clock to beat the deadlines.
Now most local engineers can't match up the speed.

First a 2 year project will take 5 years to complete and end up consuming more than was budgeted for.
Second an african as always will devise ways of cutting costs including doing shoddy work using cheap material and labour. 6 months down the line faults start appearing on the work. We are past that.

Let them learn from the chinese thenthey can go build the smaller roads /bridges till they prove they are efficient enough.

But if truth be told there's nothing for free. In exchange for expertise the chinese in turn flood the markets with their products and we know how their stuff are. Not compared to other imported expensive but good quality goods.

The US likes dictating and controlling. The chinese don't care what u do as a goverment. Your policies they care less about and tell me who doesn't like that.
